Nothing to say now till we see the money and those that collected it. That is how they told us that the YouWiN3 awardees have received their money, when no money was released to them up till now. The lies are getting intensified by the day. God save us from these liers! |
Getting to Meet Another Nigerian Transgender, Noni Salma Lawal, is to say the least, absurd. This beautiful lady pictured below used to be a man – a young Nigerian entertainment journalist, until recently. He was formally known as Habeeb Babatunde Lawal but now, he answers Noni Salma Lawal. According to Adams Odunayo, before he left Nigeria, he (abi nah she we go call am now) graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts. He even became a filmmaker and transformed into a transgender. Talking about her transition, Noni said: ”It was a life or death situation for me. It was either transition or die”. What is it that these people want that God did not give them?

The info above may not sound sympathetic to you but it is a duty we all owe to condemn any act of insincerity no matter who is involved. Again, I find the allegations against some banks to be weighty. If many of Nigerian banks are having problems, then the little monies we have there are in trouble too. Join hands to stand against what is wrong. Give your support to the Nigerian youths, the promising entrepreneurs! Again, if you are a YouWiN3 awardee on Nairaland, please confirm this report and tell the world if it truly capture the recent development between you (the awardees) and the FMF. |
Nigerian youths who participated and won the Youth Enterprises With Innovation in Nigeria (YouWiN) grant during the last administration have continued to lament the insincerity of the present administration to make open why it kept giving inconsistent reports about the release of their fund. In report issued by the aggrieved awardees, the awardees claimed that their northern counterparts are the worst hit of the government insincerity. The youths who on the 13th of June 2016 besieged the Federal Ministry of Finance Secretariat in Abuja were promised payment in a "couple of weeks" but up till this moment that promise is yet to be fulfilled. In a press release issued recently, the FMF claimed to have paid all the YouWiN3 awardees. The youths who received the news of the purported payment were shocked at the level of deceit from the Hon. Minister of Finance, who should have been a mother to them and shun such political punches that are capable of destroying her reputation. In another development, the YouWiN Secretariat in a letter addressed to all the awardees claimed that all the participating banks where the accounts of the northern awardees are domiciled have one problem or the other with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The banks involved are Zenith bank, Stanbic bank and GTB. However, the issue of Stanbic bank has remained irreconcilable for some time now, and lately Zenith and GTB became involved too. Informing awardees about the inclusion of Zenith bank among the banks having issues with CBN, the YouWiN spokesperson wrote: "Sequel to the email sent on June 27, 2016 the Secretariat would like to inform you of a new development regarding disbursements through Zenith Bank. The Federal Ministry of Finance is working to resolve a Zenith bank account linkage challenge with CBN, due to this issue payments to awardees in Tranche 3 batch 1 and Tranche 2 batch 4 are yet to be completed. Payment will be completed to awardees in these batches as soon as this is resolved. Further disbursement of the second and third tranche to eligible awardees will continue in batches over the next couple of weeks once this is resolved." The question that needs an urgent answer is: how long does it take to link customers' accounts for payment? Instead of allowing these businesses to suffer like this for many months running, effort should be made to pay up all awardees no matter their zones. Also, the banks involved should come out and defend themselves so that customers will know their present health status and why CBN is having issues with them. It is not all about YouWiN3 awardees, but the fate of many Nigerians is hanging! |
Case closed. The witch hunters at EFCC could not establish a valid case against him. Bad market for EFCC. This is how EFCC will soon go into oblivion. They keep lying to Nigerians about ONSA account, while putting up a blind eye on the high level of corruption that is going on in this administration. |
StainlessH:Na true short cut oooh! It remains the southeastern MASSOB, Avengers, MEND etc. North will always scam Nigerians. Are you sure they are truly civilan JTF and not the terrorist Boko Haram members? Are you sure Shekau is not among them? Look properly oooh, because these guys can pull surprises. Then watch out in few days and see this rag tag army posted in to the souteast and southsouth to be killing and raping innocent people. Hmmmm, I just dey watch! |
