I think the government will do well to show us the distribution. How many goats are in Borno, Sokoto or Enugu. Same should be done for cattles, chickens, donkey and camels. It will be more comprehensive.

No negotiations please. Negotiations with the yorubas (OPC) produced two presidential candidates (Our and Olufalae), Ojo became president. Negotiations with the Niger Delta Militants Produced, GEJ. Boko Haram frustrated GEJ, to produce PMB. How long shall we continue to negotiate with terrorist groups like OPC, NDM, Boko Haram. Now the IPOB terrorist are on the rampage, the Fulani Jihadist or harder are lurking around. Enough of negotiations, anyone who picks up arms against the nation is a terrorist, anyone who use arm against his neighbor is armed robber or murder. No more negotiations.
So is the use of force working ?

Guyman02:
Many of us here thought that the likes of seasoned economists like Pat Utomi and Kalu Idika Kalu will form part of his kitchen cabinet and the nucleus of his economic strategy, but he was too sentimental in filling his cabinet with Northerners and considered them perhaps as citizens of 5% regions.

Kemi Adeosun is still studying from economics textbooks, the type we read for WAEC and presenting same in British accented English, in reality she is still a neophyte in international economic affairs, although I feel she is learning very fast on the job; but we actually didn't need a learner in times like this unfortunately and a lot of damage has been done to the economy already.
Dem no want hear.

I hope all those claiming the President has an ethnic agenda and never deploys security agents against Northerners can bury their bigoted heads in shame.

The suspects and their co-conspirators should be firmly dealt with to serve as a deterrent.
Be truthful. Pmb has overlooked so many atrocities committed by his people. Stop shouting. How many herdsmen has he arrested. And btw, I won't be surprise if these people are set free.
RomanceRe: Why Do Guys Watch Porn When They Can Just Get The Real Thing? Discuss by vislabraye(m): 3:23pm On Jun 01, 2016
It's just fantasy. People enjoy fantasy and sometimes more than the real thing. When someone begins to watch such movies early, he becomes hooked to it.
But of course I prefer the real thing. I don't watch porn.

PoliticsRe: I’ll Do Everything Necessary To Secure Oil Facilities In Niger Delta — Buhari by vislabraye(m): 2:37pm On Jun 01, 2016
Flets:
Now lets face it.... Nigeria as we know it have gone to the dogs. Balkanization is imminent unless we salvage it through True Federalism.
Maybe Buhari is the man needed to help grind Nigeria to a halt where True federalism becomes attractive to hard sworn opponents.

Who in his right senses would ever think force would restore crude production in the Niger Delta. Both History and common sense has proven its impossible to increase oil production in the face of insurgency. Even the major oil companies cannot continue production amidst explosions and crossfires. The more Buhari mobilizes warships, gunboats and military to the region, the more the IOCs evacuates their personnel and services from the region.

What is so hard about understanding that there is no hope for a united Nigeria without True Federalism? What is wrong with the black man?

This is becoming scary. Buhari should handle this delicate situation skillfully. We will all suffer it. Everything is not force.
Buhari appears like someone on a revenge mission. The first week he became president, he bombed the creeks in Niger Delta. Meanwhile, he had not lifted a finger against bokoharam. I think people are giving him wrong advice. He should be seen as a friend to every person.
This battle can be avoided. Try negotiating with these guys instead of beating your chest. They are not like bokoharam.

We foresaw this coming during the elections. I talked about it in one of my articles. It's just so sad that Nigeria will never be able to fulfil her potentials cos this is unfortunately,a new twist to the kind of politics being played. Apart from the genuine issues these people have for taking into militancy, the result of the 2015 elections,is also one of the reasons for all of these. They see it as payback time to the north who supposedly used boko haram in ruining Jonathan's govt... The earlier we re-negotiate our existence as a nation, the better for us all.
And Buhari is not helping matters. He looks like someone on a revenge mission.

I agree with the points you made. Even the corruption people thought Buhari will fight is a mirage. huh

PoliticsRe: "We Were Saying Rubbish During The Campaign" - President Buhari. by vislabraye(m): 8:33am On May 31, 2016
KingOfAmebo:
President Muhammadu Buhari says his party didn't know what they were getting into before making so much promises to Nigerians, and as such made life difficult for themselves with the high expectations from Nigerians because of the long list of promises made. He said his party identified only three major items...Security, Economy and Corruption.

Speaking on Monday when he hosted state house correspondents at the presidential villa in Abuja, Buhari said he and his cabinet members have been doing their best to deliver the change which the All Progressives Congress (APC) promised Nigerians during the electioneering campaign.

