CrimeRe: Malaysia Based Nigerians Swindle More Than $11 Million From American Women. by Abel202: 4:07pm On Jul 09, 2014
My people,
Its like ethnicity has so blinded many of you that you even fail to comprehend what is written here.
The whole article is based on assumption and insinuations that it is the Nigerian students based in Malaysia that are scamming the love-hungry western women, but does their facts prove them right?
1. The western women said (& believed) they were dating "American men".
2. The said women hadly ever met the "American men".
3. Even the woman that visited Malaysia was further scammed by a "White Lady" porporting to be the lawyer of the "American man".
4. The US officials said the Malaysians lacked the capability to track and prove that these acts were actualy being perpetrated by Nigerian students. Although at diffeerent points they have raided and arrested a few Nigerian students for one reason or the other.

QUESTION IS:
How did the Writer of the article became THE ONE THAT SEES AND KNOWS ALL THINGS, to determine and accertain without any equivocation that the said crime was being committed by Nigerians.
Since the victims never said their predators were Nigerians, and the Malaysian authorities never affirmed categorically that the perpetrators were Nigerians either. Even the US affirmed that the Malaysian authorities lacked the capacity to actualy investigate and prosecute the criminals; SO HOW DID THE WRITER OF THIS ARTICLE CAME ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE SCAMMERS ARE ALL OR MOSTLY NIGERIANS?
HOW? Oh I forgot, America knows all things, abi?

Useless write up being digested by unquestioning people.

Truth is that We Nigerians are the smartest people on earth and I have no freaking apologies for that.
Some Nigerian haters can go ahead to paint us as black as they like, it will not stop us from being the great people we are. It will not stop their women from loving us. It will not stop intelligent people all over the globe from doing business with us.
Whether you love us or hate us, I dont give a damn. Continue to malign us at your own peril. Anuofias!!!
FamilyRe: If A Strange Woman And A Child Appears In Your Matrimonial Home by Abel202: 9:26pm On Jul 01, 2014
My people,
This is something I have been secretly hoping should happen to me any time.
I mean, if I knew what I know now, I would have gotten married many years before I did and had kids much older than the lovely ones I have now. Or I would have had some sef before getting married (I abhored this idea before, but now I don't). So if mother luck shines on me and some woman turns up with a 10 year+ old kid that is actualy mine. Chai I will kill goat or even Nama to wellcome the kid. Ofcourse am a happily married man, so accepting the kid doesnt translate to accepting the mum as a second wife. No, not at all. Of course the kid will live with me henceforth. My wife will surely understand (it will be in her interest to understand). Because she knows I love a large family but she is not ready to give more than 4 kids (as a modern lady,o di nma), and am not ready to marry another wife. So if an old affair suddenly yields a grown up kid I will shout HALLELUYAH for real. I love kids. So am ready to have as many as I can "comfortably take very good care of".
PoliticsRe: Governor T.A Orji Building A Solid Foundation Upon Which Abia Will Stand by Abel202: 3:59pm On Jun 30, 2014
My People,

I only have one prayer for the anu ofia(s) saying that the worst governor in Africa - T.a.orji is doing great in Abia state.
MAY GOD GOVERN YOUR FAMILIES THE WAY T.A. ORJI IS GOVERNING ABIA STATE AND ABA.

If you realy believe in the disgusting trash you came here to vomit, please say AMEN to this my prayer.

Shameless goats.

Every state arround Abia, be it Rivers, Imo or Akwa Ibom are making giant strides and leaving us far far behind.
And a shameless son of a goat collects money from the nkpi governor and comes to this public forum to try to paint the nkpi white.

