LOL I laugh in Chinese . He would never ever try himself to sue that girl, do u think he likes being tagged a rapist ? If he had a choice of going to court my dear , he would take it but he just can’t . and even if he does go to court , he would still do jail time. There is no two ways about that. Except ofcourse being the fact this is nigeria, bribe his way through.
You are mixing two different things and I really wish you would educate yourself on the judicial system. Court of public opinion is different from legal court, you've highlighted a case based on sentiments but failed to look at it from the eyes of the law. What would he be convicted of? A testimony and a tweet? Testimony has already been squashed becuase her witness said IT NEVER HAPPENED! Tweet alone will not get him convicted, so why would he bother with suing her? Abi you think this is the first time a celebrity would be accused of rape? The burden of proof is on the accuser not the defendant, so once again why would he sue her? A court case of any kind will just bring unecessary publicity, the damage is already done in the court of public opinion and no court case can fix that!

lol ask them very well, if promoting a crime in Nigeria , isn’t a crime. Do u know how many people would hv seen that tweet and went ahead to rape someone? Do u know what is called without reasonable doubt . Let him sue the young lady na . That tweet and the girl’s testimony can send him to jail .

He’s lawyers would hv told him already , what exactly was he’s motive for posting such ? If he isn’t one ? Explain that for me .
When he tweeted those tweets, we had no law governing hate speech or social media, now we do! If you want to prosecute someone for what was said in 2012, you're on a long thing! He does not need to sue anyone, suing her would bring more attention, in fact the smart thing to do is not to sue, let it die a natural death! The tweet and the girl's testimony can cause an arrest but a half baked lawyer can have the case tossed out without even sweating!

lol very soon u would know the implications of writing nonsense on social media with ur personal page , there is no judge that will toss out any peruzzi case ,, infact I expect him to be used as a scapegoat by now .. if he’s unfortunate to get into a court room , he would go to jail . If he feels confident enough I expect him to sue the young lady , but can he? Nah. Cause no judge will let him go , without punishment. He’s promoting a crime as an adult which is already a crime , then with a witness of that young lady being raped by him . No judge will pardon him . He must definitely do jail time .

If not that Nigeria is a failed country, peruzzi is supposed to be a scapegoat
Uttering nonsense is not a crime, it is insensitive and ill adviced but no court can convict you based on that alone! You want to accuse someone of rape better bring more than just a Tweet, remove emotions from your defense and focus solely on how the law works, if you do this you'll know that no uudge in his or her right mind can convict based on Tweets alone! I have 2 judges, 4 lawyers in my family so let's not confuse sentiments with actual LAW!

Have you spoken to voters and heard from them?
He was even flogged by almost 2 million popular votes. He only won through the electoral college.

Everyone, even Republicans know he is a scammer, rascist, pathetic liar, sex predator, rapist, failure, self centered, egoistic, selfish, and ungodly tyrant.

Just give me a reason why you support him.
Yet he sits at the Oval office, have you spoken to voters? Because all the polls are still revealing that Trump is strong with his base which means unless something changes between now and November, he's going to lose the popular vote but win the electoral college again and retain his presidency.

LMAO....If the justice system worked based on tweets then we are all heading to jail. An competent lawyer would squash such a case with both eyes closed. LEt me paint a picture for you, a man in the North was caught red handed raping a young girl, the case was presented to court, the evidence was overwhelming but the man provided receipt of buying her things such as jewelries, clothes etc, the man presented eveidence that her friends and at least one family member was aware of the relationship. Not impossible . . . considering the number of stories I have heard over the years, I have always suspected Nigeria low-key has a huge rape culture, but some of the stories I've heard in the past few days are down-right ridiculous. Its rape-apologists like you that keep making excuses for these people till we started thinking its ok to rape in a church. Continue, tomorrow when Nigeria overtakes India as the rape capital of the world, you would come out to curse Buhari / Jonathan etc.

