If you've been on this thread for that long, you have seen opportunities pass you bye. I'd say with such funds you boast of, you could walk into your bank and suggest to buy a FG bond and use the proceeds to play the stock market. Perhaps, you get more time to learn before your first tranche comes in.

For the TA gurus, where is the next resistance

There's no ceiling, just that a support range of 3.8 - 4.2 has been established. The bigger question is will September affect this current rise as oga moneymanager has been giving us hint.

Volumes have peaked to the billion range this month. The last was 2 months ago. Weekly chart as of this morning is yet to cross to OB on the RSI indicator, perhaps a quick look will inform us better.

Why worry over an inevitable? There's minimum wage to resolve, there's sectoral palliative to ponder on, there's government belt tightening to implement, yet they are trying to defend fx rate for a non producing/ exporting country.

For how long is temporary? The end of year oil price rise is coming due to high energy demand and operational cost in winter. Where are they going to get the dollar from? We can't meet OPEC quota to see dollar inflow, fx backlog on airlines and Co. I'm just observing this country from the sidelines.

good Q1. eps 996k as against 589k.
Q2 eps of 1508k against 1347k

above results is good enough to sustain the price of Presco when suspension is lifted on trading.

I hope dividend is issued all at once: final22 and interim23.

Q3 results will most likely model after the pains on the street, except for few stocks.

You remove subsidy and free up more cash. Instead of investing them in critical infrastructure to better the lives of the citizenry, you decide to share the largesse among the tiers of govt where a lot of it will get looted and in turn put more pressure on your FX. It can only get interesting

They are statutorily bound to share. I think the FG should do its bit with the extra in a way that puts out bad PR to state governments. But no, I'm not sure governance can be serious in Nigeria.