The incompetent nkpi called governor has sent Abia back to the stone ages. And someone who has sold his soul to the devil has the audacity to come here and insult our sensibilities.
SportsRe: Super Eagles: The Insult Is Beyond Belief by Abel202: 8:31pm On Jun 28, 2014
My people,
My hobby is listening to news.
And just as most of us have observed, the western world has no single respect for Africans.
But the snake-like aspect is that they go to a great length to hide anything positive from Africa - but they go to an astronomical length to show the negativities.
As far as this FIFA world cup is concerned. Beating France on Monday is a task the Super Eagles MUST ACCOMPLISH.
Because the best way to shut up your critics, shut up the people that never see anything good in you, is to SUCCEED IN THEIR FACE. Then they will be forced to report your success whether they like it or not.
For the first time, Africa has two countries in the knock out stage, that is certainly an improvement. Asia has no representative at this stage whatsoever.
Believe me, NIGERIA SHALL DEFINITELY WIN FRANCE ON MONDAY.
And once that is accomplished, the Final would be our destination.
Some people might be forced to jump into the atlantic ocean or drink poison because of the Incredible Success the Super Eagles shall bring back to Africa.
All those hype about Messy this Messy that, was it not two goals that he scored in that our martch against them? Was it not in the same game that our villain turned hero - Musa also scored 2 goals?
Wahala no deh, Just as the Super Eagles overwhelmed the critics by lifting the Afcon, so shall they give heart attack to some western bigots by Bringing the world Cup home - YES I SAID IT, BRINGING THE WORLD CUP HOME FOR THE PRESIDENT OF THE MOST POPULOUS BLACK NATION ON EARTH TO DRINK WATER WITH IT.
PoliticsRe: Sanusi Erases Scheduled Leave, Dares Jonathan by Abel202: 12:27pm On Jan 10, 2014
pro01: Thank you very much. People who say the President and Commander-in-Chief does not have the power to remove the CBN governor are either clueless or mischievous. In countries like Nigeria, and much of the developing world (even in places like Russia), there are a million and one ways to by-pass the 'academic' measures put in place to preserve the supposed independence of institutions like the CBN or EFCC. It all boils bown to the temperament and will of the individual in power.

Chronic amnesia would not allow some nitwits remember how Yar'Adua methodically got rid of Nuhu Ribadu and ran him out of town when he was becoming too big for his britches. What does the so-called law say about removing the EFCC Chairman, and how does it differ from removing a CBN Governor? I believe Yar'Adua (never mind OBJ sef) would have easily gotten rid of Sanusi by now if he were president.

Some of us that are ardent admirers and supporters of Goodluck Jonathan are frustrated by his gentleness, equanimity, and tolerant disposition. Then again, this is why he is regarded as the most democratic leader we have had yet.
You are on point. You just said it as I would have said it. The problem with this Nairaland is that people seem to have been boxed into some corners - either you are a "complete supporter" of GEJ or you "oppose everything" GEJ. Well I refuse to fit into that box. I will Lavish him with praise when he does something I applaud, and criticise him when I don't appreciate what he is doing.
GEJ is a good person and is doing his best in many areas for this country. But there are also many areas that I get frustrated with him.
GEJ simply hasn't got balls. That is why any one insults him at will and gets away with it. Its not a matter of being very democratic, its a character deffect. A president of a developing nation like Nigeria should be tough like Putin or OBJ and yet be good like Jonathan.
Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is a great CBN governor. That is the truth. But he is not loyal to this president. That unfortunately is also the truth. In public service COMPETENCE & LOYALTY to your president are very IMPORTANT. This has been a well known fact for a very long time. If Jonathan realy knows his onions, he would have found a way to run Sanusi out of office like Yaradua did to Ribadu and nothing happened.
But the good thing about having balls and showing who is the OGA AT THE TOP is that it wins you loyalty without even raising a finger. Simply because of the FEAR FACTOR or should I call it deterrance. Because then people already know how you can rough-handle them when they become disloyal to you, so they wount dare, thereby saving you the opportunity of having to realy rough-handle them and look bad in public opinion. Jonathan from day one showed his weakness, thats why Tambuwal and co went against the PDP zoning formular in the house of Reps and Jonathan did nothing. Today that "doing nothing" is hunting him.
GEJ is not fighting corruption simply because he hasn't got balls. That's too bad. Too too bad. Even the fight against terrorism, if he had shown leadership early enough it probably wouldnt have reached the level it has reached (But well he is realy doing well in that area presently).
As it stands now, everyone already knows GEJ's strengths and weaknesses. So I suggest he should just leave Sanusi alone to complete his tenure and quit in June. He should just be "put in check". This year is dicy, no need to play into the hands of his opponents. After all, these are purportedly still "Rumores".
PoliticsRe: Kwankwaso Declares President Jonathan Incompetent by Abel202: 5:29pm On Jan 09, 2014

Last time I checked, I found out the following:
Nigeria's Vice president -- From the North
Nigeria's Senate president -- From the North
Nigeria's Speaker of House of Reps -- From the North
Chief Justice of the Federation -- From the North
CBN Governor -- From the North
PDP Chairman --- From the North
INEC Chairman -- From the same North etc

UPON ALL THIS, THE NORTH IS NOT SATISFIED. WHY? BECAUSE THEY WANT THE PRESIDENTS SIT. Which they had occupied for close to 40 years. Haba !!! The most annoying fact is that those years the North ruled over Nigeria were Nigeria's darkest years. Yet a yeye almajiri product like Kwankwaso still opens his useless mouth to spew rubish.

