As to who determines what is natural - common sense (made up of the five senses), what is known to science and experience clearly shows what is natural. For example, anatomy of the human body clearly shows what the genital organs are meant for. It would be natural to use them for that purpose and unnatural not to do so. To be a homosexual imports the idea of inserting the male genital organ into the anus of the another male - the anus is clearly not designed for such. The anus is specifically designed for discharge of excreta and fart. It would be unnatural to use it for the purpose homosexuals do! That is what unnatural means in the context of the subject under discussion.
