We all know the locals in the region Boko Haram hold sway don't not speak passable broken English. If the Chibok girls who were Waec candidates conducted interviews in Hausa, is it the local hunter or farmer who can then communicate in English?
In policing, language and ability to communicate is everything.
The authorities need to review their methods, except it was a deliberate policy, which arouses suspicion.

You see the 'magic' they did in Rivers, Ekiti, Osun, Ondo and Edo? Buhari aims to replicate said 'magic' at the national level next year! Why else do you think the APC/Buhari minions are feeling so cocky and confident about next years elections despite the disastrous outing their god and party have had since 2015?
