You have a point there, but i wouldnt class that as gossip. . . Is there anything like "good Gossip"? I ask because, gossip as a word has always had a negativity about it and nothing positive.
I wont class that as gossip because: "telling them how lucky he is to have her,and how good she is ,interms of character", this is what is expected of every woman, so its somewhat normal or even ordinary. . . You dont expect a man to admit in public that his wife is ugly naa

I think if the girl is younger (<24) you should use the indirect route, but if she's more experienced (>24) she wont want u to waste her time so the direct route might be better.
