Politics › Re: Mike Igini Revealing How Election Results Would Be Transmitted by Xisnin(m): 6:33pm On Apr 24, 2019
GreyLaw:
INEC should not have denied electronic transmission of results in the first place. Now they have been denying it, once it is proven beyond doubt that indeed there was electronic results transmission then the problem will start.

I think INEC and APC have not done a good job with the legal proceedings so far; too many loopholes the opposition can exploit.

Even smart card readers are not recognised by our laws but they were used to accredit voters, and results emanating from votes by same accredited voters were accepted. You can now see that it's not going to be an easy battle for INEC.
The law does not allow indiscriminate modification of petition.
Whatever comes out after the petition have been served cannot be used in the case.
The major impediment to Atiku's petition and evidence is that the law does not recognize
electronic transmission of results.

Yes they bribe and that's what I meant by tipping the officials some money.
But that woman is too poor to bribe anybody.
Does it even make sense that a woman in prison will want to get pregnant?

Just look at two corrupt countries partnering together to curb internet fraud.....Why not fix the fail system that resulted to young people going into fraud
Dearpart1000:
You can’t be treating symptoms without the root cause. No justification for crime here but the truth is! If you arrest them and send them to jail once they find their way out, they will still go back to the same thing for as long as the hardship keeps biting hard. Once we can fix ourselves as a nation this crimes will reduce drastically. As a matter of fact citizens will beging to expose them rather than applaud them. Arrest them all you care but please make effort to treat the root cause as well.
Stop defending fraudsters.
US, UK, Europe, China and Russia all have cybercriminals.
There will always be criminals, it is duty of the police to keep them in check.

Nothing personal about it, he is doing his job. Remember that he helped Wike win at the supreme court.
I expect the court of appeal to affirm the tribunal's verdict though.

I think Gbaja might succeed in becoming the speaker. APC has the numbers to elect him.

But I know for certain that Lawan won't make it.

Goje is the next Senate President.

It's good, let Tinubu and his minions have the lower house while the better half of the NASS is controlled by a neutral candidate that owes his loyalty to democracy and Nigeria.
Lawan is not loyal to Buhari.

Politics › Re: Governor Ayade Donates N1M To Prison Inmate Who Gave Birth To Twins by Xisnin(m): 7:50am On Apr 24, 2019
Jayneek:
They are allowed to have sex in prison. If she has a man outside prison who comes to see her regularly, they give them places they can have their time together. Sometimes male prisoners date female prisoners and they have times they are allowed to spend with each other especially when the prisoners have the money to tip officials.

Note that prison is different from a normal police cell. Most prisons have everything you need just that you can't come out the walls of that environment. Let's say its like a boarding house in secondary schools.
What you are describing is not the Nigerian prison system.
The only way to enjoy extra privilege is to bribe official and that poor looking
woman has no such money.