APC and Nairalies go together. What happens to smaller farmers who cannot and do not know how and where to apply? The bottomline is that the Minister and his ministry are LYING to themselves and their gullible followers. Everybody knows how individuals and corporate organs get the police for security after requesting. IT IS NOT FREE at all! And NSCDC of recent after being empowered with arms are doing the police thing: money for hand, back for ground. But come to think of it, is this government reasoning from the anus? Farmers have cried a lot and have been dealt with enough, and so do not need the application protocol to have government security. This government is anti-people and pro-cows and goats, what an irony! |
CecyAdrian:Ayo Fayose will not pay Ekiti workers with his personal money. That he is the governor of Ekiti State does not mean he will take shit from anybody trying to rubbish his name. The post is about false allegation by EFCC and not about salary payment. Just face the fact and stop behaving like your parents in government. |
buharisbae:Truth never dies and can never be pocketed no matter how you try. But who told you Buhari still needs a babe when Aisha is still around? Are you a husband snatcher or what? With this kind of Monicker, you lost a whole lot of respect, even Aisha will hate you forever! |
omenka:Yeah, better late than never! Face the FACT!!! |
US COURT DOCUMENTS REVEAL AISHA BUHARI’S INVOLVEMENT IN THE ATIKU-JEFFERSON SCANDAL The United States Justice Department, revealed that the All Progressive Congress, APC, Presidential Candidate, Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, Aisha Buhari (posing as Buhari’s daughter), was used as conduit and engaged in fraudulent wire transfers, from her Nigerian account in favour of Congressman Jefferson, via the ANJ Group LLC. The US District Court Memo, states that Congressman William J. Jefferson, between August 2000 and August 2005, sought hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of himself and family members. In return, the defendant used his congressional office to promote the business interests of bribe-paying companies, whose very success was dependent upon the approvals of certain United States and West African government agencies and officials. Congressman Jefferson, further compounded his criminal culpability by conspiring with others to pay a bribe to the then-sitting Vice President of Nigeria. The WhistleNG, in an exclusive report, stated that in hushed and sometimes cryptic taped recorded conversations, Congressman Jefferson, explained in details how the success of the Nigerian telecommunications venture depended on bribing the Vice President of Nigeria, who the defendant described as “really corrupt.” The US District Court during their investigation, also revealed that Williams Jefferson, in one of his numerous bribe schemes, wired $170,000 to a Nigerian account in the name of Aisha Buhari. “During the investigation of his numerous bribe schemes, law enforcement agents learned of several wire transfers from offshore territories into U.S. financial accounts, that were either controlled by the defendant or whose proceeds were made available for his benefit. See Donald C. Semesky, Jr., Tr. at 104 – 116; see also Government Exhibits 36-87 (6/26/02 $170,000 wire transfer from account in Nigeria in the name of Aisha Buhari, to an account in the name of The ANJ Group, LLC, identifying “William Jefferson” as Beneficiary), Government Exhibits 36-90 and 36-91 (11/28/03 $50,000 wire transfer from account in British Virgin Islands in the name of Dawson Creek Traders to an account in the name of Jefferson Interests, Inc. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, in their report dated June 22, 2006 also stated that former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, was summoned by the US government for Investigation into the iGate/NDTV business deals involving Congressman Jefferson, which also contained Haija Aisha M. Buhari’s bank records and transfer history. Reports from New York Times Story (April 29, 2007) revealed Aisha Buhari on the dubious $1.2m campaigning contract, to help the former Akwa Ibom State Gov., Obong Attah, boost his image and attract investment to Akwa Ibom in his bid to become President of Nigeria, as well as a contract where Aisha Buhari, served as a consultant to orchestrate enormous name golfers to go to the opening of the Uyo Golf Resort, commissioned by former Governor, Obong Attah. http://www.weeklypostng.org/2016/06/us-govt-fayoses-allegation-on-president.html As indicated by the New York Times story, “she (Aisha Buhari) told him that her father was the former military ruler of Nigeria, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, and that her American friends included politicians like Mr. Jefferson of Louisiana.” The former Governor, also verified the claim by the New York Times when he said, he knows Ms. Buhari’s daughter, who is still a powerful Nigerian politician, by reputation. He also met her, he said, in 2001 when she accompanied a group of American politicians that included Mr. Jefferson to Akwa Ibom, to see oil-related pollution problems there. “All I needed to do was ask Aisha if she knew him,” Mr. Attah recalls. General Buhari, has since denied that Aisha Buhari is his daughter, in spite of the contrary proofs, pretty much as he denied his adopted son, Mr. Mohammed Buhari, who was likewise captured in May 2014, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for swindling a woman Mrs. Nwokwocha Florence, of N20m to put resources into an oil and gas business with a guarantee to make mouthwatering returns to the woman.

