1. Because the home is not hers (or hers alone). The house also belongs first to her baby daddy, her children and any other relative the man paying the rent agrees to live there. Now, if they were married, then the house would belong to both of them equally, until a court makes a pronouncement. Although I do not consider myself a Christian, I am not impressed with your moral judgement. A woman bringing another man she is not married to, to have sex with in her children's home. If she is truly done with the other man, what stops her from calling for a family meeting, where issues of child care can be sorted out, and she can move on with her life. The man or his family can decide to take custody of the children or the woman can take custody and the man pays child support. All these issues must be iron out.
