Whynotthetruth:At times the international observers view does not reflect the whole view. I will get back to you on this. |
nairamaverick:Just did still not working sir |
Now let me dissect your article. 1. I understand where you coming from but I do not go with you in all wholelity. Election in 2011 was not free and fair as you think it was and as such there was an out cry from the sects. 2. You can't wipe out tribalism from the surface of Nigeria, no matter what you do or say, Nigerians will still go along tribal lines however it should be understood that for every statistical research there must be a suitable random sample enough greater than 25 for that research to be relevant. Anything short of this won't be considered vital, so also is tribalism every tribe as one issue with this however some tribe have allowed their ethnicity surpass the allowable limit and as such those tribe should be called tribal elements, how does this relate with the election is the question, without doubt some people must have voted Buhari cause he his Hausa but not majority, however the Igbo's clearly did support GEJ because of what I call the Biafran Anger. The pain and anger over years from the biafran war is still in them. 3. I do not agree sir. Its easy, see the constitution requires 2-3rd of the whole state and 25% from at list same 2-3rd. Do you want to tell me that SOUTH SOUTH + SOUTH WEST + SOUTH EAST + ABUJA can't give you 2-3rd? What I have come to learn is that in power struggle for presidency in Nigeria, a single tribe cant win alone. We saw GEJ wining in even Taraba , Nasarrawa, are this igbos? No. 4. There was nothing like underage voting in the North. Those pictures you saw of underage votings were taken before the general election , far even before October last year.See www.nairaland.com/attachments/2274441_img20150402225333_jpegc13b008aacb4959420f042a6af15c4a9 5. I kinda agree 6. I disagree. Yorubas are not tribalistic when it comes to voting, we saw this when they voted for Obasanjo, we also saw this as to YarAdua and finally as to Jonathan first term in office 8. I agree 9. I disagree. You know why the APC didn't support that? Its easy let me give you this narration. When a child lie to you today, does it tomorrow, next over and over again, at one point in time you won't have faith or believe he his telling the truth even though he might be. This was the case of the National Confab the opposition ( APC ) never believed the ruling party ( PDP ), cause we have seen similar trends since time in memorial. 10. I agree |
Whynotthetruth:Yoruba's are not tribalistic when it comes to voting, we saw this when they voted for Obasanjo, we also saw this as to YarAdua and finally as to Jonathan first term in office |
Whynotthetruth:That's where you get it wring am not Yoruba neither am I in any way associated with the Yorubas. |
Nnaabros:And are you aware the buzz is not the original Owner if the statement? The buzz copied half of those excerpt from Premium Times Column about igbos miscalculation written yesterday. |
NgwaManNaija4LF:Am sorry to say, but am sure am not foolish. Just imagine you couldn't read my article well before replying. OK let me point this out to you, I said Fifty years after independent and the igbos are yet to produce a president..lol! Man read before you reply and be very slow to anger, your post has anger written all over it. The truth they say is bitter. One Love. |
MadCow1:Thanks for this wonderful analysis. And if we must conclude, you would accept with me today that APGA I'd dead and won't survive the next major presidential Elections. Oooo what a loss for the igbos |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QK4wIfwpdU A bold and major component of the GEJ legacy is the limitlessness of impunity from stella oduah, through deziani, to orubebe, and seraki dickson Fayose did something similar in Ekiti state, he slapped a judge and ordered his thugs to roughen both the Judge and court workers. It's high time to stop all these crude and uncultured behaviours. Both governors should be impeached and be made to face the full weight of the law. The days of impunity is over. There is a new Sheriff in town. Buhari should start planning on how to take care of the business. We want to live in a civilised society. Am happy we are going to have a no nonsense President soon, then all this nonsense attack on judiciary will stop. |

If you have experience such or you have possible solution. Please your opinion needed Note: The USB PORT of the phone is not shaking. It's still very strong. |
I hope a particular tribe is not responsible |
Its tradition, not just in Nigeria but most part of the world. With a change in government, most top high ranking officers in ethereal positions, would have to quit. There would be a major reshuffling of security staffs at the DSS, Army chiefs and head would go, Inspector General of Police Abba Morro might be forced to resign before time like his predecessor, Many high ranking officers would leave and Marilyn Ogar won't be an exception |
