PoliticsRe: Okogie On 2015: Don’t Run, Jonathan, Don’t... by wirinet(m): 8:12am On Sep 22, 2013
goldfish80: Exactly, the Cardinal has nothing to gain from anybody,"he has no wife or kids to secure their future for" I believe would be quite objective.

As much as i like GEj to contest and win the polls,I as well think the country needs a peaceful and condusive environment to flourish. If Jonathan sacrifising his personal interest and conducting a free n fair elections would bring about such change, then so be it.
That is what I am trying to tell these war mongers. I have never been a fan of GEJ, I find him un charismatic and unprepared for the post of president. He had no ideas on how be became vice president not to talk of president. He campaigned on change but so far had only succeded in maintaining the status quo. Having said that, it is his constitutional right to contest for a second term. His fate should be determined by the voters and not any cabal. The problem is in Nigeria, elections are merely a rubberstamp for the choice ofl the ruling cabal. Where indicted looters and murderers are elected from prison without campaigning. You can see the desperation in trying to stop GEJ at the primaries.

But I think GEJ should sacrifice his personal ambition for the peaceful coexistence of the country. If Hosni Mobarack, Gaddafi, Ben Ali and Assad had agreed to forgo their constitutional right and stepped down, their country would have the saved the trauma of civil conflicts that had destroyed them.

if GEJ wanted to rule the country because of the love he has for its people, sacrificing his ambition is not too much. After all after a civil war, there might not be a country to be the president of. My only demand is that he should not hand over to the northerners. That way they cannot claim victory.

classicEntity: I don't know the exact problem of the Northerns, they oppose everything that will move the country further, all they support is Amnesty for Boko Haram, islamization of the country, Northern Presidency and dependant on only Oil from the south but their plans will not work, thank God we are in Democracy. Then talking about 'WAR' let the Northerns especially the Hausa/Fulani pipes not think they will win a war against the south again, this is not 1960s when 75% of the Army is occupied by the Northerners and moreover the Idea of One indivisible North is a fraud and is dead, the Igalas, kwarans, tiv, Idomas, southern K.D, jukun people will not join hands with them to fight the south, the Yorubas are wising up too, therefore anything the core Northerners are calling for I bet them we are also more than ready, Nigeria must be better..!!
The same problems that afflict the north also affect the south, the only problem is we are blind to our own problems and is only able to see the speck in our neighbours eyes. The south supports and gives amnesty to militants and recently support amnesty for kidnappers. The south east supports christianization of the country by banning abortion and gay rights and closing down tradtional shrines. The east wants eastern president also and also depends largely on oil allocations from abuja to run the states.

Nobody can predict the eventual outcome of a war, alliances and allegiences change rapidly, it all depends on interests. The only thing we can be sure of is massive devestation on all sides in terms of human and material casualties.
PoliticsRe: Okogie On 2015: Don’t Run, Jonathan, Don’t... by wirinet(m): 7:16am On Sep 22, 2013
Sincere 9gerian: Nonsense! If not for anything, for the mere fact that Boko Haram and other DESTRUCTIVE elements said GEJ must not seek re-election, GEJ MUST now seek re-election. GEJ must go for his CONSTITUTIONALLY guaranteed second term even if it means balkanising the country. There's nothing any EVIL group, power mongers or sycophants can do about it.

Where were these evil merchants when IBB ruled for 8 years without the consent of Nigerians? Where was Boko Haram when Abacha ruled for 5 years (just about 1 year after the 8 year rule of IBB) and was about making himself civillian president before death came calling? From 1979 till 1999, we had an unbroken chain of northern head of state/president (save for the less than 1year rule of Shonekan). That is a period of about 20 solid years. Why didn't the southern part of country make the country ungovernable or create its version of Boko Haram? Nonsense!

GEJ contesting is no longer about personal ambition. It is now about showing some people that they cannot climb to power on the back of terror and blood shed. It is now about proving to some people that other parts of the country are ALSO born to rule the country.

The president of Nigeria is the president of EVERY part of Nigeria. He is not only the president of Boko Haram troubled states like Borno and Yobe. He is also the president of the relatively peaceful states like Enugu, Ebonyi, Anambra, Delta, Imo, Abia, Cross River, Lagos, Ekiti, etc. He also has responsibilities to Nigerians in those relatively peaceful states in terms of infrastructural development, job creation, health, education, etc.

