What is the essence of tackling Boko Haram when the end-process would be de-radicalisation, rehabilitation, and reintegration?

Our traditional leaders as well as religious leaders should at best try to be apolitical because of the position they occupy in the society. They are leaders and where they make a wrong decision in the name of politics, some or most of their followers would replicate same.

If Tinubu intends to run on the platform of the APC and Atiku the PDP, then consider it a flawless victory as the Northerners unlike the Southerners will root massively for their own notwithstanding the party. All the same, nobody should undermine Tinubu as he has what it takes to crumble APC as it stands.

honestly, the pictures I'm seeing her are ok for an average Nigerian university but the problem is that with the way people are hyping this university I was very disappointed with the pictures I have seen, I was expecting pictures that will compete with covenant university but seriously speaking this is very very sad why were they even hyping this university to that extence so far all of the universities in Nigeria are very bad especially the ones owned by government
bt d northern universities have better infranstructure than d ones we have here down south
by the way I heard that the toilet in these school is nothing to write home about and we are not ashamed to call this a University

FROM AN IKWERRE MAN!

We know our history very well as Ikwerre people and trust me, it has nothing to do with the Igbos. Ikwerre, Ogba and Ekpeye were siblings and children of a prominent Bini son who fled the Bini kingdom. Our contact with the Igbos started during the British reign in Nigeria. In fact, the Igbo translation of the Holy Bible was introduced in Ikwerre land by a British Missionary and it met very strong resistance as our people did not understand it. In the early 50's, the Igbos dominated Port Harcourt and even named the cities after their names. This was later renamed by the Ikwerres. We know our history as a people and we do not want someone on nairaland to rewrite it for us in 2020. The fact ur language is similar to ours doesn't mean we were carved out of Igbo. Besides, some have argued that the Igbos originate from Israel, so does it mean that the Ikwerres are somewhat Israelites??

Na to trash these our people for public office dey hungry me. How can be sanction be just 1 million naira? UK would have skinned us alive if it were d other way round!