SORRY DUDES- THE SIT IS NOT VACANT TILL 2019
AND MIND YOU, SINCE YOU DO NOT APPRECIATE ALL THESE - FROM 2015 MANY OF THESE POSTS WILL COME BACK TO THE SOUTH FOR APPROPRIATE BALANCING.

But One thing I don't understand is why "some brothers" do not seem to "mind" that the North occupies all these posts which are actualy all in the line of succession to the president of the republic should something happen to Jonathan. But "these people" seem far far too preoccupied with whatever post that comes to any Igbo man no matter how inconsequential, WHY?
PoliticsRe: The Top 3 APC Presidential Candidates To Watch Out For! - CramJones exclusive! by Abel202: 5:06pm On Jan 09, 2014
My people,
If these are the top 3 people APC can field, then Jonathan need not worry a bit as he is already confirmed for the sit till 2019.
The OP rightly mentioned that those are Northern candidates. So they are not targeting to get the votes of all Nigerians, but only Northern votes. So I say goodluck to them. Until such a time when only Northern votes, or only Southern votes will get someone elected as Nigeria's president, these 3 people stand no chance in displacing GEJ come 2015.

How I wish the APC were a serious party that realy wants to give the PDP a run for their money. Then they would field someone like Fashola for president. How I wish Nigeria were a serious country where competence is valued. Then APC would certainly field a Fashola and let me see a sane Nigerian that will not know that the guy is competent no matter where he comes from.

But since the APC is only hell bent on returning power to the core islamic North who have actualy been the cancer of this nation, then the APC will certainly fail. Let them go ahead and field Buhari+Kwankwaoso+Tambuwala = Failure -------- GEJ till 2019 !!!

Today am laughing in Chinese language hio hio hio hio!!

To all those people wishing to bring down this great performing aviation minister - Shame on you !!!

To Fanny Kayode FFK who wrote rubbish yesterday against this great lady and the Igbo people - ANUOFIA See who is laughing now !!!!

Mrs Stella Oduah - Please carry on the great work you are doing in the aviation sector, God is with you. We are proud of your achievements, as we are also proud of the chievements of the Minister of agriculture, that of Finance, that of Sports, etc

No weapon fashioned against this aviation Minister shall prosper.

My people,
While I do not approve certificate forgery, corruption or nepotism, I think you all should calm your nerves down till Stella Oduah comes out to rubish this latest nonsense from Sahara Reporters and the useless lots like Femi Fani Kayode or whatever his name is.

We all know the people that want this woman out of that office. This is just their latest attempt to gun at her. But as she has dodged all their bullets before, so she shall also not get even a tiny wound from this one.

Stella Oduah is the best Aviation Minister this country has had for a very very long time. One wonders why it is this greatly performing woman that gets all the attacks? As if we don't know anyway.

Well, I just want to tell you all to relax. FFK just finished masturbating with the pretty picture of this lady, and decided to spew rubish as usual, insulting the great ndi Igbo along the line. I am not surprised because he has a mental challenge. Until someone takes FFK to the psychiatric hospital where he should stay and be taking his drugs, he will keep on being a disgrace to his family, his people, and the entire humanity at large.

Before someone accuses me of taking sides, let me be very clear. YES AM TAKING SIDES WITH STELLA ODUAH AND I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE WANNA THINK ABOUT IT.

JUST WAIT TO HEAR FROM THIS GREAT AVIATION MINISTER SOON. I deh laugh!!!!!!!

