My question to you now. Are there employment contracts and monthly pay slips in Nigeria? According to my husband, he only has the bank statements about his regular income. And more importantly, where can I read that this is not common practice in Nigeria, so that I can underline my evidence for the consulate. I am grateful for every tip. And again .. we do not want a family reunion in Germany. Love you

Payslips are not given the bank statement serves as evidence of salary received.

Good thing democracy has made state creation impossible. They should be visiting the President to tell him to put in place monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to check state governments utilisation of funds given to them as well as the ones they borrow on the people's neck.

That is why a good system of government must have a monitoring and evaluation unit. Many if not all- governors do not release money to LGAs to carry out projects. They want to control things from the centre.

It is their duty,u don't expect the Governor in his office to come and do it.

True but know that if the Governor does not give money to the local government-councillors- nothing happens. And that is the case all over the country where you'll hundreds of schools like this in the state capitals not the villages. Local government autonomy is what can solve situations like this.