If an 18 year old boy makes jokes about raping 11 year old girls, do we simply excuse him for being childish, cos that is pretty much your logic summed up.

Again, We have all been young at a point, please tell me of a single damn time habitually making rape jokes in public has EVER been acceptable . . . I would wait. 23 whether you accept or not is a full-fledged adult, forget this story of a majority of 23s still being housed and fed - a lot of 28s are also in a similar situation, so since they cant provide for themselves, they are free to joke about or threaten rape. As a matter of fact, my working theory has always been you are fully formed at 24 - whatever your character is at that age, it is highly unlikely to change.
First of all, you must have fallen and hit your head when you were a child, if not then you need to go back and read again what I wrote, he made some bad tweets but nothing so far has proven that he's a rapist, I never absolved him of anything, if any accuser has a credible case let her get legal justice. It is people like you that give false accusers hope and belief! Age has nothing to do with maturity and surprisingly a lot of Nigerians joke about murder, suicide, harrassment and assault. Ordinary civil discussion on Nairaland and next thing you'll hear is I'll hunt you down and end you angry.

Let's use your example, an 18 year old makes a joke about raping an 11 year old, do you hand him over to the authorities or do you caution him severly and warn him never to make such jokes again? Have we gone mad as a society that we don't need to wait for the legal system but carry out justice on our own? If we dug up some old tweets and post of many people on social media, we would see jokes about all sorts of vices. You call him a rapist because he joked about it online? Twitter of all places where all sorts of shits are said? What then should we say about our musicians who brag about drug use, marathon sex etc? Enlighten yourself and don't come at me with such bullshit rhetoric!

This is not only a rubbish idea but a silly one also. Did countries like USA, UK, Canada, France etc declare it as a national emergency. When did the word national emergency become so trivial? More people die in Nigeria from mosquitos, was a national emergency declared? More people died of bad roads, was a ntional emergency declared? More people died of hunger, yet no national emergency!

Let's stop this foolery, why must Africa always be the scapegoat, more women are raped in India, why is Amnesty not calling for national emergency over there?

Bro what do you mean depending on the rate of damage? Rape is rape and should have equal ramifications, i mean is not like the men will say their trousers fell down and the privates became erect and they mistakenly fell into a lady. Rape perpetrators should experience strict laws as a deterrent to others not to ever think about rape talk more of do it.
Even in advanced countries average jail time for rape is less than 7 years but rape that leads to death or lifetime health issues should be more severe. Getting raped by someone with HIV should be a death penalty and so on.

I'm sorry Man, but what you just typed makes no sense; we have all been young at a point, and I don't recall when joking about rape has ever been cool. FYI, Peruzzi was 23 when he twitted this nonsense. At 23, a lot of people I know (including myself) had jobs and some had even moved out to get their own apartments, so please don't even try to make him sound like a misguided teenager. Unless you are a rapist or supporter of rape, how can any sane person write these things? The dates clearly show he wrote these things on several different occasions. And the energy with which he writes these things . . . nah, this Guy is clearly a serial-rapist.
Check through nairaland and visit some profiles, go and read their comments from 2, 3 or even 5 years ago and you'll be surprised at how evolution works. People have joked about God, joked about suicide, joked about witchcraft etc, is it really farfetched that rape is joked about also? At 23 most Nigerians are still being fed, most Nigerians don't have a job, most are still very immature. The tweets were very bad and as bad as they seem, it proves nothing! It only shows his poor character and if we judge only based on that then 70% of all Nairalanders are socio/psychopaths!

