Travel / Re: Emirates Airline Paints Nigeria Bad On Their Website by vikiviko(m): 9:49pm On Jun 18, 2009
Conference and business facilities
There are restaurants, bars, banks, bureau de change and a duty free shop in the international terminal, as well as a post office and medical facilities. NOTE: pickpockets and confidence trickster, some posing as local immigration and other government officials, are common at Murtala Muhammed Airport. Security is not always satisfactory, so be vigilant.

Car rental
Avis (tel: 01 497 4420) and Hertz (tel: 01 320 5016) both have desks in the terminal. It is possible to hire a car from most of the big international hotels too. Please note that fuel shortages often occur in Nigeria, so ensure you have enough petrol to complete your journey. Roads are in poor condition. Be vigilant when travelling on major roads, as robberies can, and do, happen. Avoid travel outside cities after dark. Be vigilant when driving in traffic jams (‘go slows’): keep valuable out of sights, and keep doors and windows locked.
This is unacceptable.

There is need for an investigation into all this acrimonious accusation against a Nation from a Common airline.

Nigeria should for once act decisive, if this is confirmed Emirates should be suspended however the cost .

All these lapses mentioned happens everywhere in the world, there is no perfect system abroad.

No No this is rubbish.

Agreed Nigeria is bad not from the mouth of an airline.

Do you think Virgin Nigeria dare say this about Johannesburg insecurity and they won't be officially queried?

I know wetin i go do!

Emirates!

That was not what he said i just watched it again.

He was pointing to the crowd evidently pointing to somebody.

I received a mail who said he was pointing to Dosu Joseph who was in the crowd.

I will ask Brila FM to confirm, am sure they have his number.

There is an argument as regards what exactly OLISEH was saying after scoring that bullet of a goal against Spain at France 1998.

Please lets hear it.

Thanks

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Between Maradona, Zidane And Ronaldinho, Who Is Best Playmaker Ever? by vikiviko(m): 1:24pm On Jun 16, 2009
Undoubtedly Maradona is the best Play maker in Football history.

He single handedly wins matches at the highest level, he dribbles with ease can play with both legs.

Scored the best in goal in World cup history against England then the famous "hand of God" goal.

Zizzou yes great galactico, won the World Cup, La Liga, World's best Champions League and more.He is good but his influence in matches is no where near what Maradona did .

Dinho is good , great skill and scoring abilities.

Maradona is the greatest Footballer in Eternity.

Politics / Re: Yar'adua Calls For Tinubu Case Files by vikiviko(m): 2:03pm On Jun 15, 2009
Tinubu vs Yar' Adua is great match.

Tinubu over time has shown he's clean Politrickster. Lets see how EFCC will corner Tinubu.

Farida has over jumped, her comment here i "The thing is that when you alert anybody that you are coming after him, the first thing that he does is to get any incriminating documents and set some on fire and hide some and I think the attitude or actions of my predecessor in talking too much made it difficult for me."

Yar' Adua with his health condition should just concentrate on the 7 point agenda, no distraction baba.

We want results, good roads, nepa light, employment, development in the Niger Delta, Peace, etc

Nigeria Politics is very interesting, i am enjoying every shit about it.
Politics / Re: What Exactly Is Nigeria's Population? by vikiviko(m): 7:10am On Jun 15, 2009

Politics / Nigeria A Country With 9lives by vikiviko(m): 11:08pm On Jun 12, 2009
Without doubt Nigeria is a great Country in all ramifications from human resources, natural resources, overwhelming population, Intelligent People, Happy People, Corrupt Leaders, Sick Leaders, unemployed youths, armed youths in the creeks, all sorts.

Nigeria has defied the odds severally. When it seems hell WILL be let loose, the nation still stands though on a time bomb.

How long can the evil days be postponed, or we might never just see any evil days with our strong history of being United in diversity.