As for the Boko Haram troubled states, the president has discharged his constitutional responsibilities to them, as much as possible within the limits of high insecurity in those places. Work on certain sections of Kano-Maiduguri road project has been stalled as we speak, not because of lack of funds but because of Boko Haram. Same applies to PH-Maiduguri railway project. Under GEJ govt we've seen a situation where even when govt puts money on the table for project execution, projects are stalled in north due to Boko Haram. Who then do we blame? Those funds should be diverted to address the needs of relatively peaceful parts of the country. Govt has also deployed troops and declared SOE. If those are not enough, and if the violence will not stop except GEJ steps down, then GEJ can NEVER step down. He can NEVER forgo his right to seek re-election. We'll see who gets tired of the violence.

Has anyone noticed that the Borno youths (civillian JTF) who got tired of the killings, took their own destiny in their hands and fought to push back Boko Haram, have not received ANY word of commendation or appreciation from ANY of the prominent northern leaders (political or religious)? Yeye dey smell!

Note: The WORST evil people can do after reading this post is to attack the messenger (me). I'm ready and already used to their attacks. So lets go!
I usually do not respond to paid hacks, as it is like arguing with a recorded video. Every thing is pre-recorded and they just spew out the messages without thought. but I will briefly comment here.

So you suggest GEJ should see his presidential ambition plunging this country into a civil war and go ahead just to show he is brave? Do you know how many millions of lives that would be lost in the course of a civil war ( including Ijaws and Igbos), not to talk of tens of millions that would be displaced. I am sure you will be the first to run into benin republic at the first sound of gun shots.

Now I am not saying jonathan should cower out and give into threats and intimidation, what I am saying is that he should use tact, diplomacy and negotiations to manage the situation. OBJ could also have caused crisis by holding unto power illegally by ramming the third term on us, but he used tact and wisdom to bow out while imposing an uninspiring Yaradua and an unambitious Jonathan on us.

To me the masterstroke would be for Jonathan to shelf his presidential ambition and impose an igbo president (maybe Okonjo Iweala), even if it is with a promise for a single term. That way he will checkmate the "born to rule" northerners and become a legend in the south( especially for the igbos).
PoliticsRe: ‘supporters Of SNC Asking For Civil War’ by wirinet(m): 6:48am On Sep 22, 2013
Dividing an already existing country is never easy, there are usually too many interests colloding both internal and external. that is why it almost always results in a bloody and protracted civil war. Ordinary changing a country's president is difficult enough not to talk of changing a country's structure by breaking it up. In the event of a civil war, you will find Hausas on both sides of the divide, some fighting for seperation while others fighting for division. Same for Igbos, some will pick up arms and fight fellow igbos to remain one with Nigeria. This is what you will find across regions, tribes and even families. The overriding interest is group or personal interest.

After a bloody civil war, how will the newly created vulnerable states be able to defend themselves first against each other and against foreign countries. Remember Nigeria is surrounded by "enermies".

The only way a country can seperate peacefully is through a peacefully negoatiated seperation or through a UN mandate, that way the country would get UN protection.

The story by Atiku sounds incredulous. Even if the total cost of the thatched house including land was £9, in the 1930s, you would still have to discount it to todays value. Todays value for a two bedroom thatched house including furniture and fittings would be nothing less than N500,000 ( approximaterly £2,000), without the cost of the land. it also meant Akiku was earning the equivalent of N166,000 at 14.

Also it means if a 14 yr old could afford to buy a 2 bedroom thatched house with a 3 months vacation job, I wonder what a full adult on full time employment would would buy after 5 yrs of working.

If ifeanyi uba should win the anambra governorship elections, ot would signal the leadership potentials and qualifications of the igbo nation. A nation that claims that it is Nigeria that is holding them from becoming the dubai or is it Tokyo of Africa.

In a sane community or nation a person like ifeanyi uba should not near even a councellorship position. A person with over N60 billion naira debt hanging on his neck, without any verifiable academic or professional qualification, without knowing his past history and how he got cash to establish his business. He is getting popularity and endorsements based on his ability to throw around cash. This seems to be his main reputation.
PoliticsRe: If I’m Shot Today. It’s The Police Acting On Orders From Presidency’ – Amaechi T by wirinet(m): 9:00am On Sep 15, 2013
See why we have been advocating for true federalism where every state would be responsible for its own security, power, resources, and other issues except monetary policies, defence and foreign relations. This present system where an elected governor can be harassed by federal police is a recipe for anarchy. If GEJ should try such with a northern or south western governor, the reactions of the people might engulf the whole country.

