A responsible leader takes it all- blames or praises!
When the man came out to contest, what he portrayed was that "I know the problems of this country, pls give me the opportunity to fix it"
It is obvious PMB was not in any way prepared to salvage the economy, he was caught unaware by GEJ concession of defeat.
So whenever I read people saying PMB is not the cause of our present predicament, I wonder if these people are toddlers upstairs.
On point !!
This Mbaka of a guy is becoming funny. When Fulani herdsmen men kidnapped and raped some Reverend sisters at his backyard, where was he ?
When a Christian woman was attacked because she does morning cry ever day, what did he say ?
Another Christian woman was killed by a Moslem mob but Mbaka kept quiet.
A Catholic church was razed down up North but Mbaka was no where to be heard.
A 14 year old Christian girl was forcefully given out in marriage to an Emir but Mr. Mbaka didn't utter a word.
Can this man be quiet for once huh angry . What does he know about economics ?

For those who were shouting Nigeria doesn't need a foreign coach, we must use a local one bla bla bla. shocked cry I feel Gernot Rohr have shown that what we needed all this while is a competent coach and nothing else. We were not short of quality players. We just lacked a good, qualified and tactical coach. I mean, the Eagles are a delight to watch now. Away to Zambia was a tactical master piece, so was the match against The Desert Foxes in Uyo. That was a game we would have been beaten by the Algerians. Bottom line is, the NFF made a good decision in getting a good coach, irrespective of where he comes from, and we are reaping the benefits now.
A good foreign coach for the matter... .

CrimeRe: Nigerian Man Shot Dead In The US by vislabraye(m): 8:48pm On Nov 22, 2016
topstory:
Cyril Efobi, a Nigerian man who works as a taxi driver in North Carolina US, was shot dead by an unknown gunman on November 8th.

Cyril who moved from Nigeria to the US over 30 years ago, had on the day he was killed, closed early in the evening in order to go home and watch the US presidential election. After exchanging banters with some colleagues, he packed up his laptop and stepped out of the office. A few minutes later, one of his colleagues heard gunshots outside the building
The police was called in and Cyril's body was found lying just by the door. He had died from gunshot wounds. He was 56. The police is yet to make any arrest. The surveillance camera however caught the alleged gunman during and after the attack.

Cyril moved from Nigeria to Raleigh about 30 years ago to further his education. A graduate of Shaw University, Cyril made Raleigh his permanent home after his studies. Members of the Nigerian community say he had no wife or children and that he lived alone. A candle light was held recently for him.

Plans are on to send his body back to Nigeria for burial.

A SELF DECEIVING COUNTRY CALLED NIGERIA

Twenty-one senators currently receiving pensions from government as ex-governors and deputy governors.

The current senators who once served as governors are Bukola Saraki of Kwara, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of Kano, Kabiru Gaya of Kano, Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom, Theodore Orji of Abia, Abdullahi Adamu of Nasarawa, Sam Egwu of Ebonyi, Shaaba Lafiagi of Kwara, Joshua Dariye of Plateau Jonah Jang of Plateau, Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko of Sokoto, Ahmed Sani Yarima of Zamfara, Danjuma Goje of Gombe, Bukar Abba Ibrahim of Yobe, Adamu Aliero of Kebbi, George Akume of Benue and Isiaka Adeleke of Osun.

The former deputy governors in the Senate are Ms Biodun Olujimi of Ekiti and Enyinaya Harcourt Abaribe of Abia. Danladi Abubakar Sani served as the acting governor of Taraba state.

Many former governors are also in Buhari's Cabinet as Ministers. This includes: Ngige, Fayemi, Amaechi and Fashola (SAN).).

In Akwa Ibom State, the law provides that ex governors and deputy governors receive pension equivalent to the salaries of the incumbent. The package also includes a new official car and a utility vehicle every four years; one personal aide; a cook, chauffeurs and security guards for the governor at a sum not exceeding N5 million per month and N2.5 million for his deputy governor.

In Rivers, the law provides 100 percent of annual basic salaries for the ex-governor and deputy, one residential house for the former governor “anywhere of his choice in Nigeria”; one residential house anywhere in Rivers for the deputy, three cars for the ex-governor every four years and two cars for the deputy every four years.

It is alledged that in Lagos, a former governor will get two houses, one in Lagos and another in Abuja, estimated at N500 million in Lagos and N700 million in Abuja. He also receives six new cars to be replaced every three years; a furniture allowance of 300 percent of annual salary to be paid every two years, and a N30 million pension annually for life.

This is the reality for all the 21 ex govenors and deputy governors who are currently serving as senators. This same is also true of ex governors who are now serving as Ministers.

