Can you compare it to before? It's reducing drastically as people are getting more enlightened. I'm sure you remember me lol justwise: I'm not sure you know what you are talking about, do you know when the UK stopped work after study and the number of foreign student still coming to the UK to study? |

I mean, 4.0 from Oxford... 339 GRE, Why shouldn't I be proud and arrogant? I feel like interviewing the whole US embassy. From the proposed transcript I posted, do you think I need to be more arrogant to the V.O? I am a hot cake and rare commodity, I don't see why a V.O will interview me even when Harvard didn't. Abdulrahmon68: Am not sure he is cracking jokes bro. I think he actually once said on the platform that he graduated from a British Uni with a first class honours in Software Engineering. He seems to be a brilliant dude but he has allowed his profile to get to his head which is why you will always see too much pride in anything he post. I remembered you and him exchanged words last week over the way he was asking questions with arrogance. How I wish he can just be humble enough so that he won't have issues with the VO during his interview. It really pays to be humble! I wish him success!
Cheers. |

*PROPOSED TRANSCRIPT
Harvard University MSc Software Engineering Fully-funded plus $10k a month as upkeep.
V.O: Good Morning Me: I hear you Me: Who you help, sorry, how may I help you?
V.O: Why are you going to the US? Me: It's on the application form, make use of your sixth.
V.O: So why did you choose Harvard? Me: Sorry, Harvard chose me, I didn't choose Harvard.
V.O: Wow, so why did Harvard choose you? Me: Didn't you see my 4.0/4.0 GPA from Oxford? 339 GRE score? You want me to go on?
V.O: (cut's in) Oh no no, it's fine. V.O: Did you apply to other schools? Me: Before I walked in here, I filed for a digital restraining order on MIT and Yale. Their pleading has gotten out of legs.
V.O: Interesting... Why did you choose US Me: Next question
V.O: Any standardized test? Me: Yes, I actually interviewed Harvard and they impressed me by scoring 40% in the standardized test I set for them. Yale couldn't even score half.
V.O: Hmmm. What are your study plans? Me: After graduating with magna cum laude, I'll take a stroll into any FAANG (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google) at Silicon Valley and negotiate a salary of $400k dollars/year and sign-on bonus of $120k as a Software Engineer.
V.O: So you mean you don't have plans of returning to your home country? Me: To do what? V.O: Bode Thomas... 'Bro remember the road that will lead you hom..'
Me: (Cuts in) Tani bro e? Your bro is in Yaba collecting treatment
V.O: One more question, can I see your bank statements? Me: *passes Harvard University's bank statements*
V.O: Okay, I will be approving your... Me: (Cuts in) Pardon? Who be this guy? Me: (Asking crowd) Una know this guy?
V.O: Oh Sorry, It's a great honour to issue you a visa Sir, have this white paper. Me: Don't be silly, ask Harvard to keep the paper.
House, help me scrutinize this transcript. What are my chances of getting the visa?
Thank y'all for your anticipated cooperation. |

Hope say you no dey advertise your bitcoin business lowkey Dreambig124: Good day everyone. I have been following this thread closely but not as a registered member and I want to thank everyone for the contribution on this thread, I have really learnt a lot. Please I will need your advice on my application for student permit. Is it advisable for me to apply as a self sponsor for my program. I’m 22 years old and I have managed to save up to 9 million, I have been saving in that account for over 3 years in order for me to sponsor myself to Canada. I presently have close to 10 million saved in form of cryptocurrency together making up 19million naira. I was lucky to buy and keep bitcoin before I got admission into the university because I spent a year at home before getting admission. Is it wise for a 22 year old to apply as a self sponsor? If yes how do I prove to the vo source of funds. I can still try to get some of my transactions on different website dating back to 2015/2016 but not all. I am confused and need your advice |

MEng - more Engineering courses while MSc - less Engineering courses. No employer will specifically ask for MEng. Masters is Masters. Anyone of them (MEng or MSc) that comes with a better package or more benefits (like scholarship, better Uni ranking, affordability, etc), go for it. Overall, MEng prepares you for the job market but the reputation of the institution is far more important. NwanyiOkpa: MEng or MSc which one is wiser choice? Yeah exactly. I don't see why he can't budget couple of 100s if he can afford to study in Canada. Every decision we take in our lives is a risk (anything can happen) if you look at it from a good perspective. Blema111: He shouldn’t go for private na, he will have problem with applying for PGWP. He should vex and pay the money...consider it as an investment. Sought out your supervisor before applying if thesis based. |

Most top Canadian Universities require an application fee. That way they know you're actually committed and serious about the application. You could check these ones. N/B: Might be private and lowly ranked - Royal Roads University - Mount Allison University Read - Fairleigh Dickinson University - Quest University -Booth University College - Redeemer University Saucekide25: Hello everyone, am still in the early process of getting an admission in a university located in Canada, but I met a few stumbling blocks
Please, is there a list of UNIVERSITIES that waive off the regular admission fees of around $100?
Since it's non-refundable and one could still get rejected, I think the best approach is trying out a University that waives the fee.
I would be glad if anyone helps out with this, the two I came across online still asked me to pay $100 at the last page of my undergraduate application.
Thanks |

I doubt too. Most Unis in Germany are tuition free and they'd require a solid GPA. Your only chance at an MSc with 2:2 is United Kingdom, which we know it's not even ideal. fntstores: ohh, just for canada? or can i get an Msc course with 2.2 in germany? |