If GEJ and his people are enjoying the injustice of today, others should exercise patience, what goes around comes around, GEJ cannot be in power for ever. They would receive triple after they lose power.

One would have thought the SS would have used the opportunity of having power to correct the structural imbalance and injustices they claim to be fighting for by ensuring resource control, land control and other issues to make sure states are semi-autonomous, but instead they are enforcing and exploiting the status quo. Nigerdelta citizens have not moral justification for screaming resource control and true federalism after 2015 or 2019.

PoliticsRe: Why Gov Amaechi De Always Look For Trouble Naaaa!!!!!! by wirinet(m): 9:55am On Sep 13, 2013
You people think Amaechi is as politically naive as GEJ and his supporters. Amaechi is promoting and supporting the new PDP for political expediency. Since GEJ is determined to deal with Amaechi, his next step is to expel Amaechi and all his supporters including his 27 legislators and subsequently declare their seats vacant. They would then be cooling off in detention while the case lingers in court.

But with the new faction, it would be difficult to go through that route, as the two PDP will be locked in a roforofo fight for support and supremacy. The case of who is the legitimate PDP will linger on in court until a polititical solution is found, and Amaechi would be part of that solution.

So Amaechi and Co knows what they are doing, there actually expect jonathan to first use brute force, then legal gymnastics before succumbing to negotiations.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Reserve The Righst To Hire And Fire At Will by wirinet(m): 3:15pm On Sep 12, 2013
bilms: your observation is well noted, however, senate can only stop the appointment of an undeserving and unqualified candidate. Even at that, the position shall not be left vacant, the president will have to replace the rejected person with another person..
The constitution did not spell out criteria for the senate for approving nominated ministers, the senate has full discretion to accept or reject nominations, as it has done in the past. They sometimes even just tell some nominations to take a bow. Yes, the president can replace rejected nominations with another person, the problem is the senate can rejects the new nominations once again.

I suspect if the nPDP has enough support in the senate, they would frustrate all new nominations by Jonathan. The only option that would be left to him is to deploy his remaining ministers to man multiple ministries.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Reserve The Righst To Hire And Fire At Will by wirinet(m): 3:00pm On Sep 12, 2013
bilms: GEJ RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO HIRE AND FIRE AT WILL

i wish to state that, we must respect the office of the president and the right to hire and fire at will that he reserve.

It seems many people have forgotten that Good luck Jonathan is the Nigerian president and as such, only him have the sole decision to hire or fire any minister he so pleases. But As far as i am concerned, Gej has not done anything wrong by sacking any minister since he appointed them in the first place.

It is worth to note that, Few of us knew this ministers until Gej appointed them and if in his assessment, a minister as under performed based on his expectations, he reserve the right to fire them any time any any day.

So, No matter how much we adore a minister and rate him or her high, it is Gej that made them adorable for giving them a chance to serve in the first place, and if we despise a minister for his or her bad performances, it his Gej that should be despised and held responsible.

For this reason, we must entirely respect the right of the president to fire anyone without complains.

Although, I understand that the sacking of the 9 ministers has a political undertone, as all the 9 sacked ministers were the nominees of his present political opponents, but still, those who nominated the ministers only made recommendations, gej made the final decision to appoint them. If a minister perform well, the credit will not go to the nominator, but the president and as such, if the minister under performed, the discredit wouldn't go to those who recommended them, but to the president who appointed them.

However, it will be very unwise for the president to sack performing minister because of a struggle with those who nominated them, this in my opinion is because, if the minister is performing, nobody would credit the nominator.

But if we look at it from another perspective, it will be very uncomfortable for the president to continue to work with ministers whom he perceive to be loyal to his political opponents. This is expected from him as a human.

So, From what ever angle we look at it, the decision of the president to fire or hire is his sole decision and should not be contested.
Your statement is not exactly correct, the president has the sole discretion to fire but the decision to hire does not rest sole with him. His nomination would have to be agreed upon by the senate.
What happens if all his newly nominated ministers are rejected by the senate? that means he cannot replace the sacked ministers.
PoliticsRe: Saraki, Baraje Are Not Entitled To Guards – Police by wirinet(m): 11:55am On Sep 10, 2013
What are Jonathan's lapdogs saying? are they saying any senator, commissioner, governors, house of reps member that disagree's with jonathan or not supportive of his 2015 agenda is not entitled to police escourt, but all the president's supporters including businessmen and associates are entitled. One would think that the nigerian police is the private security outfit of the president.