We probably want same for our race but going about it differently. It's unfortunate that you have a vague idea of black race problem. Look at black Americans and black South Africans, these 2 groups suffered from slavery and systematic oppression from the white people. This is the reason why other races see opportunities in America but black Americans could not see them. The same thing is happening in South Africa, other Africans go to South Africa and see opportunities but black South Africans can't see the opportunities. So don't you think there's a similarity between the black Americans and black Africans. The Africans on the other hand suffered from colonization which is responsible their inferiority complex. That's why they can't see opportunities in their continent but Chinese, Indians and Arabs can see the opportunities. Nigerians are the most educated ethnic groups in U.S but they are still one of the poorest immigrants in U.S. But other immigrants with little or no education control the economy of America. Africa is the richest continent in minerals resources still they are the most backward and poorest in the world. Why is this? 90 to 95% of Nigerians will die here in U.S without contributing any meaningful development to Nigeria. Nigerians expect white people to come and help develop their country. How can you said you are not giving up on the black Americans after you called them lazy and ignorant. I just don't want you to look down on the other blacks because you have been able to pull yourself up with your own bootstrap. Remember success in America is temporary, especially if you're a Nigerian. Black race are suffering from the effects of slavery, colonization and religion.
Do you have brothers and/or sisters? Then you know that most times when they criticize you or when you criticize them it is not out of hate but out of love. How do you improve if everyone pats you on the back and praise mediocrity? You said Nigerians represents one of the poorest ethnic groups in America....That's a damn lie! The average Nigerian in the USA earns over $40,000 per year, this is twice above the poverty level, comparing it to latinos, Cubans, Haitians and Jamaicans in the USA, Nigerians are still ahead. The average income for black Americans in the USA is even less so this is not even about Nigerians in the USA but the black race as a whole.

I don't know how eloquently I can put this, SLAVERY IS OVER, IT ENDED OVER 150 YEARS AGO! It took a while but after 1980 blacks had as much opportunities to change their lives as 70% of the white population. Let's look at the great Depression that decimated the entire country, majority of the whites after the depression had lost their wealth, status. Yes inequality still existed but that was the beginning of a more balanced equation. By the 1970s and 1980s, blacks had 70% of their rights back. The Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964, segragation ended and we started having black graduates, scientists, judges and so on. Blacks started dominating sports, music industry and more. By the 1990s, a black foreigner could come into the USA and become a land/homeowner in less than 3 years, why wouldn't our black Americans be able to do the same? By the 1990s, afffirmative action was in place, which means blacks were given prefential treatment even when they didn't qualify for a position or school. By the 2000s, we had more white people living in poverty than blacks and by the 2010s, Obama already became president.

I'm not arguing with you that slavery and what happened after affected the mentality of blacks in America but at what point do we stop the victim's mentality paralyzing our existence? At what point, do we take responsibility for our action/inaction? Success is never temporary, a winner is always a winner, even when he/she falls, the winning mentality ensures that he/she gets back up & win again!

My parents came to the USA with nothing, they did jobs such as floor cleaner, maid, car washer etc, my dad pushed himself all the way to work for national intelligence, mom pushed herself to become a distinguished dietician. They faced oppression, they faced systematic injustice but they never stopped, they didn't crawl into a hole and say they can't win, they rose above their limitations. We can all rise above our limitations, many black people do this everyday, the real INJUSTICE is giving up!

2. I never blamed anyone for the trials and tribulations of my ancestors and certainly not for any failures and successes of my own because I am successful, I realize that is hard for you to swallow.

3. It is foolish for you to put in your warped mind that I blame Trump for blacks lives not being important in this country. Blacks lives has never been important in this country, even before Your ancestors sold the first African into slavery to the US in 1619.

