Did you do the programs in 3 different institutions or it was all inclusive in the BSn?

Please could seniors here who have done Finger printing with Texas board of Nursing or Identigo give me done clue on how to go about it. All clues will be very much appreciated

Texas BON would mail you the finger print cards. You can take the cards to the closest police station to you for them to help you obtain your finger prints. After your prints have been collected, you would then mail it back to identgo. Note that before this process, you would have paid identgo for their services.
You can follow up identgo yo see when they receive your prints and their processing time. Bon would update your profile when u passed the criminal check.

If three individuals decided to process this waec transcript stuff for wes....after the collection of the transcript from waec...cant the three people put the the transcript in one envelope ( The three envelopes into one big envelope ) and then pay just the 10k instead of sending it individually......this canada journey hen......na real investment.

Yes they most definitely can. Some universities use this same method to send documents to WES.

If you can show proof that POF was moved for legit reasons and moved from your previously submitted main account to another account, that might work.

Please note that for bank POF Ircc as you to submit a letter for ALL accounts you operate and submitting for an account u didnt tell them you had in the ist place may not may not plan out well.

So I would say move the money only to your other account if it was included in your application, or move it to a fixed deposit account or TBills under the same account u included. If u cant do that then biko leave the money where it is.

Vickyehi! What if one has spent out of the gift deed. At ADR request for POF, can one make up for the money spent by transferring to the account. Or one must not touch the funds at all after AOR?

Spending from gift deed is relative.
Scenario 1
You got 70% gift for POF and you "spent" the 70% after u submitted your documents. Then when asked in ADR u "returned" the "spent" money and printed another statement, that my friend would get you a denial.

Scenario 2
You got same 70% gift and you spent 5% and replaced it ( note the deposit mustn't be one that would qualify as a bulk payment. Meaning if your account is used to a maximum of 50k deposits, receiving 1m in a day will raise every alarm from Accra to Ottawa) under the right circumstance it wont ge a problem.

No that's not what she is saying. It doesnt matter if 10% or 100% was a gift. The point is that the money should remain in your account till your Visa is issued. Else u risk not having anything to show when they give u 7days to submit a recent statement of account.

If you are 100% certain that your sibling will land in canada and be able to provide you with the needed requirements before the expiration of the 60days then I would say you should jump into the pool and get ur ita before ur birthday.

Source of income? I reckon it won't be cheap to retain an immigration lawyer for asylum proceedings. And only economic refugees like Nigerians can actually afford the hefty fees.

The govt pays for the services of the lawyers. Only if u choose not to use the ones provided that u pay for urs.

If you did the pgd in a canadian institution you do not need to evaluate it with any evaluation body.
However, you would need to evaluate your Nigerian ist degree for you to claim 2 or more certs.
But if u have a Nigerian degree eg....hnd Pgd or ond hnd, you have to evaluate both degrees to claim it. Highest cert evaluation only applies to masters and PHD.

NB
You can only claim what has been evaluated as an equivalent of a canadian degree. Your ist degree doesnt become equivalent by default because pGD was done in canada.

Most of those guys shoot because almost everything is being taken away from them. Few guys who aren't losing much won't shoot. A woman brings a guy abroad and the union goes south, the guy leaves.. emotional and few financial losses to her. However, a guy brings her, spends and spruces her up and the affair gets kicked down the road, he loses custody of kids, a house, future earnings etc. Even the judge and her attorney aren't safe.

Girls too have to be focused on their lives and chase their dreams themselves without resulting to being a social climber.
In nursing school then, there were several clients and relatives of clients who would want to match make u with "akate" abroad just because u are a nurse. But I always asked myself and my friends a simple question. If you wont in all honesty marry a danfo driver or okada man whom you dont love here in Nigeria, why would you want to do the same because he lives in the US?
I always felt like it wont be a problem yet until u get to US also and find an engineer, doctor or lawyer who is on your "level". (na that time u go remember fine girl like u na rush dem dey rush you )

Yes you can get a nomination if you meet the criteria for the pnp in the province you apply to.
Staying in the pool doesnt hurt as long as you know what you are working towards; which is getting your ITA

Please I need your insight here...I have plans to relocate to either Canada or US any time soon but I’d like know which is best advised; relocating as a single or with my fiancé (after wedding which might be in about two years). She should be done with her nursing professional licensing in about 2 years.