If people are saying that all senators, commisioners, state houses of reps members, local government chairmen, etc, are not entitled to have police escourts, I would agree, but to hinge entitlement to support of jonathan is unreasonable. You people fail to realize jonathan cannot be president forever, he will leave 2015 or 2019. Aften then he and his supporters will have the same treatment he is giving to others, I hope then they would not scream persecution.

PoliticsRe: GEJ Was Only Joking When He Said He Won't Run In 2015 - Abati by wirinet(m): 6:55pm On Sep 09, 2013
hardywaltz: Contrary to claims made by Niger State Governor Babangida Aliyu.
President Jonathan never
promised to only serve one term in office. This is
according to presidential spokesman, Reuben Abati. The Niger state governor had earlier in an interview asked President Jonathan to keep a
promise that he, the
president, purportedly
made to the Northern PDP Governors in 2011.
Namely that he, GEJ, in
return for the governors’
support, would not run for office again in 2015.
Clearing the controversy,
Abati took the
unprecedented step of
revealing what actually
transpired during the
secret meeting in which his boss was meant to have made the unconstitutional agreement.
According to Abati, the PDP Governors did indeed ask Mr President whether or not he would run again for President in
2015, and the President, in
his characteristic humorous
nature, assumed that the
Governors were joking
with him because any sane
Governor wouldn’t
normally be asking such a
stupid question in the first
place. In his reply to what
he rightfully believed was
a joke, the President
jokingly answered the
Governors saying “One
term is
enough to make it!”
But the Governors,
according to Abati, took
him seriously and inferred
from his return of jest that
he had acquiesced to their
illegal and immoral
demand for him to
unconstitutiona lly
disqualify himself from
running for the office of
President of Nigeria on a
future date.
Concerning 2015, Abati
noted that “The focus
should be on the best
man for the job; not the
man who promised not to
do the job." -NAN
Abati has lost it, he must think that the 160million nigerians are illiterates. What is unconstitutional about a decision of a person to serve one term? If so mandella should be tried for breaking the law by serving 1 term.
There is nothing stupid or illegal about a promise or decision to run for an office for one term only, it is only that such agreements have no legal backing.
Foreign AffairsRe: Russia ask syria to surrender chemical weapons, syria accepts. by wirinet(m): 6:38pm On Sep 09, 2013
This is a masterstroke by the Russian foreign minister, he capitalized on the blunder by Kerry when asked what assad would do to stave off attack by US. He thought Assad would never agree to a UN inspection of its chemical weapons. Even if Assad agrees to inspection, they could hide most of the chemical weapons before the inspectors arrive, rubbishing the whole exercise.

Obama has lost momentum, if it was Bush, he would have launched missile strikes first before diplomatic maneuvers and rhetoric, this would have forced the hands of its allies and congress into supporting the war.
PoliticsRe: There Will Be Bloodshed If Jonathan Loses In 2015 - Asari Dokubo by wirinet(m): 6:26pm On Sep 09, 2013
Most people ranting war war, have no idea of what war entails. They think pictures we see out of Syria is a film directed by Steven spielberg. They fail to appreciate the death of ten if not hundreds of thousands of Syrians, not to talk of millions of displaced people who are undergoing intense sufferings. If they cannot even identify with Syria, they should look closely at Congo.

The fact is that a civil war in Nigeria now would make Syria and and Congo look like child's play, our divisions, hatred and greed is much greater. It will be great tragedy the world had not seen since WW2. The irony is that the main instigators and of the conflict and their families would flee to the comfort of their mansions in foreign lands in their private planes. GEJ and patience would be the first to flee when the situation becomes serious, followed by Dokubo, tompolo, OBJ, all the governors and politicians. It is the ordinary citizens who would bear the full brunt of the conflict.

you have no idea what nuclear energy is. If you do you would not advocate for a country that is unable to maintain refineries, airports and even roads to embark on nuclear energy. We have no simple waste management system for ordinary waste. I am not even talking about maintaining the actual nuclear plant yet, i am talking about how we intend managing nuclear wastes. Anything that comes in contact with nuclear material becomes dangerous, like water, oils, screws, bolts, metals parts, suits, and most of all the spent fuel rods. These material becomes radioactive for up to 10,000 years. How will these wastes be managed without risks to this generation and future generations.

