Africa has its own peculiar problem but I can say this to you that if you want to compare police in ghana and Nigeria, Nigeria is worse.

Ghana police are well organized, Ghana police understands human right than Nigeria police. I have once had an encounter with ghana police, I handled the matter maturedly and in the end they dropped me in my house. During my studies in Ghana, do you know the numbers of times I carried my laptop passing through ghanaian police yet i was not stopped by any.. either going to download movies, or helping friends with some IT related works, or doing assignment, projects etc

Ghana police don't harrass you like how Nigerian police does but I can say to you the reason Ghanaian police act in such bad mannerism is as a result of how Nigerians came in to destroy ghana.

I still have a few as friends, if ghana police gets a tip off about Nigerians into crime, they act as 911 police ; no time wasting..

Like I said, Africa has its own problems but if we are to compare one african country to the other, you will see one is more worse than the others..

We allow foreigners into the country, they are more than welcome but my issue is ; why is it that they continue to exploit us in our own land.