NOW I ASK:
How many years did these guys serve their states as governors and deputy governors? Is it more than 8years? Is that a reason to be entitled to pensions for life? Even if they are entitled to pension for life, must it be so outrageous?

As if that is not enough: HOW on earth can any public servant with conscience collect salaries and allowances as a senator or minister, and still have the audacity to claim pensions equivalent to the salaries of a serving governor in Nigeria?

IT ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE......

Once you are elected a senator or appointed a minister, you must forfeit any pension accruing to you from government at any level until you vacate office. This should also apply to senators collecting military pensions like former Senate President David Mark.

Yet these senators are in the Senate that is inviting the current finance minister to discuss the recession of Nigeria's economy. A senator pockets approximately 30 million naira monthly as salary and allowances. Our "honourables" are not interested to make laws that could restructure our country into economically autonomous federating States/Regions to save the country from sectional agitations that is threatening to destroy Nigeria. The sad and hopeless situation is that the rest of Nigerians are busy arguing based on party, ethnic and affiliations while these enemies of state continue to rape us.

Do you know that it costs tax payers 290m Naira yearly to maintain each member of our National Assembly in a country where nothing works & 80% of population earn below 300 Naira a day ? A working day earning of a senator is more than a yearly income of a doctor; it's more than the salary of 42 Army generals or 48 professors or 70 commissioners of police or more than twice the pay of the US President or 9 times the salary of US congressmen.

It's high time the country had a referendum on those outrageous salaries of Senators, House of Representative members and other political office holders.

*If you are seriously against the looting of our commonwealth in Nigeria, in the name of democracy, you can let this piece go viral by sharing it with as many of your contacts and groups too!*( copied) Dr Bello Diran
So sad. sad . Even i this era of change, nothing has happened.

this is my say on this

my father died during last year's pilgrimage. He risked his health, his job,his family..he sacrificed his time..he spent money for a trip of no return..Just to serve a God

Now tell me..is this God just? I mean are there not criminals and politicians wasting lives and yet he chose to pick my dad and other hundreds of people that travelled just to worship him

I believe there is a Supreme being..but the deities prportrayed by our religions ain't just it.

first step i took after his death was to look thoroughly in d religion i was practicing which was islam..that was when i realised i was ignorant. I believed everything i was thought hook, line and sinker without challenging my curiousity. By tge time i was thru digging up about islam,i realized that it was just an horror show built from the base of mass murders, lies, falsehood, delusion and not to mention d blood-seeking Muhammad.

then, i heard christianity was d way of life. I wasn't buying the trinity stuff cos it seemed and stil seems very absurd and unreal to me. My mom was a Christian b4 she married my dad so she didn't totally abandon it. She took me to some churches and i realized there was still worse to be seen. If u see pastors running churches like business centres.

one particular one i attended, coincidentally it was d first Sunday of d month, so i witnessed d collection of tithes. Ds pastor collected tithes, two rounds of offerings, sold prayer waters for 200 naira each saying dat if u dont get one,u won't receive testimonies in ur life. He was also stating that. members should come on Tuesday with 5100 naira for sowing seed. I was just amazed at the delusion and stupidity of such people. Imagine the pastor also saying those that have jobs should tell their employers they got a program (7-9 am)..in my mind i was like for ds buhari change?!!..time that will be used effectively for productivity and one pastor is telling his gullible followers to bring a 5100 naira to him..something they themselves can hardly spare

I was just thinking that day. Seriously people need to wake up..no God or Allah will give u money or wife. or job or anything..u av to work on yourself..thats it,rather than wasting ur hard-earned money on pastors that can't even give u a loan to start up ur business
It's painful loosing a loved one. Sorry for your loss. Anyone who dies in Christ has gone somewhere better.

Hello,

I am sorry I won't be able to reveal my real name. But every other detail I give are absolutely genuine.

If you were a FUTARIAN from 2007 to 2012 it's possible you know this radical dude typing this. Yes. I was a popular christian on campus because of my activities then.

I had formal Pastoral training from my home church with a certificate. (Don't want to name the church). That was before I got admission into
FUTA. We planted 2 new churches before I gained admission and was able to get the churches members before handing over to more experienced pastors.

Believe it or not, I have over 300 converts that I know of and had a book I wrote the names of my converts so has to pray for them everyday by name.

I am very sure the real number will be in the thousands, because this 300+ converts are the only ones I have their names written.

I stayed in Akindeko Hostel in my first year in Futa. I was one of those who did what we called "morning cry" everyday in the hostel. Usually from 6am in the morning. Preaching that people should repent for the kingdom of God was at hand.
I remember how I usually had clashes with the muslims at the mosque beside Akindeko Hostel.

