There's no car in their house, she doesn't own a car. 3. She is alleged to have been sponsored in a University abroad but she is a student at Sokoto and has never been out of Nigeria. They admitted she collected gifts and money which is almost a normal thing in relationahips. She drives her friends cars? The boy might not be telling us everything. One thing is certain from this ugly incidence, the man invested so much in her, that he felt being used and dump. He should be sentence to death though. |

Those that keep saying he should not sell the house are only afraid of the future, they forgot he can build more better houses if he put his life in order. A huge debt with no hope of paying back can put one in a serious depression and eventually life threatening sickness.
@op, if you are very sure of 10m, you can pay off your debts with 3m, find 1 million land and build a mini flat with 3m. Use the rest to find something doing. |

Well, don't divorce Ur wife now, give her a second chance pls. Calm down man, you don't know anything about women nature. Women are the smartest cheaters ever lives on the surface of earth, to catch them red handed, you need to play along with patient. You don't expose a woman without a concrete evidence, else she will become more smarter, and you may never catch her ever again. What this man could've done is to save the screenshot and keep tracking her whatsap for more solid evidence. Even after he is 100% sure she is cheating, he don't need to tell her parent or anyone before sending her out of his home. He can present the evidence after they ask the reason for his action. |

So people still taking all these kindergarten online elections serious?
Majority of real voters are artisans, market women, transport unions and elderly people who are not online. All these people are mostly making their choice base on highest biders or party affiliation. Beside, wetin concern Amajiris and Northern locals that will distribute 80% votes in the North with Internet.
Governors, senators, Reps, their counterparts at state level and all party members, stakeholders has their die hard supporters and families who will rather vote for their candidates irrespective of anything.
Realistically, Obi need those politicians with good supporters base and local mobilizers to win presidential election in a country like Nigeria. |

Tonypen247: I think you did overreact to the situation. From what you wrote up there, the cheating you described comes from professing love to another guy and not an act of adultery. Although cheating is cheating whichever way it is committed in marriage. But you got my point though.
What you should have earlier done is discover the cause of her action by confronting her with your evidence. Get to know why she is going that length while being self-aware that she is married and has kids for you. There is no justification for such actions, but there are diplomatic ways of resolving it without making it go to the length it has gotten into.
My advice to you is to sit her down, talk sense into her, and demand to know the areas you haven't acted up to that you need to address and then forgive her with a stern warning for the sake of your children.
It is well. You read where op said she wrote "missing him"? That mean they must have had physical contact before he left the country. There is nothing to be missing if it just chatting except they paused for sometime. |

You made a very big mistake by sending the mesage to her people especially her parent. You have a screenshot as evident, that is enough for you to take your decision. Now they will be begging you with everything within their capacity to forgive her.
See, a cheat will always be a cheat, after this one, it will be very difficult for you to catch her again, and the chances she will continue with her lover is 99%.
Next time, just do what is in your mind and show them the evidence later. |

Prechgold1180: Good day members of Nairaland
Please I need your take on this
My close friend is planning on getting married to a prostitute unknowingly
My friend has been away for some time came back last year. Don’t know how they started the relationship He introduced her to me last month as the lady he is planning on taking as a wife The thing is I know this girl very well and she knows me I have seen her countless times standing out looking for customers in a popular hotel
I know more than three people who have slept with this said girl even me myself I have (ok story for another day)
The thing is I don’t know if it’s nice to tell my friend what I know or I should just mind my business
For some time now she has stopped going to the spot to look for customers
She looks so innocent Don't tell him directly, just advise/warn him to investigate any girl he want to marry that you normally did the same too, he will definitely code except he"s just too stupid. |