The government of Muhammadu Buhari has continued to receive knocks from all sections of the Nigerian state. Apart from creating hardship to Nigerians through its unpopular policies being dished out on daily basis, the Buhari-led government is bent on further impoverishing Nigerians through its style of leadership. Nigeria as we see it today is standing on a one-foot religious and ethnic pillar. In showing the world how Nigeria is drifting apart and tilting towards destruction under president Muhammadu Buhari, the Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN) in the 19 Northern states with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja inclusive criticised the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari for not favouring the whole regions of Nigeria, especially the Northern Christians in his appointments. The chairman of the Northern CAN Reverend Yakubu Pam who advised President Muhammadu Buhari to be just in the selection of political appointments in the nation was quoted in a statement issued in Jos, the Plateau state capital by the group, lamented the non-inclusion of qualified Christians in the appointment into major positions by the administration of President Buhari despite the high number of qualified Christians from all the Northern states and Nigeria at large. According to the Northern Christian group, while there were insinuations from the Southern region that the appointment made so far were in favour of the North, there are proofs on ground which showed the appointments were skewed in favour of Muslims in the core north to the detriment of Christians in other Northern regions. The chairman of the Northern Christian group called for fairness and equity in the selection of qualified Nigerians into positions by the government, while emphasising that the appointments made so far since 2015 by the president has generated concerns among Northern Christian groups, with Pam citing the appointment of security Chiefs as typical example. The group also called on the president to do an analysis of his appointments so far in order to ensure that all regions in the country were given a sense of belonging. The Northern leaders advised President Buhari to do as the father of all and not to permit some people around him to influence him into taking decisions that would affect the progress of the country. While the Northern CAN is complaining about President Buhari’s style of administration, the Northern Christian Leaders Eagle Eye Forum visited the president in the Statehouse at Abuja, the federal capital territory on Friday, July 8. Question: When Buhari won the presidential election, his ‘thank you message’ to Nigerians was the use of the infamous “97% vs 5%” voting difference. All this while, Buhari has continued to tow the line of his so-called voting divide. Poser: Is Buhari Nigerian president or Northern Muslims president?

Meals and Attachments President Mohamadu Buhari since June has been having dinners in the State House to break the daily Ramadan fast as part of his Holy Month gestures. He has had dinners with “service chiefs and retiring IG of police,” he has “hosted vice president Yemi Osinbajo and all ministers to a dinner to break his Ramadan fast at the presidential villa.” He has also hosted “traditional rulers across the country,” as well as “a cross section of Abuja Imams and selected Individuals.” As all these several exclusive high-profile dinner outreaches have been going on, I have been wondering and asking myself what the implications are. I do not want to go into conclusion yet, but as a Christian I did the only thing I know is best – consulting my Bible. What I saw got me afraid. I discovered for the first time that physical meals eaten in a religious context often carry spiritual attachments, especially attachments from the spirit that supervises that particular religious environment. Point: Natural meals are not entirely natural all the time. Prayer: May all these bring about positive contributions and a healing of the body politic of Nigeria. Amen. Discoveries: More than a Drink In the Bible (Leviticus 5:6-31), for example, it is stipulated that if a wife were suspected to have been unfaithful, her husband would take her, with specific items for sacrifice, to the priest at the temple, who would there perform certain rites on her to prove her innocence or