Show me the areas i would have to live with salaries of 3.2million P/A, or less... How does it represent the real world if it only shows areas that only 3% of the population can access for everyday living...

Dont worry about the Naira making all the loss in value, some of the value difference is attributed to the rise in the US Dollar value even against the Euro and the Japanese Yen..

Euro is not a sure bet right now even thought its low.. Currencies like the Pound may expand ,as many euro nations flirt with the idea of abandoning the euro because it is associated with a recession..

Those of us with salaries and income in the form on Dollar, are counting a big pay raise now...

This kind of thing would not happen in Canada now... They would not be out in the icy cold weather making silliness, the soakaway would be frozen solid as a block of ice, and they would never anyway have an open soakaway pit and they would not put it or buried live wires in close proximity.... Eventually they will come to their senses and understand that banning peoples activities is less effective than Mandating Safe Design of amenities and infrastructure..Build closed/covered soakaways and gutters or make underground sewage tunnels... Ban neglect of public safety in infrastructure and ammenities...That will be more effctive than banning peoples activities.. Thats $161.00 per application.. Thats $35.4million income in less than one year, from visa applications alone.. They make other income from other services.. Thats a lot of money being made along with many of the applicants being denied visa... I think the US embassy must be profitable to the US Government there...

There is a new math system called Common Core being used in USA, it is even more elaborate than what i outlined.. Many people are confused by it, but it goes to show that people have been mentally conditioned to think of math as a one road absolute process... There are many intricate ways to solve equations and people need to open their minds to that instead of confounding the minds of the young generation coming afterwards... The truth is :we are becoming outdated in our old methods, people teaching in this generation need to check their minds and methods so as to set free the next generation to the real potential waiting out there in the future.... Be open minded and learn something new... The world is not flat and math equations are not flat out limited to one method of solving..

The place of 1 accounts per units of ten..
So 1 will represent 1 unit of 10 or the value 10..

the place of -8 represents units of 1.. So -8 will represent -8 units of 1... That gives us a deficit of -8..

The only way we can fill that deficit is to take it out of the only place we have to take it from. That is the 1 unit of 10..
So we have in the end result: 10-8=2... 2 is the answer..

If i were to step up to help him, i would leave his 18 in place to encourage him that he had the right idea, then i would put a comma in between the 1 & 8, then i would put a - symbol in front of his 8... From there i would follow through with what i outlined above... This student would be much more excited and in tune with learning if he is encouraged within his own train of thought and led forward through it to the right result... Most people would cancel his method out completely and start him all over again without the slightest notion that they are just as blind to other options as he is to theirs....

In reality and the arbitrary nature of pure mathematics, this young boy is closer to the right answer than most of us would have imagined as we were set on correcting him through a whole different avenue of approach...
He is more likely to discover a new method while pondering his error, than any of us who would call him stupid and and try to bring him backwards to better wisdom to be stuck on board the common yet limited way of solving equations...

I am living now in a house across from the airforce base... Almost every day is one helicopter that passes low over the house and i feel the walls vibrate with strong reverberations... Our building is wood frame and flexible and strong..So no worries here..

But this personal experience makes me believe that TB Joshuas building was built above its permited height and experienced the Common practice of low paid cement mixer/brick layer crew, to take some of the cement home for themsleves and use less than required for the project at hand..
This is enough to put the building at risk and then the kind of reverberation a helicopter can make through a building is powerful and it can reverberate through every grain of sand in the cement mix.. After that, any bad cement mix area will crumble and allow the building to collapse under its own excess weight...

I think the helicopter was not intentional, but maybe a blessing if you consider that the building would otherwise have been finished and then packed to full capacity and beyond with congregation shaking the building with dance and singing and praises... That would reverberate through the bulding as well, and many-many more would be among the casualities than this premature collapse we have now...

There is plenty supply of Petrol and old tires at the motor parks.. And also plenty supply of unruly mob eager to do anything for peace of mind in a normally hard days work without the added madness of suicide bombers... When the police/sss cannot seem to arrest or even find these bombers, and the people are the ones catching them, then its the people doing the polices job for them while the people get no salary for it.. The police get paid while the people do the work... When there is effective justice put in place between the people and the terrorist, then jungle justice will not find room to have its convention... The reality of any democracy is that the government must fear the mob and tyrants in any form must also fear the mob.. The peoples power is greater than even the people know...