GEJ and his political handlers are political neophytes. When we were warning that he cannot fight amaechi crudely the way he was going about it and hope to win, his myopic supporters were shouting us down. His equally myopic chairman(bamanga tukur) made his case worse by suspending any governor that did not pick up his phone call or greet him, and hijacking the party structure from governors he is not comfortable with. They forgot that the governors together are more powerful politically than the president. They made his case more precarious by antagonizing influential members of the party like OBJ, IBB etc. So what happened to the attack dogs and lions in this latest onslaught on GEJ, where is their voices and grammatical assaults? What happened to Clark (his most trusted advisor). We are expecting the hollow treats from the usual suspects. The only people that can help GEJ out of the logjam is OBJ, abdulsalami, and most importantly Amaechi. OBJ, IBB and abdulsalami can rally support of the north, while Amaechi can rally support of the renegade governors. Wike, Clark, akpabio and jang are political liabilities.

Sincere 9gerian: My position is that Ngige is not any better than the other candidates. However, Ngige made his case worse by speaking in support of Fashola's evil and illegal detention and deportation of Nigerians in their fatherland. Here are some questions for you to ponder over:
-Would Ngige have supported the deportation if he was not in APC?
-Ngige fought tooth and nail to become a senator in 2011. He won and has been a senator for over 2 years, but what difference has he made in the life of his constituents?
- Ngige seems to be contesting for ANY elective position available. He contested for governorship in 2010, senatorial position in 2011 and then governorship again in 2013. Is that not a sign of confusion and desperation? Cant he stay one minute without political power? Even Dora Akunyili that contested the senate position with him in 2011 is not involved in the coming election
I can't fault you on your opinion that Ngige is not better than any of the other candidiates, that is your opinion, the general opinion of anambranians would be known on november 16th.

At least you are aknowledging that it is illegal to detain and deport NIGERIANS in their homeland, an not making it an igbo hatred induced affair. Ngige did not supported the deportation of nigerians, he was trying to find the middle ground. He would have gained nothing by spitting fire and brimstones. At least the Lagos state Government realized its mistakes and tactically appologised, blaming it on overzealeous officials. I am sure such would not happen again.
And I am still asking, what have others outside the ApC done? nothing. I would have expected aggrieved igbo human right lawyers to sue fashola and the lagos state government to show support and love for their igbo brothers.

Ngige like any other person has the right to contest for any elective post as long as they are qualified and they possess the finncial power. It is left for the electorate to decide. Although in other societies, someone like Ngige and his type who had stolen the people mandate in the past would be sanctioned with a ban, but then this is nigeria, Political theft is allowed, condoned and even rewarded.

Unfortunately, he failed the acid test. Ngige joined his masters in Lagos to justify the deportation.

Chris Ngige and his masters in Lagos neither showed remorse nor apologised for that unfortunate incident. As big as South Africa is, the people and govt of South Africa apologised to Nigerians and Nigeria last year for repatriation of some Nigerians following the yellow card saga. But Ngigi and his masters in Lagos, full of arrogance and disdain for the poor, would have none of that.

As powerful as the president is, PDP members at various levels still disagree with some of his statements and policies without fear or favour.

In the light of this, Chris Nwabueze Ngige, has shown that he does not have a mind of his own. He has shown that if elected governor of Anambra State, he will be a Lagos district officier who takes orders from Lagos.

Therefore, Ndi Anambra will reject any attempt to make Anambra a district of Lagos. The gubernatorial ambition of Chris Ngige is therefore DEAD ON ARRIVAL
You allow prejudice, hatred, greed and pride to becloud your soul. You expected Ngige to spew the usual Yoruba hatred you and your likes are popular for on Nairaland, sorry to be disappointed, there are still lots of sane and sensible igbos out there.

I never supported the deportation of igbos or any other nigerian from lagos, but you people are using the unfortunate episode to spread hatred and score cheap political points. What did you expect Ngige to do? Demand apology from Fashola or else, what? He organized a meeting between fashola and some igbo leaders. What did any other person do? What have governors Obi done outside the whinning letter to Jonathan? What about all the other Oti igbo socio-cultutal-political groups, like Ohaneze, Massob, etc, what did they do? What about the various threats and ultimatums, what has become of them? Then why are you so fixated on Ngige, what of all the other governorship candidiates, did any condemn the deportation and demanded an apology also?

You Igbos should thank your stars you have prominent igbos in the other mega party outside PDP/APGA. You come here and boast 40% of lagos residence are igbos and you fail to realized than Igbos needs to align to some extent with the party that controls lagos. Do you even know the number of igbos in APC in lagos? So to you all of them are traitors now.

