Christ Embassy Pastor, Skipped Most Important Question At Mercy Johnson's Wedding
By staff 6 hours 52 minutes ago

Guys pls dont crucify me before you read this, to me this is very strange. I haven't seen a wedding where the official in charge of the wedding (especially a Pastor) will skip the VERY Important question, (objection to the wedding) this question is always supposed to be asked even in a law court. "IS THERE ANYONE WHO OBJECTS TO THIS WEDDING?"

For me I believe this question is very important because this is the main part of the wedding ceremony, and this is done to make sure that neither party wasn't already married and to make sure that both parties are in consent to the marriage and It used to be part of the ceremony for legal reasons as this will help the officiating minister stay out of legal trouble having declared that neither party was already married.

Well for me it goes to show that the church knows something was not right and they just squeezed all the scenes together because the pastor was smart, Pastor Tom Obiazi of Christ Embassy smartly skipped all the wahala Question/scenes and he went ahead to officiate and bless the union.

Well against all odds, Mercy Johnson is a married woman, once married your status can no longer be single, the next option is either seperated or divorce (Thats not my prayer for them) I wish them a successful marriage.

As much as i hate to say this, i have to. Their marriage is being BUILT ON DECEIT and will give way for a rather bitter ending. Sorry to say.

Well there u have it peops, this Northerners aint gonna fight Boko Haram for ya. There are actually supporters and sponsors everywhere in the North. When a Northerner dies what they say in Hausa/ Fulani is that Allah Willed it so. So that is just their core belief and u can do nothing about it. Check out what one of the Northern governors said when corp members where brutally murdered in his state, remember?
Terrorists are meant to be smoked out like RATS! that they are and not bargained with, period. So for those calling on FG to bargain with Boko Haram have a re-think. Its their belief to die killing infidels "non-northern muslims and christians" too. Any unintended persons of theirs that goes along with the dead, then their Allah willed it so.

S@NNiE:
Bokoharam Is Fighting For Justice – Bamangar Tukur

National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, has said members of the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, are fighting for justice.

According to him, many Nigerians feel aggrieved and seek various means of airing their grievances.

Tukur, who spoke in Abuja on Tuesday when he received members of the party from Gombe State, said there must be justice in the country for peace to reign.

He however regretted that the activities of the sect were preventing some northerners from travelling to their home states.

Tukur said there was no way angry people would control their anger when there was nothing on their stomachs.

He said, “Let there be peace in the North so that we can have security.

“We can’t even travel again because of the insecurity in the region. Boko Haram is fighting for justice. Boko Haram is another name for justice.

“People feel aggrieved. They are angry because they are hungry. Unless we remove the hunger, we too may not be able to rest.

“We should remember that a child who says his mother would not sleep will also not sleep.”

The former governor of old Gongola State said he accepted to be honoured by the members of the party from the North-East on Saturday in his village because he wanted people know that things were not working well with the people in rural areas.

He said, “People would be wondering why I took the reception to my village in Jada. And they would be asking why not a place like Abuja, where we have good roads and all that.

“I did so, so that people would know what is happening in rural areas. Those that were there must have seen the bad roads. We must help people who cannot help themselves.

“That is why we are in government. You cannot do anything unless you are committed to it. We must build this party on equity and justice.”

Earlier, Gombe State Governor Ibrahim Dankwanbo, who led the delegation said the members came to show their loyalty to the leadership of the party.

@NLers

Boko Haram is aggreived because they are hungry so they go about bombing innocent civilians and raiding entire settlements in a COMMANDO STYLE. Next when they need booty, they go and raid female hostels and brotels. Inch by inch, when they need maximum power they'll go and raid, and extinguish all the thieveing politicians in Abuja and Aso-rock. Men am loving this ideology.
This Bamangar Tukur guy should listen to how he's talking now. Is he making any sense at all? He's spitting words like a toddler. Imagine a whole political figure, father, grandfather and husband claiming Boko Haram represents Justice. If God mets out this same justice to his kinsmen and entire north will he (Tukur) love it let alone like it.
There u have it my Nairaland peops, Bamangar Tukur has just publically shown he sponsors Boko haram and loves what they are doing. But let him remember that one day, THE HUNTER WILL BECOME THE HUNTED, one day.
The peace he's talking about so that security will be restored, is for Jonathan hand over to a Northerner and step down. THIS POLITICIANS ARE ALL ALIKE AND ARE SO PREDICTABLE!

Mr Buhari was reacting to statements issued by the the presidency and the national headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party describing him as a serial election loser and blood thirsty politician, who is in the habit of inciting his supporters to violence.

The PDP and the presidency issued the statements in reaction to comments attributed to Mr. Buhari on Monday where he said the Nigerian government, led by President Goodluck Jonathan of the ruling PDP, is more deadly than the extremist Boko Haram sect and that any attempt to rig the 2015 election would be firmly resisted.

In its statement, released at a hurriedly convened press conference, the PDP said the leader of the opposition Congress for Progressive Change had become unstable and is being haunted by what it described as "combat withdrawal syndrome."

The party also described the retired army general as excessively blood thirsty.

@NLers

Look at this over-grown adults throwing cheap slaps at eachother in public. Shame nolonger has a place in black africa, sorry.
Buhari is just a frigin soar-looser. Are the Boko Haram boys not his followers that unleashed mayhem while chanting sai Buhari when he lost the general elections? Calling him blood-thirsty isnt far from the truth, either. But for his old age, i would have devoured him.
Make GEJ no even make noise there. He very well knows he rigged and calling Buhari a SERIAL LOOSER, what is GEJ, a 5 year old? Its only at that age that we booed someone for loosing. His administration has brought forward all sort of harsh policies to further impoverish Nigerians, so he aint no saint.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Is Obi Mikel Playing His Best Under Roberto Di Matteo At Chelsea? by vanstanzy(m): 9:08am On May 13, 2012
Cyracks: In his recent interview with goal.com, Mikel Obi discloses that he had to configure his game in other to suit the premier league standard since he joined Chelsea in 2006 under Jose Mourinho, who converted him from an offensive midfielder to a holding one prior to Claude Makalele’s departure. Since Roberto Di Matteo taking over at Chelsea with the recent playing formation, he now has the freedom to display his natural talent. grin

In the early years, the Nigerian player got a raft of red cards for reckless tackles but in the June issue of Chelsea FC magazine, Obi reveals that he has had to grow up quickly. “Growing up, 4-4-2 was the standard for me. Then I came into the team at Chelsea and switched to a holding role. If I’m the only deep midfielder, it means I tend to play with more discipline,” Obi said in the magazine. “I need to be the one to keep the shape of the team, to be the one man holding, and every team needs that.

Now Obi said his role is more flexible as Chelsea have started playing with two defensive midfielders – Frank Lampard and Obi, and this change has given the Nigerian more freedom to explore his creative tendencies. “It depends on what the manager wants you to do and what he gives you permission to do.

I’ve been here six years and in that time I have had managers who said, “Don’t even try it,” Obi continued. “But Robbie [Roberto Di Matteo] has encouraged it, and why not? I try to help the team and I try to show what I can do when I have the ball as well. I try to create and make the team play, to be a little bit more offensive, not only disciplined and defensive.’