guilt. Part of the rites would include her drinking water into which the priest would have performed some rituals and invocations involving spoken and written words; water described as “water that brings a curse” (NIV), in other words, natural water that carries a spiritual property called a curse. More than a Dinner In Luke 22:19-20, we also find instances of the same truth. Jesus, on His last night before confronting the cross, had one such meal with His disciples, a meal traditionally called The Last Supper. At that event, Jesus did not fail to notify the eaters that that particular meal in commemoration of the Jewish annual religious feast of Passover, was not mere dinner, but were actually human flesh in the material form of unleavened bread, and the cup of wine from the vine actually human blood in a more agreeable form. It was a covenant meal; a blood-oath meal. Meals that Heal and Kill St Paul underscored this truth when he warned certain Corinthians who approached the Holy Communion like a common dinner. For their pitiable blind attitude to that religious meal; for “not discerning” what they ate, according to that prophet-apostle-writer, some had fallen sick and others even dead (1 Corinthians 11:29-30). In other words, those men and women were casualties of an otherwise physical meal in a religious context, their medical conditions and the disruption of their entire life originating, according to Paul, from something physical that they had eaten, but something physical which had been carrying spiritual properties of which they were unaware or might not have cared. Whether they cared or not made no difference to their fate after that meal. One Fatal Royal Banquet In the body politic of the Kingdom of Babylon, the politician at the centre of that national upheaval was the prime minister himself, Haman, who also had the notorious title of Enemy of the Jews. As consequence of the troubles that he was about to unleash upon the kingdom, all the Jews in that kingdom were forced to fast three days. At the end of that general fast, a banquet was called by the woman who had initiated that national religious event (Esther 5:1, 4). There was nothing in the stately setting of that banquet that gave away its spiritual undertones. One man was about to eat and die. Haman. The banquet was administered in two doses, to achieve maximum potency (Esther 7:1-2). Unfortunately, to that powerful politician, the meal was merely a gesture of political goodwill, extended exclusively to persons of importance, like himself. To Esther the organiser of the Palace Banquet, however, it was a strategic banquet spiced with the spiritual force of fasting for overhauling, thereafter, the political structure of the kingdom. How ordinarily Haman saw that extraordinary banquet of wine shows in how he reported about it to his constituency (Esther 5:11-12). That was Haman’s last state banquet, after which a mystical Finger began to work things against him, forcing him into strange strategic blunders that finally took his life. From the banquet to the gallows (Esther 7:8-10). He never lived to tell his story on how not to honour every invitation to every banquet, even if it were in the palace and with the king and queen. Esther knew well that every banquet was not just a banquet, that every dinner was not just a dinner, irrespective of the elaborate royal setting of the event. She has since taught us that there are banquets from which even royalties do not return or recover. Similarly, every gift is not just a gift; some diplomatic gifts carry the virus of generational leprosy. The wise prophet Elisha saw this, and refrained from the elaborate diplomatic parcels of Naaman the Syrian. Unfortunately, Gehazi his short-sighted greedy servant thought that he was being smarter when he secretly pursued what his seeing master had openly refused. Gehazi received what he thought were beautiful state gifts; gifts that, unknown to him, carried the invisible attachment of generational leprosy. That ‘medical condition’ of leprosy followed him home from a mere physical gift of whose spiritual side he knew nothing (2 Kings 5:15-27). That story has taught us that even international diplomats and powerful national politicians can be secret carriers of bad spiritual properties of generational proportions. Question: Will you honour such invitation, if extended to you?