Jungle justice is no worse than State justice where many innocent suspects are sentenced to death or misery in prison by state justice.. Focus on getting State justice in order and free of its own crime of killing and imprisoning innocent suspects, then the finger will be clean to point at civilian jungle justice... Where ever the flawed human mind is, there will be injustice.. Flawed human minds also sit on the judges seats in courts, sit on the honorable seats of lawmakers, dress in the authority of police...

My condolences to all the innocent people mercilessly robbed or killed by police everyday, a mob of uniformed men acting like monkeys in a jungle doing justice... You see the videos of the monkeys coming into town on the streets and the market, taking fruits and personal belongings from vendors and passer-bys.. Thats the same thing people endure when the police come into town, they are jungle justice monkeys....

I will enjoy every relationship for each day it last.. Every moment of it i will enjoy until it ends.. Even if it only last a day... If it was a rough separation, i will recover eventually and remember more often the good enjoyable times.. I will even consider the bad times and ponder them for what more i can learn that i could not see so clearly when i was so immersed in my perspective of that moment..

The idea of being used and discarded is for people who never entered the relationship with a focus to enjoy the relationship for every moment it lasted... Even if the relatioship is for a life time, partners wil eventually die and part way still.. Then what? Call out to your dead spouse's spirit for why they used you in life and then abandoned you on earth to go and enjoy in heaven?

Waste no time about enjoying who you have there, or else be busy enjoying yourself while single... Enjoy yourslef and them in what way you can, because they will be gone one day or another. If you stay alone single with yourself, enjoy yourself ,because one day also you will have to dump this life and move on... Dont feel used, feel what you enjoyed....

I dont enter relationship any way unless my heart feels enjoyment there calling me.. And when i follow it, i apreciate it with a heart and mind that i will enjoy it for however long it lasts and let it be when it must be done.. Then i will carry my memory of enjoyment with me and go and smile when i close my eyes and recollect... I smile still today for memories of enjoyed times with ladies from years ago and despite none of the relationship lasted.... Even rough times are ok when the pain is done and inside that there are enjoyable memories to have... I dont fear being sad or angry, i feel it and let it speak to me and after i have heard its message, there is enjoyment to be had about it...

People are sayng its a seasonal thing and then there is the federal trade transactions using dollars.. The CBN may have its hand in these things and calling it whatever they like.. The truth is the trend of falling value of the Naira has not been a seasonal thing since it started its drastic fall years ago... It has been a continuos fall of which this latest drop is just another phase of what will continue..

The change in dollar value now, is too profitable to those holding dollars and they will take advantage of it until in percolates throughout the economy and drives inflation further.. Then that inflation will in turn drive the next round of Value drop in the Naira. The cycle is a continuos spiral down.. The reason the CBN gives are just convolutions of the basic reality that nigerias goods and services are rising in price but not keeping up with the international sandard that commands such prices... There is hope but only in the industrial sector and exports.. Cement for instance has made leaps by dropping the price and expanding production across africa..But that is not enough..

The oil industry may be actually tempering the rate of fall as it is a product (raw crude) that transcends quality issues on the international market.. Recent drop in oil prices have weakend the protective layer that oil has made for Nigeria, and thereby allowing the value of currency to continue down in its usual manner due to Nigerias economic standard.. Standard of being overpriced and underqualified for such prices on international market...

Some want to say its the Fact that Nigeria imports too many things.. But the US dollar is also from a heavy import country.. Almost anything you look at in USA has a "Made In China" label on it.. USA imports even more than Nigeria but its currency still remains stable and remains the measure by which other countries value their currency... USA has sent so many jobs and industry to many other countries and caused those countries to grow in wealth from americas money buying their products after americans brought the industries to make the products using cheaper labour and lower tax bills..

It will help Nigeria to do less import and make more export, but that can only happen if the quality of Nigerias product and infrastructure is enough to please Nigerians and Abroad alike... Good infrastructure will also expand tourism industry which brings big money to many poorer countries around the world..

Also note that when the Naira was equal to or stronger in value to the dollar, it was in the 1970's and 1980's.. This was because it took its base from being a british empire currency which is the Pound and £ has always maintained a higher value above the dollar... And even in a time when Nigeria was not exporting as much oil or other product, even in a time when Nigeria was not importing so many products..
So there was a time when Nigeria was less of an economic giant ,less developed and less of an industrial place..Yet Nigerias currency in that time was on par or better value than the dollar...