Christianity EtcRe: Malawi President Joyce Banda In Tb Joshua's Church Now... by Abel202: 10:37am On Dec 30, 2013
dinggle: Why relocate the church? why not expand and provide befitting roads all over Ikotun, security and 24 hrs electricity. Nothing prevents the govt of Lagos state from Establishing their own hotel at Ikotun or empowering citizens to build standard affordable hotels. Yes I concur to govt turning Ikotun to a religious Mecca for tourism. Ikotun Egbe requires a flyover bridge. It is only in Nigeria people think about uprooting landmarks, as dangerous as Israel is no one has advocated relocation of their religious tourism site or even mecca during its peak, no one has suggest that it be relocated to the deep desert. Mind you the Saudis have the money to rebuild mecca from the desert. Instead of polishing Ikotun you are advocating relocation of a landmark church. Mind you no other city in Nigeria has the kind of popularity Ikotun has outside the shores of Nigeria, Where Nigeria failed Ikotun can help rebrand Nigeria.
My dear, I think I buy your suggestion. My earlier post that you quoted was also a suggestion. It is by no means a must do. All I just wanted to say is that we have a great brand in T.B.Joshua/the Synagogue Church. And that it's high time the Lagos state/Nigerian government realise this and map out a strategy to reap maximum benefit from this great brand.
If there is room for expansion in that Ikotun Egbe axis and building of flyovers and better facilities etc, that would be more ideal than relocation.
Christianity EtcRe: Malawi President Joyce Banda In Tb Joshua's Church Now... by Abel202: 5:36pm On Dec 29, 2013
peterphd: Are you saying the U.S government would spend tax payers money on religious business? You think we should spend our national funds on TB Joshua to "build him a city" huh?Even if our lawmakers are stupid, they're not stupid enough to do so. Stop trying to join the church and government. The government isn't for Christians alone.
My dear let me home you in on how economics, politics and religion mix here:
Israel for example reaps a huge chunk of their revenue from religious tourism. People coming to visit all those sites and places written in the bible spend money on hotels, airfairs, transportation and a host of other things. Mind you most Isreali citizens are not Christians, they practice Judaism. But the christian sites are bringing the government and people of Isreal great revenue, the economy is booming and the people are happy. Saudi Arabia is also reaping immensely on religious tourism. Egypt is also reaping immensely on that, including Turkey and many other countries.
Now, If you ask immigration officials at Murtala Muhammed Airport Lagos, they will inform you that a larger percentage of foreigners who visit Lagos and Nigeria are heading to the Synagogue Church of All Nations. People of all categories including sitting and former heads of states, top politicians, great musicians, footballers, artists, ordinary people etc visit this church on a regular bases.
Hotels and attisans in that Ikotun Egbe Axis where the church is situated are already having a swell time in business. Including transport companies etc. But that axis is not the best part of Lagos, so there is not much space for expansion.
If the Lagos state government for example relocates them to a more spacious environment, where more hotels, and a lot of facilities can be built, I tell you Nigerians, the Lagos state government and the Nigerian government will reap much more benefits from this.
Of course these hotels pay taxes, the transport companies pay taxes, the restaurants pay taxes. Employment opportunities are created as a chain reaction and crime is reduced invariably. I could go on and on. The positive multiplier effect on the economy is just too great for any reasonable government to ignore

Prophet T.B.Joshua is God's wonderful gift to Nigeria and the world at large.
Wise, Smart and intelligent people have long realised this and they do not joke with this great prophet of our time.
Thousands of People come from every part of the globe to visit the Synagogue Church of All Nations on a regular bases. Even more Millions of people tune in to Emmanuel TV to have the presence of God through the man of God in their lives.
However inconsequencial people who have no experience in life and do not even understand what life is all about sit here on Nairaland and have the audacity to condemn this annointed man of God. May God forgive you people for your ignorance.
If this great man of God was an American, I guess the American government would have built a city for him because the number of people who visit this country en route to the Synagogue is almost like pilgrimage already.
I hope the Lagos/Nigerian government including the Nigerian people realises what wonderful gift God has given us in the name of this hugely blessed but very humble man of God called T.B.Joshua.

Na wao,
This is the kind of news I have been secretly hoping to hear someday. I would wellcome such news with so much joy. I still can't imagine how I managed not to have fathered a child or 2 before getting married inspite of all my dribbling with ladies. Although at that time I went to a long extent to prevent such a scenario, but now that I am married and I so much love my kids, I wish I started having them earlier.
So if anyone has my kids out there, biko inform me right away.
I will come and take full charge immediately.
Of course a DNA test must have to be done first.
Wifey must try to understand because she realises that I love kids. I would wanna have many, but since small family is the fashionable thing and wifey likes that style, any addition from the past will be more than a wellcome development.