As the month-long Ramadan fast by Muslims officially came to an end, various security reports keep coming up to greet Nigerians good morning, thereby beclouding the traditional Sallah feast days subsequent on the conclusion of the fast. The Bauchi State Police Command was first to raise an alarm over plans by some hoodlums to kidnap under age children during the Sallah festival: http://www.peoplesdailyng.com/sallah-igp-orders-tight-security-in-hot-spots/ As Nigerians were greeted with the Federal Government’s extension of the Eid-el-Fitri holiday by one day, the United States consulate in Nigeria raised a red flag, warning of a possible terror attack on Lagos… http://www.nigeriannewspapers.today/2016/07/06/america-issues-terror-alert-on-lagos/ However, privileged information reveals a mass arrival of BOKO HARAM Fighters to Southern Nigeria, especially LAGOS and RIVERS States. Nigerians are advised to take urgent and adequate security measures in areas like Churches, especially on Sundays, and in places with large gathering such as markets, shopping malls, cinemas, parks, etc. Friends & family members, especially those residing in PH and Lagos are to be vigilant and watch where they go to because the enemies of this country are planning something bigger than Nyanya bomb blast in Abuja. Though the places of attack are not known, Nigerians are encouraged to report any suspicious movement of strange people around their areas. May God help us and save our country. When has it become an offence to call for meetings? For God's sake people have been holding meetings. I suspect this Abednego and his CRU to be a bunch of mischief makers. If they are clean, let them look unto God and allow Him do the fighting. Why do you invite the media in something you are not sure of? True, some people can be funny and stupid! |
The Senators only quoted one of Atiku's recent statements that "it's time to move forward", they did not in anyway say that he addressed the issue of Malami and the Senate leaders. Atiku wants to be relevant but Nigerians are wiser! But he should have declared his stand on the matter than sounding rhetoric. Atiku, hmmmm!!! Your boss OBJ is still laughing in Ijebu tone. |
Sweetlemon:Why did they forget to add that he is a Christian? Are you sure he will defend Jesus Christ in his new job and not those that appointed him? Christians in politics are something else. See Dogara and understand my point!!!! |
Things are hard these days and so many sharp ones are devising methods to continue living in affluence. Fraudsters are evetywhere: the internet and social media; they are on our roads in major cities, schools, banks, market, etc. Now these criminals have devised a new way that is highly technical. They bug your phones and mailbox sounding friendly and convincing. You may be aware of a recording of a phone conversation purportedly involving a fraudster trying to convince a bank customer to reveal her account details. This recording is indicative of the increasing sophistication of scammers and the need for people to remain vigilant at all times. People have been receiving calls from strange numbers that carry foreign phone codes. Numbers such as: +37560260528 +37127913091 +37178565072 +56322553736 +37052529259 +255901130460 or numbers that start from: +543 +375, +371, +381, etc. One peculiar thing about calls from these numbers is that they hang up almost immediately a call is established. These numbers are categorized among those that are charged $15 - $30 once a call is established. The callers have fixed machines and softwares that can copy your contact list within seconds. They do not spare your bank or Credit Card details stored/saved in your phone, as they can copy that too ! Every country is has a telephone code with which it is identified. Nigeria has +234 as its code. So, from a code you can know the country from which the call is coming. E.g., +375 is from Belarus +371 code for Lativa, +381 code for Serbia +563 code for Valparaiso +370 code for Vilnius +255 code for Tanzania, etc. Research has shown that most of these calls are coming from ISIS. They are using the phones to lure innocent people to their fold as well using them to steal money from people's bank account. So, whenever you receive such strange calls, don't answer or Call back. Should you pick such calls unknowingly, make sure you do not disclose personal information. Again, IF SOME ONE ASKs YOU TO DIAL any of the following codes, please do not do so: #09 or #90. The codes are among the Newly discovered Tricks that Terrorists normally use to Frame Innocent People up...! There is a fraud company using a device that once you press: #90 or #09, they can access your SIM card and make calls at your own expense as well as using your phone number to do evil. This will implicate you seriously. These are some important points to note: 1. A call from or email from your Bank will address you by your full name (as captured in your account opening documents). 2. Always access your bank's Online portal only via their website and not through any other link (especially those sent via email). 3. Do not open suspicious texts, popup windows or emails. 4. Giving away one-time PINs (OTP) and token information is very risky and can be likened to giving your house keys, the key to your safe or even your Debit card and the PIN number to total strangers. You simply wouldn’t do these things and don’t do the same with your tokens and OTPs. 5. Your Bank has a way of protecting its customers. One of them is by sending OTPs only to their registered phone numbers and sends emails whenever an account is logged into from a device. Your Bank's Mobile app cannot be registered on more than one device at the same time. 6. Using your Bank's Mobile App is by far the safest way to transact, with less inherent risk than using online services on shared computers, cards at merchants you don’t know and certainly lower than the risk of having your signature forged on a cheque. 7. These Mobile apps have Fraud Management software that runs complex scanning of customer transactions to pick up on any suspicious trends and eliminate fraud at the source. 8. If you are ever in doubt over the authenticity of a call or email claiming to be from your Bank, hang up the call immediately and seek assistance from your bank's customer care centre .

