9free:If you have internet banking, like diamond online and others, is it not 24/7 ? |
duni04Don worry, i go join you near cms roundabout early morn 2moro, and together we go hijack one trailer load of fbnh wey profit takers wey neva hear news de carry go market, ...carry am go one corner go share. No cheat me o for the sharing . ![]() |
Dragonking:Collect your uba dividend in capital gain. Because as fbnh now marches towards 15 for this strong result and corp action, don't expect access and uba to stand still. Bank stocks march in lock step, and uba is the penny stock of the tier 1 league with huge upsides, other things being equal. |
dcal001:What a quick thinking, smart, newbie. But that cat won't jump. Bicos if we allow this double (self) promotion, you will come back next, affixing the title of "House Guru" to your name. I recommend you therefore for "senior newbie". |
stockbull:Wishing you, and all, the same, and multiplied bullish stocks in our portfolios. |
Moneysage:The sage himself, Easter compliments. I only want the best for him, and everybody. ![]() |
Chukwuwike, you have trespassed here. And I'm sure the N100k/month is the father of jokes. Besides, I blv I've seen this ad here before, over a year ago. Since then, you have been stuck with managing only 3 vehicles. So, maybe you, yourself, are in the wrong business, and may wish to come and trade stocks. Please don't bother to reply, this is not the place for it. |
Youngzedd:Thank you v much. Wishing you the same. |
makashava:Thank you. Wishing you and all the same. |
angelo82:Look above my head, and above your head when you asked the question. |
Mercilicious I tried to quote your post above but my device failed me. Thanks for sharing with us how you are out-smarting us. Transcorp is a stock of almost 40b odd shares, so when it goes on offer, train loads of supply are brought to the market everyday. But I think one can go to sleep on it with two eyes for now because it has two powerful results around the corner, the delayed audited and the now equally due Q1. I blv that the expectation and curiosity around these results will keep transcorp upbeat in coming days if not wks. |

Get off that computer and go and vote for Continuity and Transformation. |

But calling them fools is not calling for their heads, comrade. If i call my own child fool, it doesn't banish him from my house, or terminate our relationship. It only means i'm critical of him, and believe he is unwise. I never said you cannot criticise, but you don't become enemies. |
[quothor=Dragonking post=32083349]Vote for GEJ!!!!
Na you bring the campaign here o , but supported. I believe that Continuity will be less disruptive, more market friendly and more bullish on my portfolio than the uncertainties, new economic team, possible policy reversals etc of Change, regardless of what the fools abroad are writing. But the market is not the whole country, and how many are NSEMPA votes? |
MilikiAgent:You are in order. I am heavy on uba so i am happy that it remains attractive to many. I'm not in uba for dividend and was not expecting any at all, uba having just been in the market struggling to raise money. I am positioned for the post election bull, which will be boosted by the euphoria of Q1 results releases, to be kick-started by gtb, zenith and access. So what is happening is a golden buying opportunity for those in cash. Uba is top 5, and (self-styled) Africa's Global Bank, so no shaking. |
Anyway, UBA at 4 is still cheap relative to other Tier 1 banks. dividend or not. |
angelo82:I believe they were unable to raise the money, via rights issue, to give dividends. |
MilikiAgent:I salute the positive mindset. You've found a way to report dumping as mopping. ![]() |
duni04:Herr Hitler, this is not Nazi Germany. Or is it Idi Amin you want to be like when you grow up? Abort that e-lynching and allow some free speech here. I am sure that even you will shudder at the bolded language, which will turn any dictator green with envy. Learn to jump over posts that irritate you. Because it is not necessary for our coexistence here that we must all always agree. Google 'how to disagree without being disagreeable'. |
ihedioramma:Greetings, Brother Ihedioramma. Happy to hear from you. All is well. |
myjoy08:Yes, myjoy, first let me commend your ever positive mindset. As your positively constructed username says, truely, you hv been the joy of many in this e-community, not disregarding of course the rich contributions of all other blessed forumites. As for my post above, i'm only trying to illustrate in a humorous way how i believe we are all always trying to beat the market and each other, for of course we are the market. |
All the speculators you were planning to outsmart, were all plotting to outwit you. And as you sneaked back into the market, thinking everybody had stampeded from the election bear, and to park away all the gems at the lowest or no price at all, lo, everybpdy was in the market for same purpose, and you and everybody caused a bull. |
Sokijosh:thank you v much. |
Sokijosh:Yes, buying now or after election is indv choice. Like you said I picked up some skye and fidelity units last wk. Nobody knows when some of these historic prices we are seeing now might slip away. Going forward i'm eyeing aiico, uba and ubn. Don't know about ubn fundamentals, but i've observed that it makes v sharp price movements when a bull hots up. |
Sokijosh:So, a farmer should never talk about the weather, but just "crops, crops", isn't it Soki? Just keep tilling and planting, not caring if the crops will be watered or withered. So even the word "election" should not be uttered here anymore this week. Election is not stocks, and will take place on a saturday, a non trading day, therefore absolutely no effect on stocks, not so? Anyway, comrade, let me help. It might be the concern that we should not spread scares around here and i agree. Nevertheless my post was based on the cover story of most major nig newspapers that day, and topical events effect investment decisions that cause the daily gyrations we see in stocks. |
valacious:Yes, you are. But even hard wishes can become horses. Say, if somebody should reject jega's result and announce his own, God forbid. Otherwise, a sub 2 skye is no longer feasible. |
Primetech:Hmmn..., my brother, formally my thought too. But I'm becoming uneasy. With this morning's headlines, quoting the Inspector Gen of Police, that some politicians are planning a parallel announcement of election result. . This is the ultimate recipe for post election crisis, God forbid. The situation is fluid and dicey. |
Intenegins showing strength. "When men are cast down..... " |
makashava:Unity has over 100b odd shares outstanding. And still looking to raise money. Before it can be worth any look, the monstrosity has to be reconstructed down to sanity levels. Then the reconstruction price has to correct down to sanity levels, and bottom out. At that point not even a trace of any present holding in it will remain. Anybody buying unity bank now might be better off throwing the money into the lagoon. |
