There is nothing to explain. The bailout was simply the reimbursement for the money those states contributed to APC campaign fund. Ask yourself : Until APC was formed and the campaigns kicked off, have ALL the states not been paying salaries? How come ONLY APC states were ' bailed out ' ?

1. The logistics of kidnapping and conveying about 219 girls without any challenge on the convoy by our able Armed Forces beats my imagination.
. At the heat of saga, almost all the world powers showed concern. America, China, Britain and France came with all their sophisticated trackers but found nothing. Within one week they had all left. Why? Most likely, they saw nothing.
3. Did one governor not say that the girls are held in a bunker. Really?
4. They are supposed to sit for physics exam. Yet, so far, none of them could express herself in English language - always needing interpreters.
5. Boko Haram released them today, by tomorrow our army was attacked and many were allegedly missing in action.

At this time when every politician wants to travel abroad for medical treatment, and she is entitled to move with her entire family, and the husband can receive better treatment abroad, with all expenses paid by the govt ,wouldn't it have been better to kill two birds with one stone ? I have never seen this type of Thanksgiving service before. Less than 10 people under the canopy -no pastor, choir /band, ushers, family members, govt officials etc etc. The congregation should have been captured to make it look real. Let us be realistic. Can you imagine President Obama making such a " joke " about his wife while on official visit in a foreign country - no matter how his wife portrays his administration.
I think Buhari should have been more diplomatic by saying that his wife is entitled to her opinion or that he reserves his comments.

In developed societies the President is the one that requests audience with the National Assembly to explain to the citizenry his plans in a time like this. Waiting and watching. But honestly I wish he honours the invitation to shame his critics.

It seems that our President is so obsessed with the recovery of looted money ( fighting corruption). But what will it benefit the country assuming he recovers ALL the looted monies since 1960 and the economy still collapses - as it has already done. I am tempted to think that he would have served us better as the head of the EFCC while an egg head leads the 200,000,000 of us ( no disrespect, Sir ). Imagine. A biographer giving us classified information. In a book? Damn it.
