I understand what you saying. Your Ghana, I schooled there, I lived there, I made business there, I interacted with the locals of different levels .. My stay in Ghana was beyond studies so I know the economy there..
I will give you a scenario, A banker in Nigeria earning salary can live fine in Ghana.. But a banker in Ghana cannot live fine in Nigeria..

An average Nigerian can pay tuition fees(dollars) in a Ghanaian university but an average Ghanaian cannot pay tuition fees in a Nigerian private university. It will take a Ghanaian elite to pay such amount of fees paid in Nigeria..

As an average Nigerian living or studying in Ghana, even the elites Ghanaian friends I have, I saw that my wealth surpasses theirs..

Why did I bring this up? I brought it up to make you understand that Economy plays a role, the value of the currency plays a role..

There is poverty in India, India poverty is more than that of Ghana.. but it will be stupid for me to say that because the level of poverty in India is damn to high, that means the economy is not good.

what happens to seizing liscence, paying a huge fine, impounding cars, or spending a few weeks or month behind bars .. There is a similar scenario which happened in 2010.. Cote d'ivoire is the world largest importer of cocoa but when their war or civil violence came up in 2010, Ghana became the largest producer of cocoa. It is not that Ghana planted or harvested or produced more cocoa but ivorians smuggled their cocoa out into Ghana just to import it..

I understand what you mean but you must note the difference between uniform jobs and non uniform jobs.. all those work sector you mentioned are uniforms type of jobs.. Factory workers have their uniforms, footballers have their uniform.. as a pure water seller, there is no uniform to be worn. I can put on any clothes ..even factory workers can wear suit but they must put their glowing vest and a steel toe shoe on which is mandatory.. I tell you what, it will be wrong for a uniform worker to put on any cloth ..

Finally, God brought a cute man who is based in UK her way, the man is willing to marry her and take her to the states, he has come to see our parents and also took her to see his, they have agreed to tie the nut in December this year.

The guy is currently in Nigeria and has been begging my sister to get pregnant for him, my sister knows for sure he will marry her once she is pregnant but doesn’t want to so that pregnancy doesn’t stop her from meeting other guys pending when he comes to pay her dowry. Sincerely speaking, she wants to settle down with him but her problem is that she doesn’t want to get pregnant and stay alone all by herself pending when the man will take her and the kids to the uk, she wants to take in when she has moved to the uk, but then she is scared she might loose him before then as they are already having misunderstandings been that my sister likes hanging out with friends and going clubbing which doesn’t go well with the guy.