We have survived so many battles and yet unscratched, we are undoubtedly a nation with 9 lives.
At this point now with the events in the creeks it is setting for doomsday

He has missed 8 world cup Qualifying matches, 3 International Friendlies and the Olympics.
Sports / Re: Newcastle Dumps Obafemi ! by vikiviko(m): 7:33pm On Jun 10, 2009
Lol

Ok to satisfy the myopic Obafemi fans, here is my wish for him

1. He signs for Arsenal and earns 75k a week.

2. He wins African Player of the Year 2010

3. He plays at the World Cup and score 5 goals with Nigeria, that might take us to the Quarter FInals.

4. He wins the Premiership, FA Cup, UEFA Champions league with Arsenal.

5. He wins the top goal scorer in the Premiership with 5x5 number of goals= 25

Add more for him.

Lol
Sports / Re: Newcastle Dumps Obafemi ! by vikiviko(m): 12:52pm On Jun 10, 2009
I wait to see who will sign 5 goal a season striker.

He should learn the trade from established stars like Eto, Drogba and Papilo who knows the importance of national assignments.

You dont have to use abusive words to discredit my opinion of a failed player whose time is winding up by the day. The Problem we have is money. you talk about about Martins money catering for who and who, we are so materialistic.

Football is about winning titles, awards and trophies.
Sports / Re: Newcastle Dumps Obafemi ! by vikiviko(m): 12:39pm On Jun 10, 2009
There is no point celebrating Stars who have not shown like real stars in the sky.

Obafemi owes is football wealth to himself not me, i have my own job and try to do my best. But once your job is tied with national interest you must show extra commitment and deligence to national calls.

If President Yar a dua will always excuse himself from national duties because of his private life to the detriment of national issues one now wonders what will be the state of the nation, even though we all know the nation is set for doom.

@ChIDICHRIS
I am not doing bad belle, but in all sincerity if Nigeria fails to Qualify to South Africa it is bad business for so many people like us.

I cant imagine not watching Nigeria play though i know the teams to beat are well and far ahead of us in terms Quality.

Missing 2 world cup finals is bad for our football

As a matter of fact, Obafemi is not Nigeria's best striker.
Count the number of games he's played and goals scoreed, then check the number of excuses he's given to miss matches.
A Player who has not played  8 world cup Qualifying Matches, 3 friendly International Matches on excuses that are flimsy.

Doesn't deserve a starting shirt, he's not the most skillful, he's just fortunate.

Give me a Quarter of what you give Obafemi , i will score 15 goals a season and i would have scored a goal par match during the world Qualifying series.

Eto is been there for so long check is records.
Football is all about discipline, skills and expertise yes makes it easy but a discipline will always go further in career, Garba Lawal is classic example.

We have four matches remaining to the world cup.

Lets forget Martins and move on he's a chicken Player.

Obafemi time don pass.
Sports / Re: Newcastle Dumps Obafemi ! by vikiviko(m): 7:28pm On Jun 09, 2009
He's not in the Super Chickens again, a Player who has played 8 world cup Qualifying Matches, 3 friendly International Matches on excuses that are flimsy.

Doesn't deserve a starting shirt, he's not the most skillful, he's just just fortunate.

Give me a Quarter of what you give Obafemi , i will score 15 goals a season and i would have scored a goal par match during the world Qualifying series.

Obafemi time don pass.

I pray and wish he never plays for Nigeria again, it was this same lacklustre attitude towars national call that costed us the match in Luanda and the draw in Abuja against Angola.

Now our first match against Mozambique we had no business drawing that game if our best chicken leg players have been available.

I just hope agaianst hope that we get a decent result in Tunisia, otherwise the march to S outh Africa would have been over after the Tunisia game.

Best of luck to our darlin Super Chickens.
Sports / Re: Newcastle Dumps Obafemi ! by vikiviko(m): 5:20pm On Jun 09, 2009
He should change his attitude towards national invitation.
Sports / Re: Eto Best Striker In The World, Said Laporta and Vikiviko by vikiviko(m): 4:56pm On Jun 09, 2009
@Ogazi;
I concur.

For the likes of Obafemi he should learn from this African statesman.

Drogba without doubt is a stubborn player he's a match winner , the Ivoriens love him, never jokes with national assignments.
Sports / Re: Newcastle Dumps Obafemi ! by vikiviko(m): 12:40pm On Jun 09, 2009
HE's a chicken Player.
He should learn from Drogba, Kanoute and Eto fils who never joke with national assignments.