I don't think in where case its about the impunity. I have know her to be a good business woman and one of Africa's richest and most powerful women, in fact at one point in time reading her story on Forbes stood as not only a source of inspiration to me but made me revisit the book "48 laws of power" in the quest to know why she has always been friends with the Wife off the No1 citizen of every administration. All these boils down to power play and friends, she might not necessarily need money no, but power yes. You know you can have money and have no power, but if you have power you have money. For the former, she wants to eliminate that situation, to every business Man or woman romancing those at the top is a sure way to ensuring your MONETARY UMPIRE IROKOLIZE ( Live over years ) . Watch my words in coming days you will also see some of Nigeria's richest business men also romancing the power players I mean men in the likes of DANGOTE, OTEDOLA, Bello Osaigwe , Pascal John, Wale Tinubu, Rank, Shamshudeen, No Ibrahim and on and on |
Awww so sweet and nice of him. They love the Peoples General |
StarFist:Its very funny as to how you conjure to what an article means without going in depth. I believe this explains why you said the General said what he never did say. Sir did you read the link you posted before posting it? Your link even trued to show that GMB never said so. Let me qoute an excerpt from that link of yours. NAN reports that Buhari said this on Monday during the south-east presidential rally of the party at Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri. Those are Buhari's own words in quotes from same link you posted. So please tell me where he said so? Reading the link you posted then you will understand that is clearly a case of sensational journalism, the quoted statement is clearly different from the headline. Buhari is not that retarded or flagrant to make such a promise. Please do not heat-up the polity. Thanks |
I am willing to add N100,000 to your N500,000 making it N600,000 still on sane grounds you listed. |
Vivly:Yes it's already taking place. The naira and stick exchange appreciate with the announcement of GMB as President. Also with the laid down footprint and professionals who are on ground to carry out the implementation of the dreams the President have for this nation as respect to economy, you will see the naira appreciate. I am also interested in the Naira Value too |
Normality:Am not biafran. Even if given on a plaster of gold |
Normality:Hahahaha. Nna kedu ? |
Vivly:Lol. But I think you need to know that he never said so. If you do like to listen to the video of that campaign I can send it to you |
Vivly:You are the true daughter of your mother. +1000 for this post |
Am surprise at the Op, in ability to get research done before posting or saying what I'd not true. Those photos are old photos, been in circulation way before the general elections.

This country oppresses its neighbors and lives on a claim that "god" gave the land to them. They own WMDs and, just last year killed thousands of civilians in a conflict which is yet to claim 50 israeli soldiers. They act just like Nazis and the world is silent about it. Israel is tacitly allowed to posses and develop WMDs. Nobody questions their "right" to claim thousands of civilian lives in a conflict which killed less than 50 on their side (only 5 civilians). They considered that they had "ample historical ties" to the land to found a state somewhere, believing "god" had given it to them and hence they could kick out anybody. First, Israel killed the innocent citizens in Palestine. New issue, Israel have taken away their Al-Aqsa Mosque. They even blocking every Muslim to have their prayer at the mosque. This mosque belongs to the Muslims, not Jews. They wanted to pray to God, it's not like they wanted to commit crime. Shame on the Israel Nation. Make no mistake. The Israeli government is an evil government; and it enjoys overwhelming support from Israeli citizens, making these citizens accomplices in all the evil their goverment does. And finally the US Government is also an enabler and an accomplice to these crimes. I see nothing wrong if they are sidelined by their american counterparts or the world as you have stated. This to me is a welcomable development. In fact I do not blame former Iran president AHMADINE who said its better to wipe out Israel out of the face of the earth. Don't get me wrong I have nothing personal against Israel just facts |
seunfly:I thought I alone noticed. Did you also noticed now that NTA now says General Muhammed Buhari have a MASTERs in Strategic studies?? I watched the video this morning and laughed out so loud |
This is so funny |
He might retire to his home country as an elderstateman or go back to the university of portharcout to lecture. But come to think of it, try picture a scene of him lecturing and what the students will feel like |
