Have never been scammed, and I hope I would never be. I'm not greedy enough ![]() To start with, why would I want to make friends with a stranger online, when we have absolutely nothing in common, with almost zero chance of meeting, and no reason to? Is his life so empty that he was craving for such friendship? One has to be both greedy and utterly dumb to fall for certain cons. I am very suspicious in nature. I question every motive, no matter how upright it seemed. Meet a stranger one day. You don't own a laptop, and he offered to send one same day. Next, you got a notice that your laptop has arrived next day! I believe in luck, but I don't believe in dumb luck. |
License plate blockers? IRAN: License-plate blockers In Tehran, Iran, thanks to the restrictions placed on how many cars can be on the road during a day, certain drivers will hire people to walk behind their car plates to keep them concealed. This is one weird job. Actually, I think it is the weirdest job among all of them. When the driver speeds up, is the plate blocker supposed to run after the car? |
Seriously? This is scary. |
A black woman getting shortchanged by her own people, because she was "too dark"! Well, if she had received this sort of treatment from whites, we would all scream "racism!" Now that black people complained about a fellow black being too black, what do we make of it? To even think that this beautiful lady got her shot to stardom by predominantly white movie makers, should make us question ourselves. Now, do you still wonder why some people try to change their skin color? The heavy editing on that last picture makes it difficult to look at. |
Wow! I'm so curious as to how they swallowed the money. Roll them, or fold up the bills, wrap them in plastic and swallow with ogbono or okro soup? How many bills could they swallow, doing it this way..... I'd puke if I try it once, much less multiple times. Naija guys! Even the devil is scared of them. |
Wow! I'm so curious as to how they swallowed the money. Roll them, or fold up the bills, wrap them in plastic and swallow with ogbono or okro soup? How many bills could they swallow, doing it this way....I still don't see how they could do this. I'd puke if I try it once, much less multiple times. |
RichDad1:Definitely cursed. People of other race keep saying that blacks are incapable of self governance, and we keep proving them right. Tell me what country in black Africa has gotten it right when it comes to politics and government? The ones among us (e.g. South Africa) that seemed to be making some progress, is because they are heavily influenced by whites. |
He's just stating the obvious. Nigeria is still together because...... ![]() Because we keep on hoping. Hoping for a miracle, in an age where common sense and pro-activeness gets things done. The politicians in power keep mouthing unity. Not because they believe in it, but because a Nigerian government is the only means through which they can embezzle money and fatten their pockets. The ones who are not in power yet are bidding their time, and also praying that the weak structure which bind us together all this time will hold up a little longer, so it could get to their turn to "chop" While the poor majority keep hoping on the illusion that the political class and the government will stumble on a blueprint that will improve their living conditions. Nigeria...a fool's paradise. |
What else is new? Father and daughter are both guilty, except it was a set up between the girl's father and her p!mp. |
spyder880:Spyder880, can you kindly clarify what plot(s) has been reserved for the green area/park/playing field within the estate? there seemed to be a debate over this sometime back. |
It makes me puke to imagine a very muscular and well defined male specimen who, albeit, has a vag!na in between his legs. Now, that's an irony! Buck Angel and Loren Cameron both have pvssies in between their legs! So, do men with vag!nas qualifify to be called "bro?" No way! Most of them also needed tattoos to emphasize masculinity. Pity. |
It's easy to see why the school's initial reaction was that of fear. If it had been a non Muslim Caucasian, he would have received a standing ovation instead. Religion now instills fear instead of love. Humankind has lost it. Such a pity. |
delishpot:It just goes to show that religion is the single factor that would lead to mankind's extermination. It is no more enough to promise potential recruits the assurance of heaven's eternal bliss and 72 virgins at their disposal...they had to lure them with earthly riches and a lifestyle of hedonism. So, are they not fighting for the cause of Allah anymore? I stopped taking organized religion seriously a long time ago. My personal spirituality is intact. |
That's the thing with contemporary trends in fashion: it should never be taken seriously. |
I will come back to post what I think of this advert when one can actually fly a local airline and experience actual peace and comfort...could be in 50 years. I hope they are operating with brand new, or almost new aircrafts? Other than that, the peace they are touting would be elusive. |
That part about Dangote rebagging imported Chinese cement at the equivalent of N350 per 50kg got me I got to reseach on that one. Thought most of his product materials were locally sourced. |
Guy even looks gay. Why would a black man who is sure about his masculinity wear this? Baldness n very low cut is the new sexy. |
No way I would rock that. What for? ![]() |
