I will like to use this medium to solicit to everyone to Pray for Nigeria and make their path straight with GOD. There is a prophesy that great war is coming to Nigeria. We are in the end times, it is obvious that times have changed. Global challenges are emerging in unprecedented manner. Famine and hardship are beginning to set in. Persecution of Christains have become obvious around the globe. This is the time to make amends with GOD. Jesus loves you and bid you to Himself.

Watch the prophesy. (If anyone can upload it, that will be great!) smiley

So you are surprise that Nigeria can get to this stage. Stu.pid people
I'll rather overlook your outburst. Even if the picture is recent, i condemn it without reservation. BUT, when we still come online to speak disgust and hatred, are we helping the matter? what can the online community do to act against this callousness? that's what am driving at.

I believe you understand my position now.
Don't curse me next time.
PoliticsRe: Mosque Burnt At Hausa Quarters Benin City, Many Feared Dead? by 27naira(m): 3:42pm On Jan 09, 2012
MODERATORS,

In as much as we are obliged to report incidence as they occur, however, i will solicit that you muster great care and avoid sending unverified reports, inciting pictures and horrendous graphics to the front page.

The situation in Nigeria calls for great concern and we should not fuel the crisis by inciting anger and hatred.
Some of the pictures posted are not recent and yet people still post them in order to stir sentiments and reactions.
Even if they are real, maybe, some things should be censored.

Nigerians, we should all be concerned about the current situation in our country regardless of ethnicity and religion. Believe me, If the crisis degenerate any further, we the masses will be at lost not GEJ.

Since, the internet has played a major role in fuelling this uprise, why dont we use the same internet to preach peace, unity and call our people to reason.
War is not child's play. If it happens, the scars are always permanent.

Let us all act wisely.

On both the physical and the spiritual, the battle lines are drawn. It seems the times of the four horsemen has befallen the world and even us all here at this time. Hear hear: Rev 6:3 When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" 4 Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other. To him was given a large sword.

The red riding horseman has come to collect. Whether we live or we die, we have this ONE hope, Jesus conquered death for all those who truly believe in Him.

Both southern and northern Christians can learn a lot in these times. The real battleground lies in indigenous Christian lands of the middle belt. Southern Christians can be our allies in prayer and strength as we draw the lines here. Don't let hopeless worms like Boko Haram redefine the battle lines by pushing it further south. And they will if you just run away from them. CONFRONT THEM, IN PRAYER AND STRENGTH!
Sensible, but only for the spiritually minded.

Vicjustice:
That was some years back, before Latvia became a member of the Schengen states; now, you can get a Latvian visa from a Schengen embassy in Nigeria.
Though, Latvia may not have the best standard of payment or the best economy,  but to be honest, you can not compare Latvia to the best country in Africa in terms of poverty or any good thing.
This is a small Baltic country that one can say many, many good things about, and yes, there are loads of good things about Latvia: how do you think they joined the EU if they didn't meet the requirement?"
The country has everything functioning and well organised, even so many things are more organised than they are in Ireland: they're a small country invaded by Germany during the WW2, then, they were under the USSR for so many years until they became independent in 1992 and everything was in a mess, but they built up their country to meet the EU standard, and then joined the EU in 2004, and now, they have met the Schengen requirement and became a Schengen member state since Dec. 2007. They became visa free to Canada in 2007, and in 2008, they joined the American visa waiver. . . .
How do you think they made all these progress if they have that kind of poverty like you claimed?
My friend, get the facts right, Latvia is better than the best country in Africa in every good thing.
Now, for those of you thinking of going to Latvia, i'll encourage you to go: know that it is a Schengen country and that their visa or Residence Permit entitles you to travel to every country in the EU (including Switzerland an Norway), but excepting England and Ireland, and a visa for England and Ireland are as easy to get as buying a train ticket when you're applying from Latvia:
Note: The Russian Skin Head Racists in Latvia are extremely dangerous; they are extremely brutal and can attack a lone black man with deadly force if they happened to corner him in an area where there is no nearby rescue. So, it is important to ensure that you're always fit and athletic to enable you run fast for your live whenever you're being chased by those hooligans who are sometimes armed with jackknives
hahaha grin grin grin

Russians na serious case. What they need is the "Italian Nigerians"

why do people always judge issues from one angle only?

1.  You must be a very greedy person before you're dupped
2.  Nigerians are not the most corrupt people in the world. These things started in Europe and America, just that Nigerians are better in whatever you teach them
3.  Where is the moneyour politicians steal and take to EU, USA, etc? What happens to undiscovered funds Ibori and Alamiesiegha looted?
4.  I think its just a game, we are just showing ourselves pepper these days.
5.  They robbed us and still robbing us, boiz are stealing from them and everyone is shouting.
6.  Can someone explain the reason why American Embassy will hundreds of $$ for visas they know for sure that they will not give you. To make maters worse, they will not explain why they denied you visa and still, they will collect your money.
I can go on and on and on like that,
However, I am not celebrating what guys are doing, but let's look at it from another angle.
