for glo, U NEED TO ACTIVATE THE SIM ITSELF, MERELY HAVING THE SETTINGS WONT DO!!

call customer care or better actvate one of their plans maybe the daily plan for example, when u do that they will activate the sim within an hour, THEN can u talk of configuring the fone. glo is not like mtn in this regard!!
