Buhari has always won in his enclave because he is worshipped there. The test of his popularity will come in 2019 general election , when Police and parties rigging network will be stretched. Note that alot of the populace who voted him in 2015 are not happy with his performance so far, unfortunately is the man to beat as I have not seen any person or political platform on ground to take the presidency away from him. Where are other fresh aspirants and their parties?

Premium times need to up their game to better serve the people especially now that election is just around the corner. Even though we all need to known these characters in our political life but it must be correct information. Basically APC and PDP has no difference either by ideology or personnel. the only difference is in modules operandi. APC is party of cronyism and PDP party of chop I chop. Both party are lawless but APC have taken it to another level. Imagine a party chairman talking like an agbero. Dogara is a gentleman and don't have a problem with anyone, just that his state governor worships the man in Aso rock.

A man whose campaign slogan was RESCUE MISSION and Imolite gave him the support needed, only for him to abandon good governance and accountability and start chasing about party politics just for his hidden ambition of becoming a president. He can only be president of his village union. They say charity begins at home. Instead of him to concentrate in mobilising development in his state and partner his fellow governors in the east irrespective of party line he is busy sowing seed of discord among his people so to be loved by non igbos. Let me see the people that will give him vote in Nigeria without a track record of performance as a state governor. Why is he insistent that he hand picked the next governor, to cover his financial dealing of imo state fund of course. He wants to remain relevant in imo politics till 2023. Keep messing around, 2019 is just around the corner.

Do unto others what you would others do unto you. This a simple biblical instructions which should guide humanity to peace. Tony what? Who is he? These are politicians of fortune. This man has suddenly forgotten so quickly the case of tambuwal and the similar cases in the second Republic. This is the type of people certain younger generation is listening to. Political jobbers who has not for one day contributed something positive to this country other than enjoying the patronage of every government in power. Well he knows his catchment area.

APC is loosing focus if the really have one. Instead of marketing their achievements so far to the electorate they are busy chasing Saraki and making the guy a hero. People have become wiser and will vote objectively in 2019 unlike in 2015 when most votes were to remove Jonathan. APC see PDP as the only challenger no thanks to the lack of activities by other parties and their aspirants.

With the way Osho baba and APC is going about this do or die politics, will APC gracefully accept and relinquish power in the center when when they loose in 2019?

Adam's Oshiomole said they will impeach Saraki,and then stop him from coming back to the Senate if he contests again.

There were no personal attacks in his words,as his statements were pure political statements.

For Saraki to descend so low as to bring a private conversation between himself and Adam's into the public arena, shows how mature he is. What if Adam's Oshiomole had approached you privately for support?people talk to each other privately,and that is where it ends.

Ortom is really trying hard to impress his new friends. Sadly, he's doing it in such a shameless manner. Benue state house of assembly was also on recess when Ortom and his supporters illegally reconvened and impeached the pro APC speaker. If he couldn't allow the APC speaker to continue in Benue, why should the APC government allow a PDP Senate president to remain in office?

The rule of Law and morals should come from the top and permeate to the individual person, that is why the law is there to knock man into order otherwise man is selfish,reckless and lawless. The power to administer governance of the law is with the executive with the help of the judiciary. If government at the top don't lay good example by following and respecing the law, how do you expect the state and local government to do differently? Law always startsay from the center.

Every issue is always different with APC, they are setting the pace now, tomorrow it might be PDP or another party, I Hope they will not make noise about it. It was acceptable when tambuwal decamped to APC and still retained his position, and now with Saraki, Osho baba and his followers won't allow Saraki a breathing space. I am afraid for 2019 election because I don't see APC peacefully accepting defeat like the past immediate past president did. Mark my words.

This country is doomed, so now we can choose what law to comply to or not. I now know your stand on corruption, waiting next for Prof Osinbajo opinion. If this man can say this, what moral stand does he have to castigate those defending in court, the alleged thieving politicians. What I have expected from this man is to dissect this issue on both moral and legal basis and let people pick their stand. I don tire for this country. Agreed something is wrong with virtually all of our online platforms because mobile devices and internet connection are much cheaper and better now, in additional to the our bad educational system, lapses in morality and intelligence. 30k view is much, convert this to vote and you will agree with me. This platform should discuss issues and proffer possible solutions. Most fake news about government also arise from government not being open and accessible for information. Most times those government official are set on reactive mode rather than than proactive. So people will create one to preempt event since no official statements are given.

This man was shouting industries, industries and industries during his campaign in APGA which I watched live on tv. I would like him to give me verifiable statistics of the industries that he has brought to Imo state. A big shame to all the south east governors, has any body wondered why most of the educated and intellectual Igbo youths are outside the eastern states? No job opportunities, no conducive environment for business growth. Most communities result to self help for almost everything yet these charlatans keep getting praised by the masses who should know better.