T.A.Orji is the worst governor in Nigeria in 2013. He has been the worst since he became governor from EFCC cell. If not for the stupid nature of Nigerian politics, he should be going back to prison immediately he finishes his tenure in 2015. PoliticsRe: Which State Governor Deserves The Award For Best Performing Governor In 2013 by Abel202: 10:25am On Dec 27, 2013
The best Governor of 2013 and any time is Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom state.

The worst and most ridiculous governor in Nigeria in 2013 and since 2007 is T.A.Orji of Abia state.

While it is true that Aba and Abia has the potential of becoming a great economic hub of Nigeria and West Africa, T.A.Orji like his predecesor OUK has messed up the whole place. This man is a disaster and calamity to Abia state.

Those few people here trying to sing for T.A.Orji, I have only one prayer for them - May their households be treated by the Almighty the way T.A.Orji has treated Aba and Abia. If they believe in what they are posting here, let them say AMEN to this my prayer.
FamilyRe: Did Your Marriage Start With "Will You Marry Me" Or "Oga, I Don Miss My Period"? by Abel202: 12:43pm On Dec 11, 2013
Very funny post indeed.
Mine was exactly "Honey I went to the hospital and the Dr confirmed am 3 months gone".
Before I got this news, she made sure I was out of the country on a trip that would take me a minimum of 3 months before coming back. So when I replied "pls honey, you know I love you and we have plans to settle down, but I have some projects at hand. Let me complete it as we planned then we get married. So inform the Dr to abort it".
Her reply was, "I can not do that again, I vowed to God that I will never do that again if it entered again". I was like - "but you should have informed me when you made such a serious vow".
Well fast forward it, 4 months later I was married. 2 months later we got our first baby.
Now 7 years later am the happiest married man on earth with three lovely kids.
Now I wish my wifey had even been more assertive even 3 or more years earlier than that.
Problem is that most Nigerian guys fear marriage. We want to get all the money, build some house, put everything in order before getting married. If our girls don't hep us with the push, we might keep postponing marriage till 40 years and above.
Although I still miss the fact that I never got the opportunity to ask " Will you marry me", I am very happy that I was slightly pushed into the marriage earlier than I would have done if left alone. Because after the marriage, the projects still got completed and the kids are growing and giving me so much joy. But bottom line is that the lady in question was the love of my life and I had already concluded I would marry her but only when I was ready.

Please can someone help me out here.
As long as I can remember, I've been having this dream - Am a very eloquent person although I could tag myself an introvert. Whenever I speak people tend to listen as most people percieve me as wise and intelligent. In the said dream - I always find myself trying to voice out something, but the words will not come out. The words will freeze in my throat. I will be striving very hard to voice out, but sometimes the words will be coming out like hissing sound, making it close to impossible for someone to hear me. This sort of thing has happened to me repeatedly in the dream once in a while over a long period of time, that I seem not to panick anymore in the dream when it happens. I seem to have accepted that in the dream world when it happens, but I keep making strennous effort to at least hiss out some coherent words that could be heared.
I have never understood the meaning of this dream as am not in anyway dumb nor slow in talking in real world.
Could someone please help me out here.

I feel for Mr Chime and his wife. I have always respected Mr Chime for the way he is competently governing Enugu state. I disliked the way and manner his health issues were mismanaged by him and his collaborators. He sure has learnt a lot from that scenario. That is why he has done what he has done now. I remove my hat for him. Now Sahara Reporters can go and find something better to do.
It's now quite obvious that Mrs Chime has a mental challenge. When faced with such a health issue any responsible family will handle things the way Mr Chime and his family/his in-laws family has handled this issue. Of course her movement should be restricted for her own good and that of her family. She is not in control of her senses any more so anyone urging that she should be given freedom of movement should only pray that his wife, sister or mother should not find themselves in such a position. As long as Mr Chime is giving her the best of medication, I think it's better she keeps staying in government house under the conditions that her doctors has prescribed which the family members have accepted.
I wouldn't know how Mr Chime and his family came about such illnesses. But I can only pray to God to be with them throughout their trying times.
Mental illness is one of the worst thing that can happen to anyone or his loved ones. Please let us not play politics with something like this. May God help us all.

