I lived on V/I for 20 years and Ikoyi for 7 years. At no time did we carry garbage on our heads and dump by the roads side almost half a kilometer away. The Garbage collectors were late most times and garbage would pile up, but they were were operational. Tinubu did not introduce garbage trucks to Lagos.

No amount of internal roads would solve lagos traffic problems. What lagos needs is an internal railway system connecting all the local government. A rail like from Ikorodu to Epe to Lagos Island through the Lekki corridor to mainland to Berger.

Lekki corridor is a strip of swamp separating the lagoon from the Atlantic Ocean. I don't see how that corridor will accommodate an airport, a sea port and a refinery. It will be chaos.

All his transactions are on record in his various accounts. They can easily get in touch with people and organizations that credited his accounts.

The company would source its materials from various sources and print "Made in Nigeria". This will build a vibrant economy and reduce forex demands as opposed to importing finished items 100%.
