NnaaMenn: FOOD FOR THOUGHT
If your boss pays you N30,000 per month, Assuming you decided to save all without touching a dime, it will take you 36 months to make N1million (Did I hear you say 3years?)Absolutely!
On the other hand, if you can convince an organisation like Dangote Group To print and supply 5000 umbrellas to them (to be used as souvenirs) and you make just N200 profit per umbrella, in just one day you must have made N1million
What about becoming a billionaire? That's where it gets crazy!
OK, now let's increase your pay to N1,000,000 per month and you decide to save all without touching a dime. In a year, you will have saved N12million. It will take about 84 years before you can make N1billion. (Please subtract your current age).
On the other hand, Nigeria has a population of about 200 million people. If you can supply salt to just 12million, once in a month and you make just N200 from each person supplied, in one year, you must have made N2.9billion. This shows that to become rich, you have to stop talking to bosses for a job and start talking to clients/prospects
You have to stop thinking inside the box and even stop thinking outside the box...
Yes... the box is still a limitation...
You have no idea what your mind is capable of, do you?
This is what you have to do...
SET YOUR MIND FREE AND THINK LIKE THERE IS NO BOX
The possibilities are endless.

sparkle7: The first thing to do is to start writing a book, preferably, a 'How to...' Book. Make it at least 5k words and then open an account with kindle, design a cover ( I will help you design a book cover for free. Don't worry about it) Format with ms word or google docs, which ever one doesn't matter. Then upload it with nice keywords. Sit back and watch amazon market it for you. Sorry, I'm interested in this Kindle book thing. Please, how does one identify the audience- readers for the book? Will it be foreigners or Nigerians? |

He better learn from Ajimobi (except arrogance and disrespect to Kings and rulers) rather than continious allegation and attacks... because ajimobi still holds visible records of highest numbers of projects started and completed like
Ajumose mass transit busses Opreation Burst cocoa mall ringroad palms mall(biggest shoprite in west africa) Techu university road dualisation mokola bridge BCOSTV's remodelling Metro CCTV New and Old markets remodelling Flood Management And countless visible projects he left and Seyi has abandoned
Even Akala has many legacy projects all over town like lautech teaching hospitals and alao akala way, same as Ladoja, Lam and Bola ige who were denied second term

My sincere advice is that you resign from that job. Your self-esteem is being undermined already as your boss may reduce the salary to 10k next. Until you resign, you may not get a better job. If I may ask 'what was the reason for the salary reduction? What is your qualification and field of study or line of job? |
Business › Re: How I Recieved An Instant Loan Of Over N1m Without Going To The Bank by writeprof(m): 11:55am On Aug 30, 2019 |
Joy2Dwise: I kept receiving pop-up messages from GTB on my mobile app stating that I was qualified to apply for loan but I kept ignoring them cus I knew that getting a loan is not as easy as that. I knew what I went through on few occasions when I had to take loans as small as 300k to sort out some immediate financial needs. It got to a point when I began to expect the bank to request the death certificate of my great grand father before they approve a loan amount that is not even up to my monthly earnings. The most embarrassing moment was when two close friends refused to sign guarantor forms because they claimed it was against their principle. I had to swallow my pride and go to a junior who eventually stood in as my guarantor at the end.
Out of curiousity, I clicked "accept'' just to see if it was real. Next message I got was that "your application has been accepted". To cut the long story short, I received an alert of about 1m.150k just few hours later and this sounded incredible. A scanned copy of the repayment plan was later emailed to me and when I did the calculation, I found out that the total percentage of interest is about 12% as against 22 - 26% which I was forced to cough out in previous loans I took from different banks in the past. This to me was a good deal even though I don't have a specific plan for it. Had to push it to my son's account while I wrap my head around what best to do with the money.
This instant loan and the attractive interest rate kept me wondering on the following:
1. Does it mean the banks now have so much money in their coffers to lend out to customers even without asking? 2. What is the reason for the low interest rate which to me is still far lower than what is obtainable?
I called my account officer to ascertain if I can invest it in FG bond but I wasn't impressed with the interest rate so I'm going to keep it in the bank pending on when I decide on what to do with it. Any good idea is however welcomed. Get a credible person and invest part of it in Hired-purchase mode of transportation- Keke, car, bus, etc |
Business › CBN Gives September 2, 2019 Deadline For Nigerians To Change Bad Naira Notes. by writeprof(op): 11:49am On Aug 30, 2019 |
Important CBN Notice on Naira Notes Dear Customer,
Important CBN Notice on Naira Notes
As part of its efforts to improve the overall quality of the Naira notes in circulation, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has introduced the Clean Note Policy and Banknotes Fitness Guidelines.
What does this mean for you?
If you have in your possession, overused or mutilated Naira notes, you are required by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Clean Note Policy to deposit such notes at any branch near you on or before Monday, September 2, 2019.
Please note that overused notes include any Naira note that is now weak to such an extent that it could easily tear at further handling or processing. Mutilated notes include any Naira note that has been partially or permanently damaged, but which clearly still has more than half of its original size together.
As Nigerians, it is our patriotic and collective responsibility to handle the Naira with care, and as your Bank, we urge you to comply with this directive in order to improve the quality of our national currency.
I just got this message from my bank few minutes ago. |

Well, it's sad, the bad actions of a minority are always used to stereotype the majority who engage in good actions. I don't blame them, if Nigerians have people interested in governance and not politics, no Nigerian would leave this land flowing with MILK and HONEY for the dry nations of the world. Today, we hear of NASS members who want to collect monthly entitlements that almost surpass the annual entitlement of the US president. |
