chinology:You are quite older than me age wise but you cannot believe it because I am highly knowledgeable. However I am your senior in life. |
chuna1985:Asari was just an oil bunkerer and later used MEND to cover up. Tompolo is more of the real deal. However none of them can fight Nigeria. The worst they can do is to burst pipelines and pollute their own land while army bombs and kill their people. At the heat of the war they will run away after millions have lost their lives. Like I wrote earlier war in Ijawland is an advantage to Southwest Nigeria. Ijaws should never allow their land turned into a battle field because of one man's business interest. The world powers ala America, China and Russia will gladly encourage the war to take advantage of the resources and sell weapons for you to kill yourselves. |
chinology:Respect your Senior in life. Though you are 38, you think and act like a 12 year old. I just pity your wife . |
AnamCity:Which means it is not a Government project as many people claimed earlier. It is private sector driven. What about Nnewi and Awka? I still believe it is best Nigerian brands or in this case Anambra brands dominate the mall. The success will help redefine our ways of doing business. |
kingsmecca:The reason is federal politics. Now that we are close to the center expect real work. |
jossyj:I come from probably the richest oilfield in Nigeria. The Orashi region if you are talking about oil. |
Nigeria36:The highest MEND can do is to turn Ijawland into a stage for war and war crimes. No sane person would like such especially with America backing the FG. Foreign powers will help make the war last longer in order to sell more weapons while Ijaws will die in millions. Life as usual will be very Normal in the Southwest and North who will develop more and receive refugees in camps around Delta and Edo. After the war pipelines will be destroyed leaving most of the creeks polluted and the lands uninhabitable. My advice remains "say no to war" or if there must be war do not let your territory be the theater. Take it to the other man's land. |
yang:1st of all I learnt the malls are Government owned unlike the ones built by Shoprite and other foreigners in other States like Imo and Delta. 2ndly I see no difference between Ariaria, Main market and Shopping mall other than condusive shopping environment. Anambra State can lease the spaces to Nigerians of various specialisation. For example instead of KFC we can have Crunchies as one of the fast food outlets in the mall. Mr Price or Max can be "Okey bros" . That way we create our own brands. In fact I believe the future of our trade lies in creating more condusive trading environment and not waiting for Lebanese to take advantage of that space. |
winniz:I am glad you have seen his madness. He has 100 monikers including fake monikers of Abagworo1 and Abagworro which he used to derail Enugu thread and people were abusing me. Chino you cant stop me from expressing my view on any thread be it Anambra or Abia. All my contributions are civil and mostly anti-Jonathan and not anti-Anambra. With time I will be vindicated on my political preference but it makes no sense lying to ourselves about the failure of the last regime which is glaring to our face. No federal highway was completed both in the SE and SS. No Seaport was built or even ecisting ones upgraded, Enugu Airport was not completed, 2nd Niger bridge was not even started. I believed that if Jonathan ruled till 2027 none of these things would still have been done. Barth Nnaji's Aba power investment was frustrated. Let us watch Buhari and see if any of these things I listed is taken care of. Just one and I will be vindicated forever but if not I will classify him same as Jonathan. |
chinology:I am glad you've been tamed. At least since I met you with equal pictures of present state of your own area you have learnt that nobody has monopoly of madness. I have never posted any bad pictures of Anambra except on your provocation. After I agreed with only truth that we should stop posting bad images of anywhere in Igboland you still went on posting bad images and tagging them Imo but I ignored thinking you would act like an adult. I am glad you've been tamed for good. Respect yourself and if truly you are Igbo stop your inflammatory remarks against other Igbos even with your fake monikers. Most of our boundaries are artificial but actions like yours divides us further. That said you are free to criticise Okorocha, Abagworo, Buhari, Ngige or Jonathan but never preach hate or use lies or stereotypes to blackmail your fellow Igbo. That is what I hate. |
FKO81:Its the other way round my friend. You guys show so much hatred against Imo and Okorocha that I do wonder if really we are all Igbos. Nobody from Imo has gone on hate campaign against anyone but I decided to challenge the nonsense once and for all in the interest of Igbos. At least the fight I put up last ended the chapter of posting bad pictures and tagging it Imo all because of jealousy. I opened a thread on a garden street in Owerri but without reason you and others invaded the thread with blackmail pictures. I have challenged you to bring evidence of me hating Anambra but you cannot because I am just. I criticised Peter Obi for the cheque he likes displaying and will still do any day. No sane man can view that as normal. Even your comment on Okorocha depicts jealousy. Is it difficult to support your fellow Igbos national and international influence? I am sure if Peter Obi enjoyed Okorocha's level of national acceptability you would have even added some hype. |