My consideration is that:

1. I have some stuff I’m still doing back here in Nigeria at the moment.

2. She being a BSc Nurse (in the nearest future), might be a plus for our relocation plans.

Would love to read your thoughts and advice on this.

Anyways if you are interested in canada read up page 1 so that while you are waiting to finish the business you have in Nigeria you could also be working on improving your profile eg doing a masters degree.
However if you try the CRS simulator and you are currently qualified, then you can start working towards the immigration now. In 2 years u can sponsor your GF.

In light of the bolded above:
As a nurse, I am hoping your love for her has more to it than just her choice of profession. No offence but I have seen guys jilt their "fiancee" while we were in school just because she failed the nursing final licensing exam and couldnt be the "nurse" he wanted at that point.

Try to input these things into the CRS simulator to know exactly where you need to improve on your profile.

I dont think there is much you can do apart from being honest about the situations surrounding the banned application. Just stay truthful and hope for the best because lying isnt ab option. They would find out so just do the right thing and avoid complications.

I didn't use the naija account for POF when I applied for PR. But due to one or two things, I had to move the money from the account I submitted to CIC.
So, don't know if I need to notify CIC or just calm down

I would say u should just calm down, then request for gmcs later to know if they made mention of it. But for now just chill so you dont give them new things to investigate.

If he doesnt leave the UK, then he can forget about going to Canada. PCC is a must for EE.

That's not even the only issue. Ircc states that if country of residence is different from country of origin, the PA must provide documents that prove that PA is residing in that country legally eg a study permit or temp resident Visa.

Send the school your weac exam number and weac date. Then buy a weac scratch card, scratch it and send them the pin. If they dont know how to verify, you can also include instruction and weac website.

Well my comparison of both is as follows;
Speaking:
Ielts speaking is more comfortable for me because you are talking to an examiner and most times their face gives u a form of reassurance that u are on point and the discussion doesnt feel abstract.
Celpip is 100% computer based so its like they place the scene on the screen and the computer gives u a prompt to answer the quest by saying ...."start talking now" . When you time is up it tell u to stop same way but u can see the timer on the screen. If u are shy talking directly to someone then celpip ie better for u.
Personally I preferred the ielts in this category.
Listening
Difference is that u completely hear the entire conversation before you see your questions in celpip.
Ielts u can be noting answers as the tape is playing cos u are with the questions.
I preferred ielts style but I think celpip was easier.
Reading
Celpip reading is crazy easy IMO. Problem is you have to read fast because once the time allocated for a section is over, the computer automatically changes to the next section. You also cannot carry the time over in any section throughout the exam but you can run out of time.
The topics are much easier than ielts reading topics and structure.
Writing
Celpip offers you a word count and spell check as part of its perks but it doesnt correct structure or grammar.
If you like to type then celpip would be better for u.
I kinda preferred ielts writing because I feel more comfortable writing an essay with my pen. (Something about my biro gives me ideas )

Anyways this is my personal opinion from my experience. Also note that the ielts that shaped this analysis was the academic version.

Yea I actually have tried calling them severally but they don’t ever put me through to an agent instead telling me they can’t take calls at the moment.

Put a call across to them at 9am canadian time. Else their quota for the day gets filled on time(personal experience).

My own line of thought is that ircc aslee you to provide the bank letter for ALL accounts you hold. So if you choose to submit just relevant accounts to your PR then that's fine but I dont think it is wise to move your POF out of the list of accounts you provided IRCC.
But if it is the naija account was part of the accounts submitted then there is no wahala....if not I suggest you move it to a financial institution that u included in your application.