Are there blacks in America who's wealth in comparison to you would make you look like a pauper? There are over 40 million black Americans in this country, why do the millions of successful black Americans get overlooked and the focus is always on the less fortunate?
Once again, you're the one bringing this up, I never compared my life or lives of those in africa to black Americans. I just simply stated if I could do it so can many other people, blaming what happened to your great great great grandparents for your inability to succeed in life is a FAILURE'S MENTALITY! Please you get it wrong, these people you mentioned in your write up, the Asians, Italians and Irish have never been enslaved in America or their fore fathers so you see, two have different experience in life. When the slavery was abolished, blacks were never given land or any resources to start their lives. But America gave Europeans land and other resources to jump start lives in U.S. The slavery and systematic oppression of black people is responsible to the position they find themselves today. The atrocities committed by the white people have done irriparable damage to the sychic of black Americans and that's why they are incapable of taking advantage of such things like education, and other resources that you and i take for granted. So my dear, racism do exist in America even the well to do black do suffer from it. Obama go back to Africa, you remember.
At what point does self affliction or self sabotage play a role in the satus of black Americans? Are you saying those in the 1940s and 1980s should be compared to those in the 2000s? America remains one of the most liberal countries in the world, are you saying the system is unfair to blacks to the point that the average African American is doomed never to make it regardless of the right or wrong decisions they make? I mean if we were to go on the principle that they were not given lands and blah blah blah, why then do Africans find it easy to come into the country and make something out of themselves? It's all part of the victim's mentality game, mindset is everything my friend, I refuse to give up on my fellow black Americans, our problem as a whole has always been inability to seek knowledge. We hate to read, a wise man once said if you want to hide something from black people put it inside a book....lol.

You are the one who bitch and whine. I'm throwing back at you the same bullshit that you throw at black Americans. Black Americans are supposed to be able to do this and do that in a white devil's land but what you require black Americans to do isn't being done on your own CONTiNENT. It's not about what YOU can do as an individual it's what ALL of you should be doing. Just like you don't recognize black Americans as individuals but as a group I will see Africans through the same lense.

The Africans sold blacks to these white devils, so my question to you is*What is AFRICA doing for her people in the diaspora to correct the HELL she bestowed upon them?* Until Africa right her wrongs she will continue to reap what she has sown.
I'm not going to differentiate between black Americans and africans because we are all the same black race. You're the one making that distinction! Anyone that argues with you that Africans are better than black Americans is foolish, the point remains the black race as a whole is lagging behind and blaming Trump is not going to solve anything. Self worth and self reliance goes a long way, I work with and manage a team comprising of white and black Americans so I know what I'm talking about.

Once again, you are spewing trash, still looking for whom or what to blame? History is history damnit, rise above it! Which brings us back to my initial point, blaming Trump or whites or even Africa for your woes is still victim's mentality, I prefer another approach, self accountability! I'm responsible for my own choices and to do my part to uplift the black race however I am not responsible for the actions of every black person!

Hey hey hey, did I hit a raw nerve? why the causing? I got you rattled? GOOD!

Well I only have one Masters which is an MBA and I don't have any appetite for a PHD. Travelling and making money seems to satisfy me for now.

I'm really not in the mood for any long response to your diatribes. All I can say is that NO ONE is saying that all White folks are bad and all blacks are good. I have worked in at least 3 top Fortune 500 companies, lived in America for most of my life hence I have seen it all. I have had good and racist Whites, I have also had good and bad anti African Blacks. Back in the 80s , African Americans used to accuse us Africans of getting special privileges from Whites because we are sucking to the White man. Not understanding that we came to America with a different attitude and mindset to make it at any cost, hence we are willing and ready to work under conditions that an African American will not tolerate or put up with.
There are good Cops and there are bad cops. Most Cops are god but they all get tainted when they try to justify the actions of the bad ones among them. That's where the anger is coming from. You are bias anyway because you have Cops in your family hence your world view on the topic is a bit tainted and clouded.
We are talking about Police actions that even Trump agrees is bad and you are talking about situations where a Police officer will be justified to use force. Pls stop mixing up the 2. The people protesting all over the world are not dumb dumb, they are educated, they have eyes and can see for themselves the acts of these bad cops on video.
You are simply diluting the discussion in order to justify your narrow shallow views, it's much more than what keep referring to.
There are bad Cops and those Cops are protected by other Cops/Police Unions etc when they maltreat suspects period. Everything else is just that -EXCUSES.

