16 years of PDP did not have access to the so called white paper?


The looted funds belongs to the people of cross river state so why didn't they pursue the matter with arrest, trial and jail or even petition for action.

If there is such indictment and white paper, then this administration should move fast and act.

Apart from him being tried, is there any moral grounds appointing him as a minister

It's sad, i tell you. This government is more concerned about propaganda. Early this year, there was report that 150 soldiers were killed but the military denied it. Gej hired the EO and they were almost wiping out bokoharam until Mr. Integrity came in.

In 2007 he was a strong campaigner of Atiku, in 2011 he tacitly supported Jonathan, in 2015 he neither supported Jonathan nor Atiku but Buhari. THAT IS POLITICS. It isn't played with emotions.