NOTE: this is a true life story and all I say is nothing but the absolute truth. More of this story is to come.
You can follow for updates

I'm reading your story but there re questions you have to think about:

1. Have you ever encountered any true miracle ?
Let me tell you my experience. I know of someone who had severe heart disease. It was so severe that hospital had to reject her. She went to the best cardiologists in the country but there was little that could be done. The Xray showed that her heart was almost gone. But guess what ? She received her healing in church.
If you have ever encountered something like this, then you'll know there's a spiritual force.

There was a mad man around my neighbourhood. He has been like that for more than 10 years. His clothese were tattered and dirty. He loked unkempt with dreadlocks. But one day two evangelists were walking down the road and they decided to stop and look at him. They began prayers, binding nd casting. It wasn't long. The man became well. He looked up and asked people, "where am I?" He became conscious of has half unclothedness. They had to take him to church where he was taken care of.

2. Do you really doubt the existence of supernatural ie witches, magic etc.
I find it funny that you don't even believe such things exists. I have witnessed and encountered strange phenomena. May be you should visit a shrine or a witch doctor if you don't believe in God. At least, you will see evil for you to understand that there's something called good.

People too foolish for this world.

Something happened in the church i attended yesterday (was there on invitation) that got me so irritated.

Some dude was testifying to God's favour during "testimony time" and the presiding pastor had the mic yanked off the dude before he could finish his testimony of how God landed him a job of running a business centre after searching unsuccessfully for a job for twwo years after NYSC.

Before dude could conclude his speech, the pastor took the mic off him and was like "praise the Lord", and just called on the next testifier. I then thought to myself, would the pastor have done same if this guy was testifying to a multimillion government contrect he's just been awarded Even if he had exhausted the time allocated to himhuh

Christianity these days got a far different definition than what Christ intended for it to be honestly.
If na me dem embarrass like that, I no go attend that church again.

A man in his late twenties approached me to marry him. I was not attracted to him neither was he a very friendly person. I told my mom about it and she advised me to think about it carefully.

After much thought, I decided to refuse because he seemed in hurry to marry me even when he barely knew me.

My parents got so angry with me. They said I should say agree because he is God fearing, has a good job( he owns a school) and they like him. I still refused , the man told me to marry him because he likes me and my parents like him. I tried reasoning with him but he told me that in those days girls marry men their parents approve.

My parents have threatened to not support my schooling if I refuse. I have tried to love this guy but I just can't. My parents esp my mom like him too much. I am not allowed to say a bad word against him. I am in my final year at school and 19 year old.

What should I do?
Just 19 shocked . What sort of parents are those ? You shouldn't even be thinking of marriage now. If you marry now, it could slow you down.
I think you should present your case to someone your parents would listen to. Do you have an elderly uncle, aunt or a mutual pastor ?
PoliticsRe: Militants From Mali, Libya Infiltrating Herders – Buhari by vislabraye(m): 11:41am On Nov 21, 2016
SBG04:
You still are not making sense and still choosing to be ignorant. So while poor Fulani herdsmen and the innocent farmers are killing themselves, we should wait for the Private sector to build ranches. Or wait for poor innocent herdsmen to buy land from Tribalistic state governors like Fayose that won't sell their land?
The FG has preferred so many solutions to a problem that is purely the responsibility of the State governors. Yet these people are still heaping blame on the FG.
Again comparing the conflict in the ND to that of the herdsmen is tribalistic. What is your basis for comparison? Criminals in the ND blowing pipelines, kidnapping people for Ransome, engaging in oil bunkering under the pretext of freedom fighting, should be compared to herders avenging the killing of their cattle by local farmers or local farmers avenging the destruction of their crops by herders?
You honestly expect the FG to send the military to wipe off herders and their cows or local farmers?
The only thing that can be done is to ensure that when the cows do encroach on farmlands and eat crops, there will be proper conflict resolution measures at the local level to prevent conflict. Cattle will always stray into farmlands (In the absence of ranches). The job of the State and local governments is to create conflict resolution measures at the local government level if they don't want to release land for grazing. Instead what they're doing is making this an ethnic and FG problem when it is entirely their responsibility! Obasanjo was spot on!
People like you are the problem of this country. Always looking at national issues with tribal, ethnic and self seeking eyes. There'll be a day when we'll have a revolution to rid ourselves of people like you. You have never meant this country well.
Firstly, these herdsmen are hired hands. Maybe not all, but a lot of them are hired hands. I think we should look at this problem from both point of views. Think of the poor farmers whose crops have been destroyed by these herdsmen.
But since Buhari has told us that it's herdsmen from Libya behind the killings, then they should be fished out and thrown away. Let us protect our citizens first.