BYE.
There are bad cops, bad doctors, bad teachers, bad office workers, bad politicians etc. I suggest you talk with your fellow protesters and perhaps conduct a statistical survey you'll see that what protesters are protesting differes greatly from one group to another, some are protesting police brutality, some are protesting racism as a whole, some are protesting against America itself while others are protesting against Trump. I do agree with you the issue is broader than most people truly know but when anyone that counters such protest is seen as an enemy of the black people or a Trump supporter then you lose all objectivity in the discussion, you can't have a racial/police reform discussion when both sides automatically dismisses or berates eachother. America did not get this way under Trump alone, we had 8 years of a black president and can someone explain how come he couldn't implement proper police reforms and uplift the black community?

The answer is simple, not even a black president was ready for the amount of work, energy, blood, sweat and tears required for true change in America, politicians cans ay whatever they likem, only those of us living in black communities can know the true extent of these issues. So Trump supporter or not, I've learned to listen to both sides before making my own decisions and I implore you to do the same, otherwise there's no use in even dreaming or hoping that black lives matter!

You see how you just proved by yourself that you are really an AVERAGE BLOKE?

The incident you posted from CNN about protesters trying to break down barriers happened on May 31st. The incident where PEACEFUL PROTESTERS WERE REMOVED SO THAT TRUMP CAN VISIT A CHURCH HAPPENED ON JUNE 1. Read and comprehend before rushing to post.
Here's another link

So you are telling the world that it's ok for the President to encourage Police officers to bang the heads of suspect while making arrests? What a joke.
BTW, Police brutality does not only mean killings, it involves all unnecessary force used by Police in the line of duty.

This is part of what Trump said about making arrest, pls explain to us how this is any officer defending him or her self when the suspect is already handcuffed and in police car.

“Like when you guys put somebody in the car, and you’re protecting their head, you know, the way you put your hand over” their head, he said, putting his hand above his head for emphasis. “I said, ‘You can take the hand away, O.K.?’”

I don't know who's feeding you all these wrong information - no one is protesting an officer defending him or her self, we are talking about Police putting their keen on the Neck of a suspect that's already in handcuff, Police officers shooting an unarmed man running away from the Police, officers invading someone's home while they are watching TV and shooting them in the comfort of their own home. I don't know which Police academy you went to, but none of them train officers to shoot anyone running away, shooting putting their knee on the neck of an handcuffed suspect and other act acts that people are protesting for.

I beg, tell the world how this officer was justified to put his KNEE on the NECK of a suspect that is HANDCUFFED ON THE GROUND.

Pls Mr sharlock, explain for us which police academy teaches officers to shoot unarmed men.

I told you previously, stop watching too much FOX TRASH.

I did American Constitution up to GRADUATE LEVEL so I know what the constitution says and it says you have the right to free speech which has been interpreted by the Supreme Court to include but not limited to burning the US flag, refusing to stand up for the Anthem, the right to take a knee or sit down during the anthem.

My son and others in the US MILITARY are fighting to make sure that every American have the RIGHTS that are enshrined in the US CONSTITUTION.

You're full of shit and just mixing apples with oranges. Nowhere have I ever justified what the police did, NOWHERE! My argument stems simply from putting all officers in one basket and claiming all cases of police shooting unarmed people were unjustified. A suspect running away from police officer can and will be shot if deemed fit by the officer that the person is a danger to the public or him or herself. I hate when people with no knowledge of police training claim to be some sort of knowitall when you don't know shit! Here's a supreme court ruling statement on theis issue specifically the Garner case of 85:

The justices ruled 6-3 that shooting fleeing suspects who are not an imminent threat violates the person’s constitutional rights. They said officers can use lethal force to stop a fleeing felon only if they have reasonable grounds to think the suspect is a danger to police or bystanders. And they added that officers should, if possible, shout out a warning before firing.
Moving on, you were the one that claimed protesters in front of the white house were peaceful, I cited a source that said otherwise and you refute it by saying it was a different date, whether May 31st or June 1st, the Secret Service saw credible threats to raise an alert, protesters that came on May 31st can you say none of them were present on June 1st? For the officers that got minor injuries, do you feel sympathy for them or if one of them had died would you be saying the rubbish you're saying now? I don't know if you've ever had an encounter with Secret Service before but I have, even when the president or another important political detail is visiting, movement is restricted, when you protest in front of a secured location, you are asking for trouble and when there's precedence of people throwing stuff, trying to overpower security then you simply don't call that PEACEFUL!