This has made my day. Jonathan lavished an opportunity because he is not a wise and strict leader. I regret the 6 years of waste. |
just some refreshment. Scene from beautiful area in Owerri
|
DaisyII:On rdio Biafra they keep talking about oil as if oil is the reason for the seccessionist movement but I will like them to know that most of us the real oil producing communities are usually shortchanged in the Igbo things. Oguta, Egbema, Ohaji, Asa and Ndoki are the Igbos producing oil. Will you give us 100% resource control or have plans to share it in your proposed capital? |
PatMcAdam:Will Ihedioha be better? Who has even done better to start with? I know you are pained because your brother lost woefully but I can assure you that he cannot win a free and fair election even against a student from Orlu, Owerri or Okigwe. The voting pattern will stay same and he can only win 3 out of 27 LGAs. Dont ask me why. |
Most of those asking for war are people whose lineage have failed to achieve in Nigeria. Most of them have their parents, grandparents and friends from same enclave. They believe that after the war there will be free money for them to grab. |
chinology:You know the blow I dealt you last time pampered your ego and has made you and your cohorts more respectful. Stay on your lane and enjoy your wretched life. |
AustineE1:Port Harcourt refineries are they not in the east? GEJ did nothing for both Ndigbo and South-South. The 2nd Niger bridge will be built by Buhari and the Enugu Airport was granted international status by Yar'Adua. Jonathan started the upgrade but did not achieve 30%. I can tell you that Buhari will complete the remaining 70%. Obasanjo granted Bath Nnaji right to start power plant in Aba which he completed but Jonathan frustrated him from running the plant. In conclusion I wish I never existed in Jonathan's 6 years of waste. I do not see appointment as a favour. Obasanjo appointed Igbos to more impactful positions than Jonathan if that is to be adjudged a favour. |
asha80:I often made mockery of it when he was still Governor. Now he is out and still doing same thing. I believe its his own way of seeking public notice as he naturally lacks the eloquence, charisma and flamboyance he seems to crave for. |
Truckpusher:There was no election in Rivers State. The case of Imo is that there was election and Okorocha won everywhere even with the PDP rigging machinery and Jonathan's federal might. The masses fought for Okorocha while Ihedioha depended on FG to rig through. It is however good to accept whatever the tribunal concludes on Rivers State. The major problem is the people who were killed. |
Teempakguy:Babies usually appear light skin. |
Beremx:The good news is that Okorocha now has no excuse of distraction or federal intimidation. Its time to work. |
Beremx:Maka gini? He chose to always wear green cap. Maybe its fettish |
I doubt if one can sleep in that posture. The camera got him when his eyes blinked. |
Another waste of useful funds by the green capped man. |
The Imo State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has struck out the petition of the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the April 11 governorship poll in Imo State, Chief Emeka Ihedioha, against the election of Governor Rochas Okorocha of the All Progressives Congress.http://www.punchng.com/news/tribunal-dismisses-ihediohas-petition-against-okorocha/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter |
Flooding after heavy rains is normal. I was in this market recently during a light rain and it was not flooded. The last Government did not neglect it as alleged by many liars. I was there last in 2011 but when I visited recently it has changed positively. Most of the pictures being circulated were pre-2011. |
asha80:My interest is mainly on the coal to power project. Those are the angle I expect wise Igbos to route for in Buhari's admin. Let Buhari encourage this man to make use of our coal laying fallow in Enugu to generate much needed power. Jonathan's admin frustrated Barth Nnaji who invested heavily in Aba courtesy of Obasanjo's earlier encouragement in 2005. I will try at my own capacity to bring it to knowledge of responsible Igbos the beautiful idea of Mr Obiyo. |