Yea, your likes have condemned him to death already by saying he was guilty. The arrest of Abiodun Agbele, a close aide of Governor Ayodele Fayose by the operatives of the EFCC in Lagos has been described as shadow chasing and another avenue to distract the Ekiti State governor. Insiders said that he is currently being detained at the Lagos office of the anti-corruption agency. The EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, after confirming the arrest refused to give further details. “It is true that we arrested some men who were fronting for governor. They are in our Lagos Office. That is all I can say for now,” he said. At the same time Fayose’s media aide, Lere Olayinka, confirmed the development as he said: “Our attention has been drawn to the arrest of Mr Abiodun Agbele by the EFCC and we wish to say that we encourage the EFCC to carry out its investigations without politics as it is being done now. “It must be pointed out that at no time was Mr Abiodun Agbele invited by the EFCC, and if he had been invited, he would have honoured the invitation. Therefore, there is nothing to celebrate in his arrest if it is not political. “As already pointed out, Governor Ayodele Fayose does not have anything to do with any fund from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA). He has stated how his election was funded and Zenith Bank that he said funded his election has not denied doing so. “Also, the person said to have been arrested is an adult and will defend himself when the time comes. Subjecting him to media trial as EFCC has been doing since the inception of this government will only give our adversaries momentary sense of joy. “We await reports of EFCC investigations and we hope that the anti-corruption agency will be civil enough to allow an open and transparent trial in competent court of law and not media trial just to get at Governor Fayose because of his uncompromising stance against the misrule of the APC/Buhari led federal government. “Whatever stories being circulated by the EFCC and its political allies can at best be regarded as rumour as we were all in Nigeria when Nigerians were told that $700m cash was found in the House of Mrs Diezani Allison Madueke and the story turned out to be lie. “Finally, like we have maintained, Governor Fayose will remain resolute in making his opinions known on national issues and will not be intimidated.” Agbele was reportedly arrested for assisting Fayose to handle over N1.219bn during the Ekiti state governorship poll in 2014. The N1.219bn was said to be part of the N4.7bn that was stolen from the account of the Office of the National Security Adviser and put into the bank account of a company belonging to the sons of ex Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro. The EFCC had last Monday frozen the bank accounts of the Ekiti governor in connection with an ongoing investigation. On his own part, Mr. Fayose, who advised President Muhammadu Buhari not to see himself as a saint, supposed that the president’s wife, Aisha, was fingered in a money laundering scandal during the Olusegun Obasanjo government.

thomasthomas:Do you understand yourself? Are you sure you know what the word "infrastructure" means? Anyway, I support your last paragraph, relocate the power "liability" out of Niger Delta and Nigeria will be "better"! |
flexy4vibez:One is, the other is a politician. See the difference... |
Flexherbal:Keep dreaming! |
divinecode101:Hmmmm! I am not annoyed by that, I should advise you to always tread the path of the divine and learn to behave well. Anyway, I am not against your support for this government, but you must be careful not to speak anyhow simply because you have the means. If the present way Nigeria is heading is okay by you then I see joblessness and unemployment greeting you GOOD MORNING in no distant time! Think deep about it. |
divinecode101:Hmmmm! By the time he finishes the foundation, and revovering the so-called LOOT, every Nigerian will become jobless and unemployed, including YOU!!! |

proverbs 23: 1-3. Its only people that have long throat that can be affected by such nonsense. its the desires in the heart of a man that makes him susceptible to spiritual influences/machinations that come through eating of food. food can become a bait in the hands of the devil and his operatives. I had an experience concerning this, but I will not share it here.
