Thats the work of judiciary and your stupid lawmakers. If Buhari uses force, same you go call an tyrant
Akiika:
I share your frustration but the Judiciary is the problem, the executive cannot instruct the Judges to sentence the accused to jail. It is all part of the corruption problem.
You guys should get proper education, the work of judiciary is to deliver judgement based on evidence, they are not there
to jail suspects because they are suspects. When a thief walks free blame the police and not the judge. But because of the jungle mentality
of many Nigerians, they face the judge instead of the incompetent prosecutor.

Why not ask your mum what really happened?

She was just beaten mercilessly without any cause? Where are the injuries she sustained? The car's glasses were not even broken.

The woman meddling got her killed
Why can't she mind her own business?
Is she the only one that saw how the man do maltreat his wife?
What stopped the wife from moving out of the house when she knows her husband is abusive?
Its just a pity that its the innocent 7kids that will suffer their mother foolishness.
This will surely serve as warning to other meddling neighbors to always mind their business and I hope the stupid man rots in jail.
May other people fight not be the cause of our own death.
Very dumb comment, telling a beast not to act as a beast is everybody's problem.

Here we go again

The fact is that females are more prone to social vices than males, hence, the need for proper and strict monitoring.

Rant all you like, it will never change the fact that a little bit strictness is needed when training up a female child
The bold is thrash, if you list the social vices attached to both gender you will realise that
one list is very much more longer than the other.
I would consider a father irresponsible if he thinks his male son whose life could easily be destroyed with one silly
mistake requires lesser training than a daughter who at worse could pregnant at a tender age.

i don't know what the fuss is all about sef.
fact is, females are more prone to social vices than males and so need stricter monitoring.

the average female child is more prone to sexual molestation and harassment than the average male child.

a female child will find it much easier to get laid than a male child.

so tell me, who needs more protection??
for God's sake, the two can never require the same amount of descipline....never.
it's the duty of the parents to guard female children more securely than males atleast until they turn 18 when they can decide for themselves.
Social vices, you could have googled that phrase before using it.
Go to the nearest prison and tell me the gender you find most behind bars.

Your post is full of garbage because there is a difference between training and protection.

No point doing this at all. This is why education is needed even if you have all the money in the world.
This guy has successfully and legally given his wife an upper hand over his wealth.

I know the woman convinced him to do this out of love because this is what women do to secure the future but, If this guy was smart enough, he could have signed a prenup with her before agreeing to the court thing.
If you follow your own advice, you would have known that a registry marriage changes nothing in the Nigerian
context. Stop watching movies, read books and you will be well educated.

Facts are stubborn things and whatever be our wishes, inclination or our dictate of passion they cannot alter the facts or evidence. So either we like it or not men are polygamy in nature that nobody can change and the real men of God practied it, in that case, you can only against it but deny it.
It is a fact that some people are ritualists, it is also a fact that some are misogynistic.
Another "fact" is that there are extremely poor people in our country.
Being a "fact" doesn't make it right.

Islam › Re: Polygamy As An Advantage To Innocent Women By Taofeek Yusuf by Xisnin(m): 10:36am On Mar 02, 2018
No matter how many times you try to whitewash polygamy, it would still be wrong and demeaning to women.
Would you allow your wife to have many husbands?
Women are not material objects to be acquired and discarded as you wish, they are fully functioning women.
One husband, One wife!
Islam › Re: Corruption Free Society: The Islamic Approach by Xisnin(m): 10:30am On Mar 02, 2018
Oh, there are verses against corruption in the Quran, what a miracle!
Same way there are verses against stealing and adultery and that hasn't stopped a
determined offender.

Verses can't stop or reduce crime, criminals don't think about one redundant
verse when they want to commit crimes. The only way to tackle corruption is
by punishing offenders and not some vague verse from a medieval period book.

Given that some of the oil companies operate in many states in the Niger-Delta, how do you share the headquarters?
Politics › Re: 21 Storey Building For Mobil In Akwa Ibom: Construction Begins by Xisnin(m): 7:47am On Mar 02, 2018
Atouke:
Akwa ibom is the safest state in Nigeria.
Lagos where they are located is the most insecure state in Nigeria. Fact, Lagos is the only state in Nigeria where school kids are kidnapped in their schools outside the North east.
Wake up from your dream.
The lazy youths of the Niger-Delta won't let oil companies rest, always demanding for more compensation.
I haven't seen any youths block the gates of a company in Lagos while demanding for their "rights".
NLNG is situated in bonny island, rivers because the place is isolated from the madness going on in the state.
Moving to Akwa-Ibom isn't just about paying tax to the government but it involves paying tax to all Akwa-Ibom
youths who would seize the opportunity to start extorting the companies.

Ask yourself why a company that operates in many states of the Niger-Delta should relocate to Akwa-Ibom and
exclusively pay tax to the Akwa-Ibom government?
Are Rivers, Delta and Bayelsa inferior?
Politics › Re: 21 Storey Building For Mobil In Akwa Ibom: Construction Begins by Xisnin(m): 7:31am On Mar 02, 2018
IOC can't move to the Niger-Delta because of security and not due to lack of buildings.