This woman has done nothing. Infact I make bold to repeat myself that this woman is one of the best thing to have happened to this country for a very long time. So no amount of media war or intimidation will get her out of that office.

PoliticsRe: Sanusi Cannot Survive In Nigerian Politics by Abel202: 10:24am On Nov 05, 2013
My people, Let's be reasonable here. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is one of the best Central Bank Governors we've had. Charles Soludo was also a great CBN Governor. Lamido Sanusi has won the best central bank governor for Africa on several occassions. It is not for nothing that he keeps winning it. Sanusi is one of the finest brains that has come out from the North & Nigeria. He more than merits his post as Central Bank governor and no reasonable person can say otherwise.
If he says he doesn't wanna join politics, I think I understand him. Just look at what is happening to Charles Soludo then you will understand Sanusi perfectlly well that being a good Central Banker does not equal to being a good politician. Also look at what happened to Dora Akunyili in spite of her great strides in NAFDAC, yet she lost the Senatorial sit to a smart politian in the mold of Ngige. The Nigerian political terrain is way too rough for a competent and refined individual, this is quite unfortunate.
The only problem I have with Sanusi is that he is a loud mouth and he is rather the arrogant type. But his competency is not in doubt. And boy he is very eloquent. I wish him good luck in his future endeavours.
FoodRe: Is It Wrong For My Wife To Compliment My Cooking? by Abel202: 6:54pm On Nov 01, 2013
Mr Good Chef, Let me jolt you a bit. The truth is that your wife is only 'tolerating' your habit of cooking for her to eat. I have read your post well and your further comments, and I can tell you that your wife prefers you to play the traditional male role while she plays her traditional female role. So while you are beating your chest that you are a good cook, and will only complement her "when the food is tasty", she is inwardly annoyed that you can't just be like other husbands who shy away from the kitchen and allow their wives to do the cooking, while the husbands do the "complementing".
Christianity EtcRe: TB Joshua - An East-African President Will Be Kidnapped By Terrorists by Abel202: 6:08pm On Nov 01, 2013
TB Joshua Ministries
ATTENTION:
This is an official message from Prophet T.B. Joshua and The SCOAN. There are distorted rumors spreading on the internet concerning T.B. Joshua’s prophecy this past Sunday. Rumors are saying that the man of God said that an East African country will soon be kidnapped by terrorists and that a night club would be blown up. Do not listen to the father of lies. These are not the words used by the prophet. Prophet T.B. Joshua specifically asked journalists not to misquote his prophecy.

He said that he saw a leader being captured. The prophet instructed the people of God to fast and pray on Wednesday and Thursday. He said Wednesday and Thursday had nothing to do with what was going to happen, but the people of God should fast and pray on those days. He also told the congregation that he will stay in an attitude of prayer for the country concerned, so that God might subdue this coming evil to a mere sign.

He said that the country concerned is not Kenya, but a country close to it. He mentioned that it is the same country in which a similar event took place while they were drinking and dancing. He will continue to pray for them, but he will not mention their names unless God instructs him to do so. This is because many would begin to spread rumors and false allegations against himself, the leader, and the country rather than pray for them. He said if prayer and security are not in place, the blood of thousands will be wasted. Let us all stay in an attitude of faith and prayer, in Jesus’ name.
CrimeRe: Enugu, Crime Capital Of Nigeria – Survey by Abel202: 11:41am On Oct 22, 2013
Thank you my brother for this exposé.
Enugu is by far one of the safest city in Nigeria.
Anyone trying to bend the truth to suit himself is on a suicide mission.
Imagine PremiumTimes trying to make us believe that the Boko Haram infested North East is now safer than South East, TUFIAKWA wonders shall never end in this country !!!!!!!

passion007: This is quite an 'interesting' study.
I encourage everyone to take a look at the original results of the report, not the summary given by Premium Times (You'll find the PDF at the Source link), if for nothing else, to disprove the notion that if you wanna hide something from a black man, put it in a book.
The original, unadulterated results are revealing, and I must say kudos to the researchers.
Let me post the findings here:

To begin with, Crime is a spectrum, from phone theft, to physical assault, to kidnapping, to murder.

