Our honourable Governor, Onyeoma Gburus, just like every other governor before him, cannot point out where Nomeh Unateze is on the Enugu state map The last state government project executed in Nomeh Unateze is a community secondary school built in 1982, of which the administrative block has now completely caved in due to non maintenance. Quote me anywhere.

I don't know if it's a trunk A road but from what spyder posted with the road's description signage, the road is being constructed by Ekweremadu that's why I'm eulogizing him. He was the one that flagged it off.

The young man came and flagged off the road, and contractors invaded the site and started work. Whether he is paying for the roads from his pocket or he collected the money from Donald Trump is not our main headache now. Let good things continue.

This is my village secondary school, and the only evidence that Nomeh is a part of Enugu state. The maintenance of most things here are done by the community, although the government renovated some classroom blocks in 2009.

This is the administration building which has sunk in and abandoned within the school compound.

The blocks you see in the first picture was donated by Spyder880, I bought sand and molded 50 bags of cement here in 2016. I came to look at the school and the principal told me the classes cannot contain all the students. I am saving to build a classroom block for them when I can in the next few years. If we start waiting for the government, we can wait forever.

This is the road leading from Loma linda estates to Timber shed area of Achara layout Enugu and the state government is working on the road when I passed there yesterday. We need more of this.

I was impressed when I saw the ongoing road construction, I hope they do an enduring job that last for a while because I was disappointed that 9th mile by-pass road executed not long ago has started developing pot holes here and there.

The Enugu Lifestyle & Golf City is supposed to the icon or a piece of America in Enugu. So effort must be made to stick with the original idea. Even if it takes 100 years to complete, the final product must measure up to the original concept.

this was all chime's doing, ugwuanyi has really done horrible when it comes to water supply... I remember 4 years ago when chime installed those taps on every house, it ran at least 4 to 5 times per weeks and sometimes everyday of the week from 6 to 3 with very strong current.... but now hardly does the taps run with luck we get up to 2 times a week, and the current isn't even that strong sef

We have 400sqm, 540sqm, 700sqm and 1,350sqm sizes

I visited centenary city today, and was able to see JEDIDIAH GARDENS, set to be commissioned this afternoon as the first estate in centenary city.
I also got to see the other estates underway at that axis such as Hampstead Gardens, Signature by centenary & doctors quarters

My people you need to see what is going on in that axis, very impressive developments on ground.

I mentioned earlier that the Jedidiah Estate looks like the same pattern with Goshen Estate at Premier Layout, Independence Layout. These pictures further confirm it. From the gate to the building structure, to the colour of the building blocks, everything is the same.

My curiousity led me to do a further search and it appears it is the same organisation behind Goshen Estate (Copen Group) that is behind this one.
