You don't get it, I'm talking about the false impression, especially "Young girls" who believe that wearing a bra throughout the day and night will help keep the breasts from sagging. On the contrary, an excess of external support allows the pectoral muscles to weaken and actually speeds up the sagging process.

Truth is that wearing a bra encourages sagging by weakening the breast’s supporting tissue. The women that are going braless are having higher lift, nipples in lifted position in a relation to shoulders, than the women that are wearing bras.

Wearing bras actually prevents certain muscles from growing which are holding the breasts up and that is one of the reason for accelerated breast sagging, that's why I listed it among.

ok. U sound intelligent. I have read about this before but my conclusion to it is " too much of everything can have its consequences ".

that thing you call charm ain't no charm. Charm does not work, it is all in the mind.. If you think by putting that traditional beads will enchant me, you need to think twice again.. I have slept or been with ladies with such beads but nothing happened... I got no ties with anybody till this day.

I have seen alot from the so-called African girls with charms but no fears.. I have seen real charms used by women simply because I was visiting but nothing happened..

I have experienced a complete charm by a girl. The charm starts from preparing a meal to make the guy seek more of your meals and have the sexual urge, the other charm is by fragrance which will entrap you into her body smell and the last one is a rough stone used in applying on their pu55sy or it can be a cream.. All this I said to her, as long as it is not food poison but her love charm, I will not be affected and truly, never been affected..

Look smart, things are happening.. Be protected by a God, be smart, when you visit women, be vigilant.. Their supposed charms are with them, funny enough I laugh when I see it cos they are destroying their life not me..

I just received a letter from my boss notifying me that my service will no longer be needed effective November ending.

I teach in a private school here in Lagos.

His reason was the school is trying to cut down cost by laying off degree holders and going for nce, diploma and SSCE holders.

Even though the name pay is meager, I'm not yet ready to resign.
