entertain any case just to be in the news. A country can fight terrorists using whichever method

It doesn't matter if the case was filed under a million statues, nothing, I repeat nothing would
come out of it. Unless the US government is the one suing those individuals, Ipob are just being
delusional because even if a dumb judge issues a guilty verdict to trend, the judgement will have no effect
because international relations is 100% politics.

There is no such law in the US mandating a foreigner to answer a court case for crimes
allegedly committed outside the US. The only body with such power is ICC which the US
does not subscribe to. Ipob are just wasting their time and enriching a smart lawyer.
