How do Nigerians expect these kinds to move them forward in a period of rapid global economic advancement as seen in countries all over the world except African countries Just how please . Electricity : By 2023, you still would not have light on a regular basis. The country would still be struggling to generate 4,000-5,000MW.

Currency: The Naira would slide down to N600 to a dollar.

Poverty: Due to inflation and sliding currency, poverty rates would tend to increase.

Security: Same ol story of underpaid and under equipped police and army forces expected to go sacrifice their lives for the country. Same embittered armed forced transferring their pain to unarmed civilians any chance they get.

Infrastructure: Still struggling with roads and rails connecting the entire Nigeria.

Healthcare: Still have a country were the average life span is around 47 years. Presidents and politicians that go overseas at the slightest of ailments

Senate to quiz IGP, DSS DG over thugs invasion

It was time to take stock yesterday of Wednesday’s invasion of the Senate by thugs, who carted away its mace, its symbol of authority.

The mace was recovered yesterday and returned to the Senate by the police.

Rising from a one-hour executive session, the Senate resolved to invite Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Ibrahim Idris and Director-General of Department of State Service (DSS) Lawal Daura, next week to brief it on investigations into the attack.

The Senate added that it won’t be cowed by what happened on Wednesday.

“I want to assure Nigerians that we will never waver in the responsibility they have elected us to shoulder. We will all stand together to defend this institution of the parliament and our democracy. We will never fear to legislate; and we will never legislate out of fear,” Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu said in an address at plenary, which folowed the closed session.

At the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Senator Ovi Omo-Agege got an injunction stopping the police and DSS from arresting him.

When I was younger, I remember the name of the past leaders Buhari and Atiku, now as a man those names are still been thrown around to rule us.

It's one thing if they had made a successful Nigeria, but we all know Nigeria has become a disgrace to the black race, as it should have been one of the best countries on the face of this planet. Even my Lebanese friend in Nigeria, says it all the time, that Nigeria should have been a very great country if not that we elect "useless" people.

N10,000/30 = N333

N333 per day is less than N355/$1 per day.