All the excuses today dont stand up to sense when compared to the past when Nigerias currency was based on the pound... Once it left the umbrella of the british pound to be its own thing, it became its own economy and own style of operating.. Thats where the fall began gradually ("things fall apart", god bless chinua achebe) and continues to this day..

Its all rooted in profit gougeing trying to command a price for which the international quality standard is not there to support... Naturally the currency value will suffer under inflation... They will use all kind of reasons every round of adjustment, but all those reasons are related to the root cause that is profit gougeing... If it was really about availability of raw materials, it would be even paced inflation around the world, but Nigeria has its own atmosphere of inflation exceeding and apart from the rest of the world and the reason eludes people unless they see the root cause...

Nigeria is over priced.. The average quality of living and services is lower than the the developed world but many prices are higher than developed world prices when it comes to developed world things..
This alone will always lead to the devaluation of the Naira. And other factors are related to the same theme of Inflation caused within Nigeria by people reaching to raise prices for profit at every chance they get.. Eventually it circulates through the nations economy until everything becomes higher priced and imbalanced to the world economy... Thats when the Dollar or pound adjust for equity...

The rise in price has to coincide with rise in real value/quality of the service and products.. If not, then its just wreckless inflation by people in a culture of profit gouging..

Housing in Lagos for homes that compare to international quality homes, cost more than in the USA.. The roads, general sanitation and utilities supplied to those homes is much lower than in USA.. The public services stability/reliability such as police, medical, roadway and traffic management, and so on, they are all unreliable and some are a liability such as police extorting money all the time...

The value of a currency will always be measured internationally and be weighed against how well the economy values the well being of the people who make the economy...
Either increase the quality of living and products/services or drop the price of every thing in the country until it is nominally equal to what would be paid in US dollars... The best thing is to forget the dollar and focus on equity among all people in the economy.. Better wages is a good start and then better public services will carry the good start forward...

There is always the issue of not being able to really know someone until you have walked in their shoes or lived in their dreams in their mind and feelings..
Then there is also the issue of Men and Women being on different biological stations even though we are all human beings the same.. So its easier for men to understand men and women to understand women.. That rift will always be a hurdle for generations... Men will never have to face or experience some major things about being a woman, the same goes that women will never face or experience some of the major things about being a man..
This makes connecting and perceiving reality a bit different among each side of the gender gap.. As women seek equality, many women get caught in the trappings of trying to compete against men in a mans game, rather than bring what they are as women to the table and change the game entirely..
Certain roles are more naturally geared to men and others more naturally geared towards women.. We know all men would be cowards to give birth to a child... And we know women would be un able to keep up with mens physical strength.. A woman can become stronger in muscle than many men if she works hard, but if a man puts in as much work as the strongest woman, he will naturally have strength beyond the strongest woman and thats why muscled women register in a different strength category than men in fields of proffesional competition.. Even in Fighting sports.. Different organs, different hormones and different metabolic functions exist between men and women... The Idea of equality is not exactly fitting the idea of identical measure and makeup...

The same goes with determining real men or women, or strong men or women.. What is real? what is meant by strength? Is it wisdom, kindness and forgiveness? Is it ability to endure hard times while working towards better days?
Is it a fighter who will dominate in bloody Quarrel to acheive their rampant desires?
Some people believe real and strength are soft kindness that understands and forgives when people are wrong or falling short of acheiving expectations in life...
Other people believe real and strong is being hardened and pushing relentlessly to get what they want from whoever they decide without restraint because they are convinced the world is a hard and wicked place that only the ruthless can survive or prosper in...

All ambition and search in life reveals its true nature when one becomes old and grey in the last years -able to honestly look back and honestly ask, "what was it all about and was it really worth all the stress caused along the way?".. What is real and what is illusion?

Buy new always if you can... If you cannot, save money and expect it to be needed for repairs eventually... The only safe way to buy a used car is to become learned about cars problems and maintaneance.. Then use that to inspect before buying... If you order it unseen, then the risk is always there unless you reduce risk by using an inspection agent..

The other way to buy a Used car tokunbo is to order it from the new car factory affiliated dealer.. They sell Certified Used cars... The certified used cars are inspected fully by the factory certified mechanics and any needed repair is done or the car will not be certified..
The price is higher but less than new and you will have a guarantee that the car will serve you well for many years as long as you upkeep the regular service...
Especially a Honda certified Used car, that will be an excellent purchase... The certified used cars are usually around three years old and some older if they are exceptionally well cared for... But a certified used car will be more expensive but still cheaper than new..
On a honda, its not a waste to buy certified ,but if you have money to buy new and want to keep the car for 10 years or more and do lots of driving, then new is the best..

