I believe what was indicated on the pack is 3 tabs twice daily. But I started with two tabs twice daily and after about two weeks I started taking 3tabs in the morning and 2tabs in the evening.

If you are conversant with the history of the Nigerian civil war, you will know that what you wrote is not entirely the truth. If the Igbos did not resist the invading armies, the number might well have been up to ten million.
Moreover, the FG government has a lot of help from the foreigners. If it had been Hausa/North versus the SE, may be history would have been written differently.

My dear, the civil war was and is still an emotional issue for people to deal with. If you go through all my post in this forum(I have never blamed anyone, no matter your tribe when it comes to the war).

The arguement could be for or against, any of the tribes. For instance the "emotional" igbos believe that if Awolowo has declared Oduduwa republic at the same time Biafra was being declared, then the North(FG) will back off. Because in millitary strategy you can't fight war on two fronts.
Now the "emotional" Yorubas are saying that Pa Awo's Semantics was.... if the Igbos were allowed to seceed, then the Yorubas would not have a choice but to also leave.

It all boils down to.. the war has been fought and lost or won.... which way forwrd?

As a millitary officer if you carry out a coup or attempt to carry out a coup or associate with those planning a coup... most often than not the penalty is Death.
So banjo was killed because of what he did or was about to do(how truthful this coup story is, is debatable).

Men from your tribe carried out a partial coup (killing of people from other ethnic groups). A counter coup was carried out six months later. After it seems that calm will return(as promised by different leaders at the time), the same ethnic group(NORTH) went ahead with a Genocide, killing women and children in their thousands.

A call was made for everyone to go back to his region, the East gave a safe passage to their Northern counterparts(even allowing the Northern soldiers to go back with their weapons), but the same gesture was not reciprocated.

As the millitary Governor of the eastern region, will the op sit down in the comfort of his office and allow the attrocities agains his people to continue?

Ojukwu was faced with an almost impossible situation... sit back and watch his people be sluttered or Call for a secession ? A secession is not really a call for war. So when the Federal forces decided to force the Igbo's back into the Union, without really addressing the fundamental issue of Safety for Lives and Property, did the op imagine that Ojukwu will in all good conscience allow his people to be "wiped off"?

I started using Cellod-s after I came across this thread (Thanks to NL). I believe the awareness is still very low. I went to the website got the numbers of those that distribute in my state, but can you imagine that their quotas have already EXPIRED. I went back to the website called the director and he was quite helpful. I stay in Aba, but I have to call a friend who stays in Enugu to buy the drug for me. In the next two weeks, I should be finishing the one I have. Though I have ordered another one.
I can testify that these few weeks I have seen some changes.

Why the long epistle... I don't know how we (SS patients) can mobilze and create awareness for this drug. There are so many sufferers of SCD out there who are ignorant of this drug and they still depend on folic acid and pain releivers. I have been thinking of going to schools to deliver speeches, but am just waiting for one thing... Settling down and having a kid.
why? Because I have had a lot of rubbish and open discrimination towards SS patients. And by His Grace I have surmounted all these, except "Marriage and Kid(s).