Fear of Crime(National Average: 72%, ENUGU: 83%)
OGUN (94%) ONDO (94%) GOMBE (93%) YOBE (91%) ANAMBRA (90%)

Actual Experience of Crime:

SE:43%, SW:35%, NE:35%, SS:26%, NC:19%, NW: 19%

Attempted Murder (National:5%, SE:2%)
NE:8%, SS:7%, NW:7%, SW:6%, NC:3%, SE:2%

Armed Violence other than Robbery (National: 4%, SE:1%)
NE:11%, SS-9%, NC-3%, NW-3%, Lagos-2%, SW-1%, SE-1%

My Conclusion:
I have taken the stress of posting these findings as they appear in the original study.
If I have learnt anything from this thread, it's that the campaign of calumny against SouthEasterners is far from imagined. I dont know the guys at Premium Times, and don"t want to speculate what their intents are, but they should certainly be taken seriously.
Igbos need to find out the guys at Premium Times ASAP, those guys are out to destroy you by peddling lies, and distorting research findings to align with their lies .
After all, based on the research findings:

SW is the Kidnap Capital of Nigeria

Besides, a few months ago, we had this report:

PoliticsRe: Orji Stops Okorocha’s Birthday Reception In Abia by Abel202: 11:43am On Oct 12, 2013
My People, let's call a spade a spade and not working implement.
Rochas Okorocha is a Nigerian and he is free to host his birthday reception in any state of the fedration as long as he has not violated any law.
T.A.Orji has no right nor reason to stop Rochas Okorocha from coming to the said event at Aba.
Even if Rochas actualy wants to come to Abia state to talk about APC affairs, he has the right to do so as enshrined in our constitution.
If T.A.Orji is a democrat he should allow freedom of association and movement.
Like someone rightfuly opined here, T.A.Orji is a disaster for Abia state. He is the worst thing to have happened to Aba and Abia since the civil war. Although I don't realy like APC but if APC could give us a governor that will clean up the huge mess of T.A.Orji and make Aba to claim back its rightful position in Nigeria as the Japan and China of Africa, then I will vote for APC with my hands and feets.
From the high Thief turned Billionaire investor Orji Uzor Kalu to the most clueless corrupt governonr presently T.A.Orji, Abia has had it so bad. So so bad. All Abia needs is a governor in the mould of Akpabio, Fashiola or Okorocha. We don't care whether he is from PDP, APC or whatever party.
So slowpoke T.A.Orji should stop toying with Abia's future. We allowed OUK to hand over to TAO and we are experiencing the disaster of governance that is in Abia state, so if it will take Rochas Okorocha and APC to stop TAO from handing over to another crook and thief, Abians have no problem with that. That will not stop us from still voting for Jonathan in the presidential election.

Failure and Corrupt Fanny Kayode is not qualified to talk when achievers like Stella Oduah are talking.
The same Aviation Ministry this Mentally challenged former minister headed with absolutely nothing to show for it except stealing most of the funds under his care, is what Stella Oduah has transformed into one of the best performing Ministry under Jonathan's administration.
Every sane human being in Nigeria "that has eyes and can see" can attest to the transformation Stella Oduah has brought to our Airports and the whole aviation sector. Stella Oduah is one of the best, if not, the best aviation Minister Nigeria has ever had.
Irresponsible Miscreants like Fany Kayode should not be allowed to distract this performing woman.
Well I don't blame him. Mental illness is a challenge which can be surmounted when your loved ones take you to the psychiatric hospital for proper diagnoses and medication. Until that is done on Fanny Kayode, he can keep swapping the pictures of Bianca Ojukwu to Stella Oduah while doing his m.asturbations and hallucinations.
If Jonathan could be abit more serious with fighting corruption, this guy should be cooling his corrupt brain in maximum security prison instead of trying to distract serious minded people all the time.
A so-called man who is always picking fight with women, beautiful ones at that, chai is this man not cursed?