The president described his ministers as hardworking, saying they toil day and night to ensure that his administration succeeds.

“One of the men I pity is Lai Mohammed. Everyday he is on TV explaining our performance or lack of it,” he said.

“The ministers sit down day and night to work. Some of them have literarily lost weight because they were sleeping less and eating less (while working on the budget). They were working on every kobo to be spent.

“We recently just found out that we are poor because we don’t have anything to fall back to. This is the condition we found ourselves and this change mantra had to go through hell up till yesterday.

“And for you to talk to whoever came to visit us throughout that year, I wonder how each of your diaries would be, because people were expecting this change mantra in their own way.

“How do you define change? Luckily our party identified three major items, security, economy and corruption.”

The president spoke on why he reduced the number of ministries from 42 to 24. He also revealed that some of the permanent secretaries were disengaged because of lack of commitment.

Buhari added that there is a possibility of the economy recovering in the last quarter of the year.

“When we came there were 42 ministries we cut it to 24. We had to do it on our own because we found out that government could not continue with 42 ministers and the paraphernalia of office so we cut it down to 24,” he said.

“I underrated the influence of the PDP for 16 years watching from outside. The experience of the staff, their commitment and zeal is different from what it is now compared to when I was in government. Sixteen years of development in the life of a developing nation is a long time.

“Most of the permanent secretaries were sent out because it was time for some of them to go and for others for one thing or the other. Because were not part of those 16 years this is where we found ourselves and this is no joke.

“We had to cut down half the number of permanent secretaries and then do some cross postings. The permanent secretaries that were there for the past five, seven, 15 years the only thing that they know is how things were done in the previous years. Whatever we did in the campaign, in fact we were saying rubbish and that made it very difficult for us.

“Things were even more difficult during the budget which you all know about. For somebody like me, for the first time I heard what is called padding.

“I think we will recover by the fourth quarter of the year, what padding means especially for ministers who had implement what padding contains. There were very serious developments which I never knew about.”

When Apc were opposition, they did worse. They insulted the ex first lady and Gej as well. Their attacks were more personal. Pdp is still learning in terms of personal attacks.
The only way Buhari can silence Pdp is to perform excellently, without giving room for criticism. Actions speak louder than words.

CareerRe: Women Bosses And Their Women Problem by vislabraye(m): 12:37pm On May 24, 2016

this happen to be my first female boss, and just 2 months of working together she is so typical of those ive read about. these are a few of their realities.
disclaimer - this is not representative of all women just the type of my boss.

a little background.
I was employed as a marketing and business development manager for a new product. she was not in the country during the recruitment exercise-out of the country) so she didn't know me from adam. Ive heard a lot of stories of how she was very insensitive, bossy and a control freak an admin officer with priviledge information said i was employed because of my calmness during the interview to cancel out her aggressive character. well i kept an open mind, however upon her arrival our first meeting betrayed her so much as she felt she was not in control of my person. just a month to the job i already had proposals on ground that will restructure the company and re-position it for the market. well since then its been a tug of war between us both.

All my requests and moves were rebuffed, all support was literally non existent. well marketing happens to be a cost centre in itself, sales brings in the money. many dont know the difference though including my boss. i managed the two role independently despite all the challenges, but we are yet to make sales.

she pretends as if she doesnt know why we are not making sales. and shes using that as a pedestal to victimize me. she copies the HR on unnecessary issues and quite frankly its frustrating.

well after all these i had to understand her and why we may never gel -

1. women bosses are arrogant
2. they always want to be in control
3. they are mostly lazy themselves
4. they are mostly insecure

at least my boss is all the above and more.

well, she wants me to lick her a**, but Im never doing all of that. I know over time we may blend but for now its so annoying. i feel like leaving already. Guys with experience should please give honest advise to a distressed worker.

RomanceRe: Why A Guy Should Not Marry A Girl His Age by vislabraye(m): 8:00pm On May 23, 2016
marvelck:
Since women naturally age faster than men, its not advisable for a guy to marry a girl his age or within his age range. Guys need to marry girls they are far older than with at least 10 years, so that when she's aging everything will still be balanced. You can still be enjoying her breast, and also admiring her full waist line for a long time to come. Compare to when you marry a girl that's only 3 or 5 years younger than you. Before you know it, she'll start looking older than you apart from adding weight anyhow after giving kids. So, let there a space of like 10 years between you and the girl you want to marry, just like fathers used to do it in the past.
That neans a man should not marry young nah ! If I should marry at the age of 29, it means my wife should be 19 huh