I don't blame these politicians for rubbing it into our faces. Most of the youth seen there are just there to see if money will be shared out. The best thing the masses can do is to vote out these set of thieves who has no principle or ideology other than that of ' I, me and myself'. But the unfortunate thing is that the lesser known persons interested in the presidency are not even visible for the people to hear what they have to offer and for the people to interrogate them. If they don't mobilize at the grassroots then we are left with golaith Buhari against the other charlatans. That means we'll just return the man for another 4yrs.

I am not surprised with the way Nigeria is been governed. How will this country move forward when we have such persons like Lai Mohammed. Core supporters of this government think and talk same way. When the government came in it was Jonathan to blame, now it is Saraki. When will APC get it right as a party. Now, how has Saraki stopped the Federal government from performing or how has Saraki stopped the state governors from delivering good governance? They are only pained that their sharing plan for the stealing of Nigerian wealth failed due to Saraki taking up that position. They had have wanted to put someone who will stand stooge to Buhari and agree to what ever bill presented to the National Assembly, for example the Emergency Power bill that was rejected by the NA and all discerning Nigerians. APC should learn to accommodate and work with everyone and stop this 'they and we' attitude.

Most Nigerians of this age have not experienced good leadership to know to know what good government means therefore can afford to support this government on account of the previous.
What makes a country work is equity, justice and the rule of law. Once these factors are infringed upon no peace, unity and progress will be achieved. The truth is that majority wanted GEJ out for reason or the other without researching and interrogating the character and ability of the aspirants in 2015. Let us vote wisely in 2019.

All for political survival yet some people will come to this platform to abuse each other. In all this jumping around where has the problems of poor Nigeria has been mentioned. Has the income of the senators changed since Shehu Sanni revelations? Has anybody been punished for wrong doing within and outside the the parties? The youth should think.

The politicians are all the same including the president. All are interested in having access to power and money. In all these equations what is there for the common man, nothing. The people are busy arguing over issues that will not improve their lifestyle. APC is after bringing all the politicians and states under it roof by all means thereby killing opposition and democracy. Even kleptomaniac are forgiven. This is a danger to our democracy. There is nothing wrong for different parties to head different states. It should be a healthy competition just as it was in the first republic.

I will also expect them to re-examine themselves and know why some people see them the way they do.

2. You do kill landowners/farmers and expect a welcome handshake
3. You do not take over peoples land and communities and expect a welcome hand shake.
4. You do not protect the evil ones among you and expect a welcome handshake.
5. You do challenge and disobey state laws and expect a welcome handshake.

Nobody hates or dislike anyone for hating sake, it's actions or inaction that attracts that.
While you exercise your fundamental right to protest, also allow others to do the same without disparage.

It's unfortunate that you don't see issues of our polity beyond APC and PDP. Govt cannot in 4yrs help all farmers. It's a gradual process and I want to believe that with time every category of farmers and the various Cooperatives would be captured.

This post is more beneficial than political posts that would not add any value to the economy.

Agreed but a road map is needed, the only thing we hear now is Rice, rice and rice. Individuals and organisations need to know what plans the government has for these areas of Agric and Agric sector as a whole. What can be done now and in the future. Investors confidence is needed.

In these challenges enumerated, there are items federal government can alleviate and ones the state government can handle. I believe the state government can assist on the issue of transportation and milling, where the state gov can do a statistics of these farmers , seek to partner with farmer cooperatives to finance transport and mini milling facilities across the state.
They can look at different models. The LGA can over see this project on behalf of the state. Dont tell me there are no funds. Where are all the security vote and ecological fund.

I believe the President and subsequent ones have learnt there lesson. Don't ever allow senators to pick their leaders by themself, don't allow neutrality in the Senate else, they frustrate your effort for their personal gain.

What effort?
Has he come to equity with a clean hands or should I say in this case a clean heart?
If he follows the rule of law, through which he came to power and be sincere and humble to all Nigerians, he would have been the best president considering the amount of support he got.
He thought he was still a military leader who could subvert the the law and do whatever he wants. The Senate is there to checkmate the excessiveness of the executive otherwise we may have another Mugabe.
A president who selects which and what court orders to obey,
A president who selects who to punish or not,
A president who keeps quite while people under his protection is been killed in their villages and land taken over.
A president who find it comfortable to go numb when faced with issues of integrity within his government.
This is not how to build a country.

ÀPC is evil and everyone who supports this party is also evil. A party that dwells in selective truth. Must everyone be in this evil party? I thought we are in a democracy. Oshiomole will kill APC.

Our president does believe in the rule of law. Someone who chooses which court judgement to obey or not. His antecedents in the past election losses showed the kind of person he is. If he was Jonathan he would not relinquish power.