PoliticsRe: Nigeria's Middle-Class Increases By 28 percent!! by Abel202: 6:45pm On Sep 26, 2013
Pastor Kun: The sky is the starting point, once our Power problem is sorted(which is very imminent) and we stop wasting billions of dollars to import fuel (thanx to dangote smiley ) Nigeria would witness a major economic leap forward. Surely better days ahead.
My dear, thanks for this post.
Nigeria's future is looking realy bright and smart people should position themselves to take advantage of this. The power sector reform is going very well and soon Nigeria will start generating and distributing power in a quantum leap. This alone will REVOLUTIONISE the Nigerian economie.
Then the Dangote Refinery; if it works out as planned and comes into operation by 2016 then Nigeria will be unstoppable as our great potentials shall be unleashed.
The Rail revamping is already being vigorously pursued.
I see real LIGHT at the end of the Tunnel.
Although its hard to sell this dream to some visionless unemployed folk looking for garri to drink, but if you are wise and smart you shall realise that Nigeria is soon presenting a golden opportunity for great exploits.

olala32: get out u re very very silly i m sure u have d same brain like GEJ... U never secure ur country finish and u wan go help another........and beside ur coun3 is among the terorist list...........norm brain..........

amakenny: Only pray that El Shabab does not hear this joke from Nigeria. They might make you scamper to safety with your Big African Brother stance. Or do you not know why El Shabab attacked and did that despicable thing in Nairobi?

The reason why El shabab attacked Kenya is because the Kenyan government sent troops to fight elshabab in Somalia resulting in a great improvement in the security situation in Somalia since the US abandoned it and that country turned to a terrorists paradise. Due to the Kenya troops presence amongst other African Union/United Nations troops El shabab has been dislodged from most of the cities they held as strongholds and they are on the run. Somalia is breathing a new lease of life due to this Kenyan help as investments and life is returning to Somalia after several years of hellfire.
From the uninformed view point you would say that Kenya just went to Somalia to fetch ant infested firewood and that they are now reaping lizards in Nairobi as a result. But fact is that Kenya knew exactly what they were doing when they entered into Somalia to dislodge Elshabab. They also knew that this kind of attack could happen at one point in time. However the overall benefit of denying elshabab/Alkaida or other terrorists a safe heaven in Somalia far outways the occassional terrorist attacks such as this.
Fact is that the prolonged madness in Somalia pushed a lot of Somalian refugees into Kenya with lots and lots of attendant consequencies which time will not permit me to enumerate (Kenya is not a rich nation to start with).
Fact is also that terrorist attacked the American Embassy in Kenya and Tanzania years before Kenya sent their troops into Somalia.
So the bottom line is that no reasonable nation will sit down and allow terrorists to build a terrorist safe heaven in your backyard. If you do not do anything and face the expected backlash (as Kenya has reasonably done) then you will reap baskets of destruction in unquantifiable and uncontrolable level in future.
Any terrorist heaven is a threat to civilized human beings anywhere in the world. That is why France (in spite of their present economic problems) sent troops to stop the terrorist takeover of Mali. That is the same reason why as Big Brothers of Africa we are, we shall always do what we can to flex our muscles because Africa is our sphere of influence. If not for the mismanagement of the economie and the wantom looting by several past rulers of Nigeria, we would have had the leverage to be flexing even more muscles than we are doing presently. We are not afraid of Boko Haram, El Shabab, Al kaida or any terrorist group. Nigeria is the giant of Africa and that is what we shall remain. I love being a big brother with so many responsibilities.
FamilyRe: Are Men Obsessed With 'Plenty Of Fish In The Sea' Idea? by Abel202: 5:00pm On Sep 23, 2013
Quite crafty and intelligent post I must say. Don't know why I also find it funny though..

dayokanu: I tend to agree that there are more eligible women than men. Maybe this is where the assertion comes from

e.g if 10 boys and 10 girls were born

--------------------------------------------------------
On the men side

1 might have died in hustle e.g trekking to Europe, car racing, Peddling drugs, Oil bunkering and other high risk stuff men engage in

1 might have died in war or street violence

1 might be in jail.

1 might be GAYY

1 might think he needs to acquire the whole world before he marries since he doesnt have a biological clock

1 might just be an eternal playboy who think he is Gods gift to ALL women

1 might just be a bum who wouldnt work or get an education and just laze around which many women dont find attractive

Leaving the pool of eligible men with just 3 guys
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On the female side

-Women dont die as much because they naturally avoid high risk ventures.
-Dont go to war and dont do gangsterism,
-They dont go to jail as much,
-The notion of the biological clock puts a time pressure on them
-The society frowns at "Playgirls" as against playboys
-Most cultures dont expect much economic power from the woman so even a woman without 1 Naira sees herself as eligible unlike a man who might not be economically eligible even with 5million in his account

Therefore we might still have 7-8 eligible women

So ratio 3:7

1 2 3 4 5 6 (of 6 pages)