sammhi: How does a Gov wins state for a presidential candidate The days of fake figures are gone . U guys are in for a rude shock . Why do they resort to vote buying in Osun and Ekiti in Gov elections when they have a sitting Gov of APC .? Despite massive vote buying they still lost Osun .wake up wake up , Govs won't win elections for anyone this time around .He may help BAT get 25% or 30% through mobilization but nothing significant. PDP is very strong in Gombe , same for Nnpp. Oga, election in Nigeria is still far from being decided by logic or masses choice. Both PDP and APC bought votes during Osun election, one of the reason PDP won was because they pay more than APC per vote #10k while APC pays 7k. Poverty is main cause of chosen the bad leaders in this country, I am very sure that 95% of those shouting take your country back will collect 10k and vote for a particular candidate. Apart from the fact that Nigerians lack foresight, no poverty striken electorates will reject 10k in the name of " I want this particular candidate". Whoever says or think they will collect their money and vote their choice has never been to pooling booth before. There is a way electorates stylishly show their tumb print to a coded party agent hiding at strategy conner before they give you money. They are not that silly to dash people money without ensuring they vote for them(except party agents did not spend as expected). For us to chose the best leaders, the poverty rate must be reduce to barest minimum. |

Family › Re: Help! My Wife Doesn't Want To See My Best Friend In Our Apartment Again by yemmit90: 3:33pm On Sep 10, 2022 |
Domipraiz: Good evening to you all. I don't know if this is the right place to drop this.
Am a married man. I lived in the same compound with my best friend sister. We Just moved into the neighborhood not too long (11 months ago). My friend's sister is also married with kids.
Let me go straight to the point, ever since we moved into the compound this woman has been disturbing my wife with gossip. She's a full house wife while my wife is running a M.sc programme but due to ASUU strike, she has being at home. This woman will come to my wife and talk bad things about everyone living in the neighborhood including those living in our compound. Most funny thing about her is that once she leave our apartment, she's moving into the next apartment.
My wife and I have studied her very well that most time we try to avoid, ignore or resist her from coming to our house but to no avail. Not that I can't warn her to stop coming but am trying to avoid issues that will arise between me and my friend and also her husband.
She was keeping malice with another woman (Mrs Adelaku) in our compound because the woman ignored her totally as a result of her gossip.
Last two weeks Mrs Adelaku came to our apartment to invite my wife to her brother's wedding and as a result of that she thinks my wife is getting closer to that woman.
Yesterday she came to our house and confronted my wife of gossiping with the other woman (Mrs Adelaku) about her. That when neighbors are trying to settle issues between her and Mrs Adelaku that she quoted my wife. She accused my wife of telling Mrs Adelaku everything she has being telling her. And also tell my wife not to confront Mrs Adelaku.
But my wife went to Mrs Adelaku that same day to confront her but she swear with the bible and everything she has that she never tell her anything related to that. That perphers she and my wife are not a gist partner if not for the wedding invitation that she brought.
With anger, my wife went back to this woman (my friend sister) and tell her what the woman said. She later apologies to my wife that it was a trick. That she just wants to know their discussing that when she came with the wedding I.V she discovered that the woman (Mrs Adelaku) stayed a little bit longer in our apartment.
Ever since my wife has developed so much hatred for her/ her husband and even my friend that she doesn't want to see anyone of them again in our apartment.
Am so sorry for the long story, am not to good in this. Kindly bear with me.
What can I do in this situation? Matured mind please, thanks. Is like you get alot of time on your side. Yours is to come home, eat, play with your family and go work or find something doing the next day. What these women or anyone do in the compound should be the least of your worries. Be a man sir. |

Left for Peter obi ...of their plan of giving tinubu ticket and backing Atiku ... Atiku would win before 12 noon on election Day With emergency of Obi, Atiku cannot win 2023 general election. He can no longer get a block votes from SS, SE , good results from SW and NC. APC is very strong in core North, and majority of their governors, senators,Rep , etc wont fold their aims to allow PDP to take over and eventually become voiceless at the centre. The present of NNPP will also cut off significant votes from major parties, so whoever get more votes from the other zones may eventually become winner. |

I need a therapist in Lagos.
My mind and my physicalities have got the best of me. I'm drowned in my own world.
I think I'm suffering from Solipsism syndrome and multiple identify disorder. I don't have friends, I can't cope with people around, everyone is a suspect to me.
These have affected my day to day activities, and my life in general.
I recently met a lady I think I love but she left 'cos she thought I was looking down on her, I couldn't convince her otherwise. She thought I was gonna dump her after all.
I'm lonely in this cold world, no love, no affection, no emotion, I'm missing the rythm of the world, worse still I'm depressed. Help me friends!!
Recommend me a therapist, or an healer.
The first step to overcome depression is to assume that everything happening to you is for a good reason in the long run. And please stop reading about your problem on Internet, did Doctor says you are suffering Solipsism syndrome? See, whatever happening to us is all in our heads. Nature has giving us the will to cross a particular bridge whenever it fall upon us, so never think of anything in life, not even about your tomorrow or your past, that is the only way you can have peace and live a meaningful life. |

