And for your info, the law doesn't recognize boyfriend or girlfriend relationship. The only union the law recognizes is that of a marital institution or any union that was formalized in court! So even if they were in a relationship, it still doesn't exonerate her from potential criminal charges of obtaining by false pretense.

All the guy has to prove is the fact that they had an agreement to meet each other and he sent her the money to facilitate her coming to see him and she breached that agreement by not showing up when she was expected to. These are very easy to prove... from chats, bank transfers etc.

Theory is different from practical. If the court reasoned the way you do then many scorned lovers would have sued their ex for false promises or breach of agreement. Either way I think you need to understand the difference between a criminal case and a civil one, if the chats shows that they are in a relationship, no criminal court would entertain such a case.

Holy communion is not only synonymous with Christianity, in fact it predates Christianity as a ritual (Sharing of wine and bread or similar to celebrate or mark something of significance), the Romans and the Greeks had holy communions as well including the ancient Aztecs and Mayans. So for you to sit here and twist the words of a man simply trying to make a point into a crusade against Christianity is simply comical!

Your other point about beads is also laughable, there's no difference between a rosary and a tasbih, same concept just different design/mechanics, so I fail to see how you can use it to insult Islam without insulting Christianity as well. If Islam was as prolific as Christianity in terms of grammar there would be plenty of Islamic figures of speech, Christianity is a victim of its own universality. For example there's no way you can use Arabic to make a figure of speech that would resonate with the world unless you translate it to English and once that is done it becomes less Islamic and more pedestrian, you see say wahala no dey finish