Once again I never defended the police officers, simply stating not all issues are black and white like you zealots like to portray! Yes the 1st Ammendment protects right to protest, free speech and so on but it does not protect you from all consequences. You lose the protection once you become a danger, either real or perceived! You have a son in the military and read the Constitution as part of your graduate studies and that makes you an expert on the Constitution and police training? PLEAAAAAASE!

I hold 3 masters, I'm 3/4th way through my Ph.D and have 2 cops, 3 military veterans and a judge in my family but I'm no expert either, I will not discount all your points totally because you made some good ones but let's not pretend all cases of police shooting unarmed people were racially motivated or unjustified. It's one thing to claim police need better training, it's another to say they are out to get all black people!

FirstbornWds:
You should be the one reprimanded for typing as an illiterate. Need I remind you that there's a constitutional act that specifically warns against perjury and melts it out as an offense.

And for goodness sake, you can accuse a public servant of inappropriate spending of allotted budget for a service if you're not satisfied and allow the other person to prove their innocence. They are there to serve and as such, answerable to whatever the public throws at them. The same cannot be said for an individual whose sole aim is to drag down.
The question becomes how do you prove malicious intent? There's a reason false rape accusers are almost never prosecuted, the burden of proof is too great and the damage has already been done. E.g. An accuser can prove she was in your house and that you gave her a drink. Whether or not you raped her, the court of public opinion will crucify you if she makes the allegation. The court can exonerate you if there's no other proof but for you to sue her, you'll need extraordinary evidence.

By your rant I can tell that you have been brainwashed by FUAX entertainment beyond repair. I really don't have time to respond to each of your diatribe. You said Trump never justify police brutality? Really, he even encouraged it. Here's a link from 2017-

https://www.bostonglobe.com/news/nation/2017/07/28/trump-tells-police-not-worry-about-injuring-suspects-during-arrests/bV0nqtjZbVphyKfxf5pZ3L/story.html

BTW kid, the US constitution guarantee freedom of Speech and the SC has ruled many times that even burning the flag is protected by that the Constitution -

In 1990, Congress passed the Flag Protection Act to outlaw knowingly burning or otherwise defacing the American flag. The Supreme Court shot down that law as well, holding that it violated the First Amendment. There have been other attempts by Congress to legislate flag burning, but none have passed.

The protesters that were gassed in front of the WH were PEACEFUL, do some research before spewing FOX garbage.

Wall Street Journal is a conservative Republican publication

The same first amendment says you cannot force anyone to stand up for the anthem. My son is in the US Army, I know what it's all about.

The US constitution never says that you must stand up for any anthem, go and read before spewing TRAMP TRASH.
I bet you are one of the Nigerian religious fanatics supporting Trump simply because he claims he's Christian. What a joke you guys are, brainwashed sheep. The good thing is that you sheep are not enough to affect the outcome of the election. We are going to vote the dotard lying SOB OUT come NOV 3rd. Take that to the bank.
Again I'm telling you Trump as an American citizen can say whatever he wants, the First Ammendment also applies to him. Was what he said distasteful, YES! But is it his right to say it, HELL YEA! The article you provided never mentioned he told police to kill protesters, your son might be in the army but you know nothing about police training! When confronted with force, an officer has the right to protect his or herself. This was what Trump meant don't even try to spin it as saying go out and kill all protesters!

Whether you vote trump out or not is none of my business, I voted for Obama twice and also voted for Trump, if Biden presents me with a strong alternative, I'll vote for him too. Unlike you who thinks everyone that supports Trump is automatically a Foxnews supporter, I hate both Foxnews and CNN with a passion, both media houses lacks objectivity and have been known to mislead Americans.

