grin grin grin.... I think girls should know that as much as guys want to sleep around and have fun, as twisted as it may sound, they don't expect girls to do the same.

To be sincere... I'd like to think I'm liberal and open minded, but I recently got to realize, that I'm not as open minded as I thought, that said, the highest "body count" I would accept from my proposed wife is "O-N-E"... and I'm even being generous, in my opinion that's a great deal of open-mindedness... Because let's even consider that one, let's say she dates the guy for 3years,and maybe due to her thick moral fabric, she didn't give him sex till after a year... Now imagine how many times he ate her, licked her, swallowed her and climbed her between a space of two years.. Now imagine how many times she mouth actioned him, behind based him.. front based him.. Different styles, vantage points, upside down, inside up, up down in.. Ahh ahhh... And that's just one guy oooo.. . So how would you expect me to deal with the picture and possibility of that multiplied by 5guys..so for me, being that we would be friends before we start dating, she would be comfortable enough to tell me how many, if it's more than one.. I start backing up.. Because at the end of the day.. IF ME AS A GUY.... WITH RED BLOOD COURSING THROUGH HIS VEINS, WITH MONTHS AND MONTHS OF COLD NIGHTS ACROSS MANY YEARS, I CAN STILL HAVE A BODY COUNT OF ZERO.. ahh ahh then I think I'm being generous accepting one from you.

oludashmi: Just calm down. Communicate with her even if it's by sms now that you suspect some changes, your communication should be more of sharing whatever burden she's carrying.

Then, you need to know how far she has gone with the posting the guy is helping her with. She probably may be going thru some stress and so much call at that moment can be annoying.

If all attempt to get her attention is futile, then you can tell her'she has changed'. But that shouldn't be your first point.

sucobaba: So on point but at the same time...flirtatious in nature. Its all about orientation and clime if you ask me.You wouldn't want your girlfriend or wife having such conversation with someone else let alone a complete stranger?
Witty, funny and interesting....a YES but flirtatious skits.... a hell NO.Later guys will start complaining about been friend-zoned lol
Yeah very well said.. but in all honesty you can't stop people from flirting with your wife or girlfriend, especially if you're involved with a good looking woman, so in essence, it's the responsibility or duty of the woman to subtly know how to address and respond to these flirtatious skits... I believe a woman could still be interestingly fun to chat with even if she's madly inlove with her guy, it is when the frequency and texture of the flirtations from the other guy become increasingly boisterous and daring, then she can choose to respond to him in the coldest of ways and take his mind off of any possibility that they would be an item... Would you seize your girl's phone to prevent her from online flirt-junkies, or would you rather know that your woman respects, cherishes and loves you so much to know when to back out from conversations that are becoming too risqué.. I think I'd choose the latter.

RomanceRe: Pretty Girls Are Always Boring. True Or False? by 1one: 3:44pm On Aug 24, 2014
Some girls are boring and they are pretty.. Some girls are not so pretty(ugly is such a harsh word) but are also boring.. Being pretty doesn't inform being boring, a girl can be boring because of a number of reasons ranging from airheadedness to her mood at that moment, I have a friend who's as beautiful as Helen of Troy, yet she's as boring as roasted corn, I have another closer friend who's ten times prettier than Helen of Troy but so fun to talk /be with... So it's a personality thing most of the time, not being beautiful or not

sexyseun: @ OP, i guess you are new to NL that you dare ask this question. have you ever witnessed any Nairaland most beautiful girl contest before? You will get to see pretty girls with good conversational skills. they can hold mind blowing conversation, very fluent yet humorous.
People like Me(sexyseun), Lupey, onila, Ogugua, Mrschima are all pretty and not boring... on the other hand, you still have people that are ugly and also boring and aggressive as well like kanwulia and idowuogbo.

EducationRe: My Convocation Pictures @ 19th Lagos State University convocation ceremony by 1one: 12:42pm On Aug 24, 2014
I'm yet to see any reply by the op not dripping with Yoruba, it almost makes one to wonder if the "LA" in LASU shouldn't be turned to "YO".." YOSU" - Yoruba State University. I understand the love for the language, in trying to connect with one's roots and all.. but toning it down a notch wouldn't hurt, so that maybe just maybe if there's anybody else that didn't go to YOSU, the person would be able to understand what he's saying.. By the way i'm not dissing Yoruba language, based on different shades of definitions and comparisons, I'm a Yoruba guy, so I have love for the Yoruba folk... But I just couldn't help but notice that overly "agberoish" tint in all his replies.

Justeenaleo: "Majority of the girls" here chose to highlight "being romantic" because that's what the topic says, and as I said before if a girl doesn't want to chat you up, her "pseudo words" should be enough signal for you to move along, especially since guys' sense of thinking has "skews and curves" unlike you guys, some girls don't have the time to sit down and be typing things they don't mean,am not saying I like the "kk" or the "lolz",I don't. There are many girls out there that can more than hold a conversation,u cnt just come here and blame other girls for your own myopic reasoning,if not you could have picked a smarter girl to entertain you, mr intelligent
You've been noticed.

Thanks for stopping by.

Guy : Your picture really looks nice

Girl: oh really, Thank you, I can see you have good eyes

Guy: hahah... It's easy to have good eyes when those eyes are looking at you

Girl: lol.. Indeed

Girl: you guys and your ready kept lines

Guy:. Lol..

NOW THAT'S HOW A GIRL WITH SENSE WOULD RESPOND.. UNLIKE THIS

Guy: Your picture really looks nice

Girl:Tnx

Guy : So how's your day been?...jolly or dry

Girl.: K
RomanceRe: Are Nigerian Girls really Not Romantic by 1one: 2:58pm On Aug 23, 2014
@Op

I absolutely get what you're saying, and the mere fact that majority of the girls here are choosing to highlight "being romantic" over the other two qualities you've mentioned.. Well, that just speaks for itself. Truth is many Nigerian girls are just basically myopic and intellectually bland, that's why they can't hold a decent conversation, their only saving grace or graces, if you will, are pseudo words - Kk, lolz.. and other very annoying things they type as replies... It's not always about not liking a guy, some girls are just too empty upstairs, once a guy says hi, they think ooo, another toaster, Instead of them to hold the conversation to a reasonable extent and dazzle the guy with your witts, smear the chats with subtle sarcasms that would keep the guy interested and thinking of witty retorts;but oh no, they don't do that, how can they, they can't, because their sense of thinking is so linear...no skews, no curves, only romance filling up all the empty spaces in their heads... Smh. I CAN BET THAT 90% OF THE GIRLS THAT READ THIS WOULD BE SO LOST, HARDLY ABLE TO PROCESS ANY OF THE THINGS I SAID AFTER I TYPED "@OP"...SHIOOOOR FOR NIGERIAN GIRLS
