When I see comments that people make about things like this I laugh because it shows how naive they are about international economics.

My educated guess is this is a cyst. From the looks of it it's already inflamed and that is why she's in pain.

A minor invasive surgery will solve this problem. The surgeon will have to make a small incision on the breast, remove the cyst contents [pus], and extract the sac.