It can amount to the same cost buying new or used, because the used one will have racked up cost in repairs by the time the new one starts to need its first repair..

Dont invest in a car new or used if you cannot afford to invest in its regular service and future repairs...
I know people who never buy new because they swear by their used cars lasting 5 years with no problems and then seeing some new cars needing major work in 4 years time..

They all have the same basic need for tires and breaks every 3 years if used normally... It doesnt matter new or used, tires and breaks wear down the same... Same with regualr oil change and certain parts per model... Some models need major tune up around 100k miles and others sooner...

The heavy duty and expensive cars are better deals to buy used... BMW 7 series is very expensive new.. Wait 4 or 5 years and buy it used, they price will come down very low but the major components of it will still be tough and ready to go another lifetime with good service..
Range rover is also another expensive one that goes down in price when used for 4-5 years.. Just find one well cared for...
American heavy duty full size pickup trucks are also good to buy used, they have rugged drive train that doesnt go bad easily and they are cheaper in the long run if bought used in good up keep.. Otherwise the American Heavy duty full size pick up trucks are expensive to buy new..

You never even offer to pay the insurance? All you offer is insult of selfishness and request of "give me one".. What happens when you waste it in an accident? Will you be there with the insurance claim you paid for to replace the car? Or will you be selfish to leave him there to be treking because his cars are finished from accident? Maybe its best to leave you treking so that you dont leave him treking in the future with no cars and no money...
I have money to buy a car but i have no car and i trek, it keeps me in good shape and saving money for the future seen and unseen needs..

Its a Mystery Attraction for many as people accuse the builder of Levetating the huge blocks into place.. He built a master piece with crude hand tools and had precision that even modern engineers have failed to repeat...

Mine from today and some from last week.. You can always tell the places with clean fresh air.. Its not the camera quality, but the quality of the air that makes a clear blue sky picture... Easier on the breathing and health as well.. Made a point to spend time in places with good air quality and it has made a big difference for my well being..

bro , I never said pronounciation is not part of a good diction. what I mean is you can fake an accent and still speak bad english because you use the wrong tenses and words .... thats the case of yobo and likes . would you say soyinka does not pronounce words rightly because he has got an accent .. No I guess . There is that "tongue" effect on the way we speak . this may affect the intonation and manner which words may be pronounced. like you said , would you conclude a scottish speaks bad english because he got a different accent from a briton . you dont need to fake an accent to pronounce words rightly ... thats the point . My English teachers in high schoo pronounced words so perfectly but she have any british accent.

We are all ok no matter how we pronouce, except in the rare instance such as this foul creature in the video.. As long as you dont pronounce words like him, then we are ok and will survive well..

I have full fledged american accent here in USA.. When i lved in Nigeria my younger days, i returned to USA with full fledged Nigerian accent before it changed after a year back in USA.. I was born and raised with USA accent by my USA mother and then later learned Nigeria accent when hanging with friends and fathers family in Nigeria ..
If i return to Nigeria to hang with friends again, i will pick up Nigerian accent again... Thats the normal course of flexible language ability..

But yes it is amusing that people develop accents that are not really connected to by family and friends or simply travelling..
Television is the key to this happening.. Some people spend more time watching foriegn TV programs than they do practicing their native language... In many countries, there are children who learn to sing american Pop songs with perfect american accent and real musical talent, But when you ask them if they know what the words mean, they quickly reveal that they dont know how to speak english or know the meaning of the words... Thats why I saw many young school girls singing the most sexually vulgar american songs and not knowing what it means, they just like the melody, rythm and tune of it..
Also sad to see so many people emulate only the american street gangster accent and attitudes when they have such a nice and respectful upbringing and nature from their own upbringing in Nigeria or elsewhere... Meanwhile many Black americans want to come and learn how to be Black african again, in the african continent perspective..

black women most dont like to tongue kiss.. I am still single to this day because waiting for that right girl to take me by tounge and swallow me down whole without pepper or salt added.. Thats how you tell a man something and convince him the womans position on the matter.. .
I surely miss those crazy white girls that used to do me right like that. I was too young and in experienced at those times to know the value of it all and they were so involved in other activities that did not call to me.. And so we parted ways..