http://imostateonline.com/economy/1234-ikeduru-born-businessman-set-to-build-abattoir-across-nigeria Decrying the poor meat condition round the country, an Ikeduru, Imo State born businessman,Dr Uzoma Obiyo, may have stepped in to rescue the situation as his Group,Multi-Net, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal Government on the development and operation of Modern International standard abattoirs in the six geo-political zones of the country. Rising from the brief signing ceremony in Abuja recently, the Permanent Secretary,Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr Sonny Echono tasked the Multi-Net Group to deliver healthy, quality fresh meat locally and further generate income and livelihood for the livestock farmers. Speaking to the Press after putting pen to paper,Dr Obiyo said: “My dream and objective for this modern abattoir is to produce healthy and quality fresh and local produced animals, provide income and livelihood for livestock farmers of whom he is intending to work with, towards achieving his dreams, and also to attract young unemployed youths into farming and live-stock production.” He said his company expects a situation where a young person will be proud to say that he or she is a butchery expert and earning good living with it. Obiyo noted that Africa, especially Nigeria, has no excuse to rely on imported meat products. He said: “I believe that Africa and Nigeria should not be relying on imported meat products of which the hygiene and quality are questionable, he wants to develop a meat and livestock process value-chain whereby there will be traceability in our meat products, and also the quality and hygiene will be guaranteed. “ At the moment such facility and process is lacking, so it is of no surprise that most of the large hotels and restaurants in Nigeria, import their meat and livestock products from South Africa, and costing the nation a large chunk of its scarce dollars in capital flight and of cause denying our local farmers their needed in-come.” The Chairman of Multi-Net maintained that he is on a mission and will not stop until Nigeria and Africa is self- sufficient in feeding its populations and providing them with adequate energy for domestic use and industrialisation. He stressed that his company is also concerned about the provision of locally produced petroleum products for local consumption. Obiyo said that issues of local content unsettles him, noting Nigeria has the human and natural resources to drive its economy without a recourse to foreigners. “I believe we have the capacity both in human-resources and natural resources and it is for that reason. I am a passionate supporter and promoter of Local Content in every sector, because I see no reason our best are running out of the country and helping to build other country’s viable economy while we are employing people from those foreign countries, whom their own countries will not employ,” he said. Projecting into the future, the chairman maintained that he is committed to seeing Nigeria dominates the global economy in food export and production. At the moment, Obiyo said that he wants to produce healthy and fresh quality food for Nigeria with zero wastage because everything in the farm and in the abattoir will be utilised. He regretted seeing a lot of wastes in the food, agricultural and livestock chain. He revealed that he has also got a viable and implementable plan to go into fisheries and fish processing and storage. Obiyo called on the Federal Government, the citizenry, especially other entrepreneurs to emulate the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to support the local industries. On his own, he said he is ready to collaborate with Federal and State governments and agencies to make foods and livestock, healthy, hygienic and affordable by all. He sought the concerted efforts of all Nigerians and the President for a serious and sincere fight for locally produced food in the country. Obiyo recalled that Multi-Net Group Limited had early this year signed an MoU with the Federal Ministry of Power for the development of the coal fields in Enugu. The MoU, said the chairman, is for the generation 500mega- watts (mw) in the first instant and in the long-term increase the generation to 1,000mw. He revealed that after the pact with the Ministry of Power, he has flagged-off the studies necessary for the implementation of its project -”Using coal to Light Up Nigeria.” The chairman noted that unlike many who just sign MOU and do nothing with it, he “ is a restless, creative, energetic and innovator who is resolute and convinced that we have all it takes to produce enough power for domestic and industrial use but also for export.” Since signing the MOU, Obiyo noted that he has commenced and nearly completed all the necessary studies needed to commence the next stage of making his project “Using Coal to Light Up Nigeria” a reality. He however explained that “the only delay now in bringing my dream to reality is the Coal licence of which I am hoping that, with the intervention of the Federal Ministry of Power and all the necessary agencies that I will move fast with his very detailed and time-lined road–map on generating 500mw of electricity from coal.” Commenting on his enterprise, he said MULTI-NET GROUP LIMITED is wholly owned and an indigenous Nigerian company, of whom he is the Chairman. He described himself as an established and successful entrepreneur in the Telecom Industry. Continuing, the chaiman said he “is a man with a good nose for business opportunities that sometimes people are becoming to imagine me as the Warren Buffet of our own but they can see me by-passing the success of Warren Buffet, so the only comparison between us is our noses in smelling out business opportunities even when others do not see it. “For Dr. Obiyo, any difficulty I encounter in the process everyday life and business becomes another business potential, because I do not believe in moaning or passing bucks but I believe that Nigerians and Africans should solve all our infrastructure problems.” |
