@Donzman

If you know anything about Sudan, you will know that they are under a stricter sanctions regime than Zimbabwe. The major obstacle to UN action is China which has substantial oil interests in Sudan.

Do you want the US to invade them?
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Challenges Queen Elizabeth And Tony Blair by 4Play(m): 4:24pm On Mar 28, 2007
I hope when you guys are calling for the UK to apologise you remember that our ancestors willingly sold slaves and would have continued to sell slaves. In some cases, they had to be forced to stop.

I believe that the Ghanaian Govt did apologise for slavery.

We as Africans have had the institutions of slavery since time immemorial and probably would still have it,had it not been for colonisation.

Nobody owes us an apology.Any apology is owed to descendants of ex-slaves and we are just as liable to give one as are the former slave importing nations

Rooney ugly? Not as much as Makelele who loooks like evidence that man descended from apes

Shevy looks like a gay man.Drogba's face looks like the Rocky Mountains,he seems to be a permanent victim of chicken pox.

Sean Wright Philips is a dwarf and Robben looks like the oldest 22 year old on the planet.

Chelsea players are just as ugly as the football they play grin

Better follow D-Block's example and decamp from your cesspit of a club.

Gunners are a long way from winning anything significant.

In walked the most handsome man I have ever seen,a fine specimen of a black man.He was 5 11 in height, a bit light skinned, well toned muscles, and had great sexy lips.He was simply stunning.I could have had sex with him right there  but I kept my composure.

I was too stunned to speak. It had been a long time since I had seen him

She decided to continue talking to 4Play on the phone. He seemed a changed man.He sounded realy nice and charming. He was interested in how I was coping with the loss of my mum.He said that he had come to take his sick dad to the UK for an operation.

He was interested in meeting me if I had the time.

I couldn't call because I had no credit.I decided to wait a while. It will give me time to ponder.I thought of the fact that he didn't seem wealthy,he seemed like a nice guy but had no money. When you have no money to credit your phone, your thoughts wander to the need to find a rich man

I remembered the biz card I threw away from 4 Play.4 Play seemed like a nice fella and was rich.He could solve my financial problem.I had been known as an "Aristo Mama" in school and had thought of giving up that lifestyle. But i had financial problems.I needed a wealthy sugar daddy.I decided to call 4 Play

But I had to find the card

Interesting article on pre-nups-http://money.guardian.co.uk/divorce/story/0,,1789149,00.html

A divorce lawyers advice to rich people in the UK is as follows-1. Don't marry. 2. If you do, make sure your other half is as wealthy as you are. 3. Do a pre-nuptial agreement and keep your fingers crossed."

Seun:
Tax collectors will not be happy with that approach.  They will say you are evading tax and lock you up!
Nobody evades taxes as much as the rich. That is why when taxes are cut,you get upsurge in tax revenue from the upper class.

It is normal for them to evade taxes but it is very risky.A man went to jail rather than give his wife half of his wealth. grin

I heard that a significant proportion of the richest women in the UK made their money from divorce settlements
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Abrahamovich's Wife To Bid For Arsenal FC by 4Play(m): 5:57pm On Mar 27, 2007
What rich people do is to hide their assets from their spouses in offshore accounts. So if the marriage crashes, the wife will not be able to prove how much the husband is really worth. grin That is the only hope

As for your kids, forget them. grin
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Abrahamovich's Wife To Bid For Arsenal FC by 4Play(m): 5:50pm On Mar 27, 2007
Abramovich deserved what he got because he cheated on his wife.

Seun:
And that's why prenuptial agreements are a good idea.  (I wonder why Abrahamovich chose not to to have one!)
Pre-nups are as good as useless in the UK.The judges will still award at least a third of your wealth to your ex-wife.

She could have been a housewife while you were working day and night but she still gets a big chunk of your assests.

Your kids too will be as good as  gone
PoliticsRe: Oil Companies Are Not Responsible For Niger Delta Development by 4Play(m): 5:42pm On Mar 27, 2007
@The One

Thanks for your brilliant post. That "oil company is responsible for development fallacy" is bewildering.Since when did the development of an area become the main responsibility of the local companies?

I do believe that there is a cynical element to it,particularly in regard to the Western oil majors.Activist claiming to be battling oil coys like ExxonMobil,Shell.e.t.c. will receive greater attention and financial backing from Western activist groups like Greenpeace.

Imagine if China National Petroleum was our leading oil producer, they were even said to send Chinese troops to the Sudan where they operate to intimidate locals.

Blaming Western oil coys also appeals to our desire to wallow in self pity and blame the West for our problems.Nigeria has received ,at least $300 billion ,in oil revenues over the past and yet the Niger-Delta is nothing to write home about.