I agree with you a hundred percent. Sentiments alone is responsible for the failed government we have been experiencing. Note that when you perceive someone as an enemy, you will find it hard to appreciate anything positive he does. Only a fool keeps doing something the same way when it had failed to achieve results. The sort of blind hero worship that has clouded every sense of judgement in this country is sickening. If PMB had attained power by force, it becomes a different story. He was voted in by the majority! If this is not a pointer to the fact that most of the electorate are fed up with the last administration, I don't know what other pointer to use. PMB's government is still at it's infancy, and we should give him the benefit of the doubt. Working against him will only sink us further into the darkness we have created for ourselves. |
Nigerians sabi flog dead horse sha. Enough of this recurrent shyte that changes nothing. Even if okorocha has so much influence to arm twist the presidency into securing plum appointments for politicians from the south east, what difference will it ever make to improve the scheme of things in that region? What stupendous improvement did the south east and south southern politicians that filled top positions in the GEJ era bring? Other than enrich themselves, is there anything else our politicians are good at? In their respective towns and villages, there exists no decent roads, water and other BASIC structures. Even ex president's village of Otuoke has no portable water. Bottom line, whether Okorocha influences major appointments or not, it makes no difference. The plight of the average man remains the same with the sort of government we have here. |
Even if they do report his presence, it's not gonna change whatever will be the outcome of the visit. Africa and it's people still fail to realize the enormous power this continent can wield in world politics, if we get our acts rights. France just made a promise to aid Nigeria in its fight against terrorism. Now I'm asking myself, what suddenly got the French govt interested in our plight? Bubu shouldn't put too much hope on this visit. If we ourselves cannot defeat BH, nobody else would. |
Lagos state and agbero are like 5 and 6. As much as we detest their presence everywhere, these guys have become an unofficial arm of the government. Fact is, if you overthrow the government in Lagos, you would still find it hard to get rid of agberos. Even successive military governors during that era couldn't eliminate the menace. |
There is this saying that when a mad man looks you in the eye and says: "yea, I know I'm mad", you can't help but respect the fact that at least he has accepted his fate, and is at peace with it. People who keep on hating this fellow are wasting their time. He is at peace with his personality. He loves himself. His inner man has found it's expression, and is even helping him earn enough money to make a decent living. Love him or hate him, he can't and he won't change. Why should he? I see no reason. To each his own madness. ![]() |
Read somewhere on this forum that one of them glory seeking pastors prophecied that there's gonna be bloodshed if Dele Momodu isn't crowned the next Ooni of Ife. Is uncle Dele from Giesi? Has that pastor's hunger allowed him to see into the future? |
The baby picture has little resemblance to him. |
At last! The wind of change is blowing in Lagos. This is a sight for sore eyes. We're gonna have herdsmen everywhere and their cattle soon. Since government has ignored the damage they have done in rural areas, conquering the cities should be the next agenda. |
Chanchit: ![]() Did you know that farmers in India now use coca cola as pesticides? Shows you the sort of poison humans have been consuming. |
The woman made a sacrifice, and I don't think she expected anything for her selflessness, other than Bubu to win the election. You should ask yourself if Bubu actually gave his word about taking her overseas for medical attention, or if this is another one of those cock n bullshyte stories from cancerous blogs and their dumb owners peddled. Her illness is arguably, due to her advanced age, and I'm sure she could receive palliative treatment right within the country. These sort of sensational news has gotten so boring. It can't take us anywhere. |
The problem is, our system has grown accustomed to the notion that once a thing is built, that's it. No need for a replacement...in other words, funds meant to replace such facilities end up in private pockets. So long as students can dash in there and quickly do their business before getting overpowered by the horrid atmosphere, then there's no need to change anything. After all, na govt property. |
See what the retard NDLEA spokesperson said: He said, “The NDLEA went in search of a notorious drug dealer, named Saheed, following an information on his activities, which has constituted nuisance to people in that neighbourhood. “Unfortunately, we did not find him as of the time of getting to the place. Animals in uniform. Who goes for a raid by first of all shooting indiscriminately to announce their presence? How do you hope to catch the crook you were looking for by shooting first and cause chaos? You expect the criminals to come out in surrender just like that? I don't know what outdated and archaic manual these law enforcement people still study. They have caused the death of an innocent person, and worse, still denied it happened. |
