shawnfamous:You are too dumb to understand that simple sentence. |
timesup234: ![]() Mr communist. So people used to wake up and find food on their hut's door before the capitalist, imperialists, satanist, globalist took over? In those days, lazy men starve to death. You are lucky you are in a different era where you enjoy subsidies and freebies. |
Very soon. Northern leaders would have to choose between staying alive and the love of foreign cows. |
fkj950ax:Because there is a concept and a law against it that makes people feel good doesn't mean it is wrong. There is business and there is emotion. Price gouging occurs when a seller increases the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. Usually, this event occurs after a demand or supply shock. Common examples include price increases of basic necessities after natural disasters. You can define anything into existence. It is natural that price changes according to demand and supply. "Fair price" is a meaningless concept unless it is clearly defined which takes us back to communist principles of setting prices of goods and services. You can't eat your cake and have it. If there was enough supply, there won't be "price gouging" in the first place. Suppose I was able to secure a few mask supplies when everyone has run out of them. If the price during the normal time is #100. What is the unfair and unreasonable price cut-off point? #110, #150, #250, #300, #500? The defendant lawyers would have to be very dumb to lose this case. |
Frivolous suit. Businesses are free to set whatever price they want. We are not in a communist state. |
fredoooooo:And why do you think Trump is angry at the arrangement? |
pansophist:You are wrong. Trump has played all his cards. The US cannot sanction the EU at least if it doesn't want a decade-long recession. Trump could threaten tariff but it goes the other way too. He can also threaten to withdraw US troops which will be great news to Russia and will accelerate the formation of a European army. The moral of the story is never to put an egoistic fool in charge. |
This is what happens when you elect a buffon. Trump never ever thinks about the consequences of his actions or the future. He is concerned about only the "now". I don't blame him most of his supporters are too dumb to care about the future either. |
Fake title. Hierarchical leadership is widely practiced by various tribes since pre-colonial period. If you are going to talk about "best", you should at least tell us who and what you are comparing against. The north operated hierarchical feudalism of the elite rich and poverty-stricken lower class. Nothing special about such arrangement. |
So what? How is that your business? |
EricSmallz:She will survive and thrive, this is a civil case. |
Ipob is scum. They are stealing people's tragedy to further their own goals. Some of them are even pretending to be the victim's relation on FB to gain sympathy. Ipob doesn't care about the dead, just the politics. SMH |
larrysworld:No, a charade is when you already decided the outcome before putting on a show. You and the others want a charade. You want the man to be locked up because of the mob. You want him punished because of the mob. You are angry because you fear the mob's action over his lawful bail. Who is supporting a charade, you, or the state who respects the court's decision? There is no such thing as "over-charging". What you think is over-charging is a process used by prosecutors to "punish" a suspect at all costs. Being acquitted of one charge doesn't mean you are free of others. Yes, a person can be acquitted of murder but guilty of pick-pocketing. It is not a black or white situation. The rioters have forced the state to charge him but they will not always have their way. There is politics and there is justice. We must realise this is a unique case that has caused untold outrage allover the world. Considering his own safety, why grant him bail? what happens if he is killed before he could appear in court next? Why are they not putting him into protection? There is more here than we can see. Even OJ Simpson that was not caught murdering his wife on video was remanded, how much more this guy that we all have the murder video. Don't you think someone might decide to take laws into their own hands? All I am saying is that they have set up the case in such a way that he'll likely come out with an acquittal. There is nothing unique about the case. It is immoral and unethical to lock the suspect up because of the rioters. You have no video of a murder on camera. That is your jungle justice mentality creeping up. What you have on camera is an arrest that leads to death. Police are trained to control suspect with a chokehold, the suspect didn't invent the method, neither was he the first to use it. You seem to misunderstand the judicial system. Remand is not a punishment for a crime, it is to prevent the suspect from fleeing or committing more crimes. If there is little risk of the suspect fleeing, it makes no sense remanding him because the mob wants such. If his life is under threat, he should be assigned security detail as a "free man". It is not the first time that mobs would try to impose their will on the judicial system. Dictators are notorious for locking someone up "for their own good". If the mob wants blood or a forced change, they should stop being cowardly and arm themselves. If they can beat the state, then they can impose their will. But before then, the law remains supreme. |
larrysworld:Why should he be remanded in custody? So, you want jungle justice because a black guy was killed? Or should democrats roast him alive to assuage rioters? No wonder, majority-black countries can't run a reliable justice system. When no one respects the court, chaos ensues. Instead of running a charade trial, you guys should have demanded that the suspect be mobbed. No need to pretend in court. People with first-degree murder even make bail but you want. The suspect deserves the same treatment that any other person who accidentally murders another in their line of work should get regardless of what the mob wants. The worst the guy should have been charged with is manslaughter. But thanks to the mob, they added second-degree murder to a case that has nothing to do with legal murder. |
FlordFlorez:No, their legal system believes in innocent until proven guilty. Roasting suspects alive is a travesty found in third-world countries. |
ghettokid1:Yes. He should have sentenced him to death without trial or hand him over to the mob. |
Jakemedg:What is surprising that he made bail? |
homesteady:No. It is up to you to believe/disbelieve whatever story you read. But it isn't smartn to conclude based on your bias. Common sense? If common sense were that useful, we would have fewer crimes and most people won't be living in poverty. |
bukatyne:It is still on one page one because rapist apologist like you are denying an experience they didn't witness These men have the right to use social media like any other victim. Those who don't like it can simply ignore their message. |
Just look at the rape apologists up there trying to explain why it didn't happen as if they are a witness. This is the same set of inbred who rants that male victims are not being taken seriously to defend male rapists of female victims. |
They should face their racist police force. But I trust Trump as a scared coward, he would never commit to an international action that involves risk. The special envoy should go and die. |
Chirowman: Brandstudio01:Is it no longer a scam? |
A nation ruled by dullards. SMH. |
gbadexy:Lies. You and your god of men pray and testify to his "interventions" all the time without talking about accountability. How many interventions does your god promise per year? one, ten, a million? Intervention is one of the promises used to cajole people into your faith. We know you are trying to shelve blame for where it really lies. |
Omar09:You are very sick. Always blaming everyone but the rapist themselves. Perhaps you are afraid of your own past shadow. People get raped in their homes, markets, parks, and inside schools. I am sure you will blame them as well. It is a shame we don't know the identity of the psychopaths on this forum. |
thesicilian:It is not as simple as movies shows. DNA is not an ID card. Without a database, DNA evidence is useless but for ruling out those that are innocent. |
You don't need any evidence. There are several options to tackle the guy including public shaming. |
illicit:Stop supporting a rapist. She is not guilty of anything under any condition. |
iceboy4752: BlueAir: johnkey:How many have you raped so far? You surely would have come across an "indecently dressed" girls to take advantage of. One of the reasons people are robbed or kidnapped is because they use costly phones or cars or take up a high salary job. If only they are contented with little money and live hand to mouth, no criminal will disturb them. AdamsAbubakar:It doesn't matter who you are. You are just another coward hiding behind anonymity and multiple accounts to promote rape and defend rapists. Of course, you will get supporters because rapists have been on the receiving side of backlash recently. I see some people blaming your culture but they are also wrong as they are shifting responsibility from the real culprit, you! "I raped because of indecent dressing" That must be a justification, isn't it? |

That one is caused by other factors of rape! Let's be flexible in thinking.there can't be only one reason for rape or crime
