Doesn't it strike you as being odd and deceitful that someone who purports to be president of an entire country can only find 'close confidants' among his religion and ethnicity? Isn't it bizarre that one who campaigned for and sees himself as president of an entire country can, by omission or commission, show he doesn't like or trust people from a particular section of the country? The fact that you and your like-minded brethren above see nothing wrong in this, and instead are cheering him on shows exactly how much of a fake union/nation Nigeria is!

I've accepted the fact Buhari doesn't like Ndigbo....and following on from this, that he wouldn't feel comfortable selecting his CSO from among us! No wahala! But you shouldn't be surprised when the section of the country he doesn't trust and marginalises isn't comfortable having or calling him president as well!

If Buhari cannot see the entire country as his constituency, and treat all sections equally notwithstanding how some may view him...if he cannot do this, then he has no business being president! He should stick to being patron of Miyetti-Allah, and let the rest of us have a president we know doesn't trust or mistrust someone based solely on which region they're from or which religion they profess!

So much for ‘president of the entire Nigeria’...only comfortable with people from his own religion and from his own neck of the woods!

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel, today Friday 15th March 2019, undertook inspection of one of the many flagship projects of his administration ; On going construction of the 21 Storey Intelligent Building to accommodate International Oil Companies (IOCs) and other Multi - National Corporations operating on the shores of the state .

With construction work at the twentieth floor, the project located at the Central Business District Uyo, is handled by VKS Engineering Company and would be due for commissioning by the end of the year.

This should be the tallest building east of the Niger! Point-Block in Port Harcourt is 17 stories....i know cos i counted it!

With the funds Akwa-Ibom have, they should not only have three or four of these highrise buildings, but have a functional INT’l AIRPORT as well! Oil coys and other multinational corporations would have to be really committed to transfer their headquarters or other administrative operations to Uyo if there’s no direct access to the outside world!

1. PDP is a northern creation still owned by the North. When they're good and ready they'll still field a northern candidate and there's nothing the southeast can do about it.

I'm trying not to mock guy, but his british accent sounds very contrived. The reason is because he speaks igbo with a native accent which means that his british accent is forced. I've met lots of nigerians here who sound like him.

Nah...dude is genuine! He was born in the UK, but his parents sent him back to school in Imo in the 70s, coupled with the fact they must have been one of the sensible parents abroad that spoke to their kids in their native tongue.

These experiences are enough to make any commited individual fluent in both english and Igbo, and keep the accents for both languages as well!

If you’ve heard Indian or Somali youths in the UK speak with their parents in their native tongues, you’d be impressed how they can switch accents so easily depending on which language they’re speaking.
