I need your advice regarding this issue:
I set up a new business that cost me millions of naira and I told my wife to write application letter and submit to me so that I can employ her to manage the business, she refused. She said she will not write any application letter and will not collect any appointment letter from me to work in my establishment. She just want to be in charge of the business without any formal documents.

I have told her that I will employ another person if she did not want to pass through the process of formal employment. My wife is not working and she is in 300 Level in a Federal university. She is not serious with her studies, having carry overs every semester. I'm the one sponsoring her education.

I am thinking of informing her brother that if her sister did not write application letter and pass through formal employment procedures, I will employ another lady and will not be responsible for the social needs of my wife. I will only give her money for transportation to school and not for birthdays of her friends and the unnecessary visitations she always do to relatives houses.

I can't trust my wife with any of my businesses without formal documents. She may one day claim she is the owner.

What do you think?

Documents or not, if she is not a smart woman, she will still misappropriate your money and there is nothing you can do about it.

To me, all these are not necessary at all, if you know she is capable, let her manage it, if not, employ a capable person. Las Las, is she not the one and her children that will inherit your wealth if you die before her? Just take life easy boss.

You should rather say they find it difficult to accept divorce from virtuous women. It is when these women bring divorce letters that their husbands will realise what they are about to lose, hence, their objection.

The pictures of all the Broiler breeds would have helped a lot. From the description of the various breeds, it seems i won’t want to buy COBBS 500.

The information is somehow misleading, you need practical knowledge to determine which breed you can easily manage. Cobbs from Olam farrn is the best broilers breed I ever come across in Nigeria.

Sayed and agrited aren't same at all, Sayed grows faster than agrited from week 1-5 but agrited surpasses them in the 6-7week.
Agrited grows magically, week 3-4 you'd wondering if they're even growing enough but week 5-7 you'll see magic growth as long as there's constant feeding.


The last set of Sayed I did had genetics problem, fatty liver. Still building experiences though but imagine out of 200birds about 15 specifically male birds died off on the fourth week due to fatty liver, I don dey fear them.

They are the same, just that Agrited produce Ross 308, while Sayeed produce Ross 305. From my wealth of experience, Ross 308 has a little edge above 305 in terms of growth or performances.

Of all the broilers breeds, ROSS is the best among them, follow by COBBS, ARBOR ACRE, MARSHALL, and lastly HUHBALD respectively.
