SANCTO: My fellow Nlanders, God is the ultimate in terms of getting a good Job. I got my own Job exactly 9 months after my POP. Initially I was worried because among my friends, I was the only one left without Job some months after my POP. It was when I realized that my future is in God's hand and that idleness is sin that I ran back to God while doing a teaching job at one private school at Port Harcourt. With wage bill of 10k per month,out of which i pay monthly rent of 3k and I survived with the rest.

To cut the long story short, the miracle happened on the 23rd of December 2008. When my name appeared on the dailies. This was the beginning of my divine turn around.

I want to use this medium to advise job seekers not to depend on uncles' promises because this nearly ruined my life.

Also challenge God by sowing seed (if you believe) and blessing the poor so that you come out of poverty.

neksummi: If this is how the offer came to you, tell him the condition is such that you're going to do the business under pressure and this will not allow you give your best to the business hence the chance of failure is very high. If he really wants to help you, he should give you a longer period for repayment.

So my advise is, go meet the man and re-negotiate the terms of the loan.

finguy: Your husband strikes me as an intelligent nd focused man. Men like this take time to think, plan then move. Dat way u always hit the target! Av been dere b4, after the capital market crash, I was thrown out of job, took 4mnths to relax while I accessed the entire situation. I had to look at d future of the capital market, sectors dat look more promising, wat I can contribute in those sectors with my qualification and experience. Did some research. Narrowed things down to where I had the strongest advantage, started applying, got called and landed a fantastic job in an FMCG without one connection. All kudos to planning.
And I tell you I was able to achieve this cos I have the most amazing woman by myself supporting and loving, and I alsO enjoyed the time to relax. You won't understand how precious a time like that can be till you have worked in the financial sector where is constant run here and there.
Btw, thumbs up to a banker that can save up 6mil in quite a short time.

I chatted with one of their customer care this evening after I tried to signed up using my paypal account but all I eventually saw was that they don't accept online registration for now even no paypal payment except credit card,check and one kinda payment method

and that I should email them or call them but the customer care agent was still referring me to the same page and I was the one who now told her what she supposed to had known that online registration hadn't been possible & this is not my first time of going to them as I wanted to start using their service some months ago and it was the same story and I email them but no reply and instead,they added me to their mail list and kept on sending to me their sales promotions to buy. shit! !!abi mo ti ra ni eventhough I get millions of dollars in my credit card.

In short,their customer concern rating is zero.....................................

Do you know the most funniest thing,they were now bringing their stupid form for me to show my satisfaction about their customer care service and I submitted the worse evaluation of their service to them.......................

mkakan: The relationship with a list refers to how you treat your list and how they see you.if you help your subscribers by giving first and helping to solve their problems and tell them the truth first they will love and trust you,and buy from you. If you only ask for money or sell stuff your subscriber will have a bad impression of you.

If you had an existing business that's churning out profits for you and you needed more cash to expand it to get more results, his loan could help. But when you're just thinking of starting a new business and the person is demanding that you make enough money to pay back his money in one week, I don't think he's being realistic.

Personally I can't think of any business that can deliver that. I'll be following this thread perhaps someone has such a business.

J12: The money is not in the list, if it were, all spammers will be billionaires. Rather, the money is in the relationship you have with the list. Some people own email lists, but don't know how to monetize (appropriately) their lists. So owning is list doesn't necessary mean you've found a cash cow.

Businesstools: You do not need someone else's business plan.To be successful in business,You need to develop a customized plan.

I bet even a list of 1000 people could change your life. Making an extra $1000 a month might seem like a dream right now… but a list of 1000 can easily translate into that. A list of 2500 or more might replace your day job. A list of 10000 or more can easily put you in the N1m monthly income range, or beyond.

I have seen people who can show proof of source with only 1.2M in account and yet got their TRV even without paying tuition so dont mix things up here. Its not all about money but proof of source and tie to your homeland.
