I thought i will be able to see the face (s ) of the shameless guys that don't know what to do with money.

Advice is very simple. Respect your mother's wish and also your her faith at this time.
1st. . Take her to a fertility hospital and see a gyneacologist who will conduct series of fertility test on both of you.
2nd. Your mom can be there while she see things for her self. Collect the results and allow the gyneacologist to counsel all of you.
3rd. Seeing her result will make her believe that she is fertile.
Her following you to the hospital is to prove to her that the sample was collected from her and anyone else.
I rest my case.

She should be taken to hospital. Surgery can help. This baby have hydrocelphalous which comes with intracranial pressure. Neuro surgeon can help this child.

She should lie down by the side with her face by the face