It is result jealousy of old age. Men age like wine, while women age quickly due to stress from child bearing and sometime become shapeless. For this reason, they often acuse their husband of having extramarital affairs with young women. Some complain of lack of attention from old guy. In order to be happy or boost their confidence once again, they find solace in their children by making sure they occupied the void in their hearts at detriment of their husbands. |

Politics › Re: I Will Use A Contractionary Monetary Policy To Fight Inflation - Peter Obi by yemmit90: 11:27am On Sep 06, 2022 |
bigpicture001: According to Les leba... He advocated for a stronger naira.. which will improve the national income of Nigerians, improve standard of living, dignify naira as a national currency, mk the naira a rallying currency at West African trades...
He dowsed the fears of economist who fears that a stronger naira would mk export more expensive.. ND put us at disadvantage in the international community in terms of international trade... But Bayo argued that Nigeria finished goods export accounted for less than 5% of the nation's export trade... Hence most of our export are on goods we don't even HV a say in thier prices.. such as crude oil, gas, cocoa, ND other agric produce...
But a strong naira would mk import quite cheap ND government can use import restrictions policies to discourage the senseless and rampart import of fancy finished goods..
Now Les leba said governments at the state and local government shld rise up against the FG that earns the nation's revenue in dollars but singelhandedly converts them to naira before giving it to them... He said they should exploit the interpretation of the Constitution which says that state and local government are not subordinate government to the FG.. that the three of them are parallel...
Now if the state and local government allocation are doled out in dollars.. there would be so much dollars in the system coupled with that which the BDC will bring in plus Nigerians in diaspora... He said the government shld be strict with arrest on anybody who does local transaction in dollars cuz it is illegal...
He said after then the CBN should not concern. It self with foreign currency..instead they should control the volume of naira put into the system..that way, if they pump in less naira knowing that dollars has flooded the market..and knowing the people will be arrested if they transact business or government pays wages with dollars...they they will be forced to exchange that dollars with Dem at a lower rate with the scarcity of the naira in the system....
That way dollars exchange will fall...
Save the naira ,save Nigeria....
RIP...Les leba This analysis is still the same thing the current governments are doing. If you check your Third paragraph, you will see that it the same argument that forced government to ban the importation of some products and subsequently closed some borders. The forth paragraph does not even make sense, it portraits federal governments as business venture. Why would other aims of governments earn in dollar when it totally subordinate to federal government that control foreign trade? The influx of dollars as a control measure as it being done by previous governments won't solve anything, it would only give room to more arbitration and holding. One thing is certain, governments and cbn officials are also into this arbitration, hence their reluctant to provide fundamental solution to this problem. Things would've not bad/expensive like this if importer are able to import at official rate of 416/$. Why must you source for dollars before you send money abroad or do business. Cbn need to provide a simple platform or app where every one can easily convert naira to dollar at official rate and send to any destination in the world. By this method, dollars would be virtually surplus and accessible. This is the only way to kill BDC business, not a mere arrest/intimidation that has never work anywhere in Nigeria. |

bigpicture001: Everything he said is good. Except for the allowing the market forces determine the exchange rate....
If that happens the dollar will immidaitely exchange for. 4k naira
We have to first increase our forex supply first.... If much forex don't enter the economy.. den the demand side will outweigh the supply side of the forex and naira will crash... I mean crash heavily Exactly, what these people dont know is that over 70% of people sourcing for dollars has absolutely nothing to do with foreign trade. They are simply buying for arbitration or to save fund. I will continue to say this, for exchange rate to be dictate by true nature of Nigeria economy, Bureau de change business must be totally eradicated. Let cbn and other commercial banks partner with their foreign counterparts and enable easy transferring of Naira to dollar and vise visa at official rate through these channels. By this method, 98% of those using dollars won't need to patronize FX traders, the remaining 2% won't have any meaningful effect on economy or dictate exchange rate. |