Frank-C:
This action appear so unreasonable to me. Let me reproduce the relevant sections of the Nigerian constitution. My understanding of these sections is different from what this Speaker is doing.

The consitution declare the basic health qualification of a Governor as:

Section (S).182(1)(c) - “no person shall be qualified for election to the office of Governor of a State if, under the law in any part of Nigeria, he is adjudged to be a lunatic or otherwise declared to be of unsound mind.”

Now, if a Governor wants to proceed on leave, the constitution states that:

S.190(1) - ” Whenever the Governor is proceeding on vacation or is otherwise unable to discharge the functions of his office, he shall transmit a written declaration to the Speaker of the HA to that effect, and until he transmits to the Speaker of the HA a written declaration to the contrary, the DG shall perform the functions of the Governor as Acting Governor”;

“(2) In the event that the Governor is unable or fails to transmit the written declaration mentioned in subsection (1) of this Section within 21 days, the HA shall, by a resolution, made by a simple majority of the vote of the House, mandate the DG to perform the functions of the office of the Governor as Acting Governor, until the Governor transmits a letter to the Speaker that he is now available to resume his functions as Governor

Now, when the Governor returns from such trip, he just need to notify the House of Assembly, and not take permission from them, to resume his office as is indicated in the bolded above.

If such a person resumes and you feel that he is not fit to continue, there is a procedure. This is what the constitution says about that:

Section 189 “(1) the Governor or Deputy Governor (DG) of a State shall cease to hold office, if- (a) by a resolution passed by two- thirds majority of all the members of the executive council of the State, it is declared that the Governor or DG is incapable of discharging the functions of his office; and (b) the declaration is verified, after such medical examination as may be necessary, by a medical panel established under Subsection 4 of this Section in its report to the Speaker of the State HA;

(2) where the medical panel certifies in the report that in its opinion the Governor or DG is suffering from such infirmity of body or mind as renders him permanently incapable of discharging the functions of his office, a notice thereof signed by the Speaker of the HA shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Government of the State;

(3) The Governor or DG shall cease to hold office as from the date of publication of the notice of the medical report pursuant to Subsection 2 of this Section;

(4) the medical panel to which this Section relates shall be appointed by the Speaker of the HA, and shall comprise five medical practitioners in Nigeria- (a) one of whom shall be the personal physician of the holder of the office concerned; and (b) four other medical practitioners who have, in the opinion of the Speaker of the HA, attained a high degree of eminence in the field of medicine relative to the nature of the examination to be conducted in accordance with the foregoing provisions;

(5) In this Section, the reference to “executive council of the State” is a reference to the body of Commissioners of the Government of the State, howsoever called, established by the Governor and charged with such responsibilities for the functions of Government as the Governor may direct”

Now, how can a Speaker be making careless statements as if his visit to the Governor is enough to declare him 'unfit to rule'? He must follow the procedure to the letter. For now, Suntai remains the Governor of Taraba State.
you are one of the dishonest nigerians who use legalistic jargons to perpertuate evil. There is no law in the universe that can foresee all every concieveable situation, the best laws are those that satisfy conscience and provides justice for the greatest number of people.

what careless statement is the speaker making? The speaker after visiting suntai arrived at the conclusion that the letter he received could not possibly be from the governor. the simplest and most logical thing to do is for the governors to visit the speaker and tell him in person that he wrote and signed the letter and it was not forged. And you are here doing legal gymnastics.

Nigerians are the most dishonest group of people in the world. We are ready to lie, deceit, defraud and even kill to acquire money and power. See how yaradua was killed by his wife and the cabal all in an effort to use yaradua to retain power. If yaradua had been allowed to resign and take care of his health, maybe he would still be alive today.

The same thing is obviously playing out with suntai, the wife and a set of cabal wants to hold onto Taraba at all cost and are ready to hold Suntai hostage until his death. Suntai obviously is not mentally and physically fit to do any work. All the appearance looks like like a stage managed script. what is so difficult about suntai addressing a live press conference or addressing the national assembly or even a press interview with journalists. instead we are hearing legalistic jargons on why suntai need not to make an unchoriographed appearance or speech to determine his mental state.

The cabal hurriedly dissolved the executive council to fend of a resolution to investigate the state of health of the governors. how long do they I tend to carry on the deceit. I hope access would not be granted the state coffers until the true health of suntai had been determined, because these people will be desperate to clean the state's accounts.
