Just to add to what you said, I feel they are too comfortable in that position, an example is the Nigerian Embassy in the United States, they are like a loose cannon over there, they make their own rules and do whatever makes them happy. They feel they are inferior to others just because they have a 'government position' Honestly I do not know when this nonsense will stop....