With that said, I'm going to use your own tactics against you, you said the protest in front of the WH was peaceful, here's a CNN article excerpt:

The decision to physically move the President came as protesters confronted Secret Service officers outside the White House for hours on Friday -- shouting, throwing water bottles and other objects at the line of officers, and attempting to break through the metal barriers.
At times, the crowd would remove the metal barriers and begin pushing up against the officers and their riot shields. The Secret Service continually replaced the barriers throughout the night as protesters wrestled them away.

Realize I'm more than just your average bloke that take things from one side only and gets outraged, I look for the truth from both sides and try to make my own decisions.

Did you see any past President justify police brutality by calling NFL players "Son's of Bitches" for protesting police brutality? Oh pls tell me which other American President has ever encouraged the police to employ little more force when arresting suspects? Oh also, which other President has ever threatened to shoot protesters? Which other president has ever told the police to use force on peaceful protest outside of the WH so that he can walk to a church and hold a Bible that he doesn't even know jack about? Pls don't ask questions to which you will not like the answers. This is by far the WORST RACE RIOT IN AMERICA SINCE THE CIVIL RIGHTS ERA. You are clueless as to the reality of things. BYE.
Trump never justified police brutality, Trump called NFL players out for not standing up for the American flag, you can protest police brutality without appearing unpatriotic! Stop watching CNN and do your own research, peaceful protesters? Peaceful protesters building smoke bombs, throwing stones and other things to the point that the Secret Service had to put the president in a bunker? Those peaceful protesters ;looting shops, injuring the police? My friend's father had his shop looted as well and guess what, HE IS A BLACK MAN! Peaceful protesters my ass!

I got your point.

I'm an American and have been one for most of my life.
The US is taking a lot of heat partly because it is the same US that tries to be the World Police by telling every other country how to rule and govern their people when in reality they don't practice what they preach. The average African America knows that they have it good in America, but that's not to excuse the fact that a White Police officer can kill a black person and nothing is done about it. Not only is nothing done about it, they actually try to justify it in most instances, even by racist fools like Trump.

Let me try and explain the pain in the Black community again - it's not that Police in other countries such as Nigeria and others do not kill people, it is the fact that when it happens in the US, the govt and the White community will justify it even in the worst of cases on VIDEO where any normal human being knows that the Police is wrong. That's what's fueling the riot.

Trump was calling Black NFL players "sons of Bitches" for protesting by kneeling down before games about this same issue couple of years ago. An NFL player, Colin Kaepernick remains out of the league today simply because he lead the protest against Police brutality. Trump made sure that he was never signed by any team till today.
Yet the same US govt will want to tell China, Nigeria and others how to treat their own citizens. You shouldn't be throwing stones if you live in a glass house.

Cheers!
Aren't you mixing Apples with Oranges? Failing to stand up for the American Anthem and burning the US flag can be seen as unpatriotic, 200 years ago it was treason! You claimed Trump is behind Kaepernick's failures but he is not, we have over 20 NFL owners, they each make their own decisions. You give Trump too much credit, the Dallas Cowboys owner hates him, thereare at least 5 other team owners that hates him, why didn't any of them sign Kaep?

Now on the issue of police bruatlity, do you know more unarmed white poeple in the USA are killed every year than blacks? Do you know how many police officers are killed during a routine traffic stop, serving a warrant etc? The Minnesota's case is very glaring and I doubt anyone can argue against arresting those officers but there have been some cases that were not so glaring. Police was called that someone was waving a gun around, police arrived and the person pointed the gun at the officer, in that situation according to police training, you shoot first and ask questions later. These officers are dealing with life and death situations of course we are going to have mistakes, of course there are going to be racially motivated officers who are evil but let's not get things confused, better police training is one thing, complete racism within the police force is another.

If police have been told to kill blacks, how come we have over 15% of the force in the USA identify as blacks?
