That's true though, in this jet age, companies recruit via the Internet and by hand if to handle a few people, how can federal government handle CVs of over 500000 people by hand, that's a sign fair play won't dictate and for a thing the federal law I doubt allows that. Even immigration was publicised on newspaper, how much more this, it would be well publicised on newspaper as this is what buhari hinge is success on, hence can't be done without the needed publicity on newspaper as people even PDP would see something to get on. For the past five years, I have received a lot of CVs from people that want me to rewrite them. If you look @ some of the CVs, you won't be patient enough to read them for 7 secs. So, there are people that still need this message.

Lastly, putting marital status and date of birth is not that advisable especially DOB. Some people have lost job opportunities because of this. You can not generalize your experience. If an employer preferred a candidate that is single and you put married on your CV, there are possibilities that your cv may not scale through. The same thing is applicable if your age on the cv is identified to be above the employer's preferrence.

However, there is no specific format for writing cv but there are some certain things you must not put on your cv for the sake of filling the whole pages. Before you include things like age, marital status e.t.c, you must ensure that they are recommended by the prospective employer.

Well personally, these things are inescapable, they would still know all these,one can't hide it for long If it matters, if being married won't get a man the job, no matter how he does it by not putting it in his CV, he won't still get it except he lies. Sometimes, it favors and don't be too quick at disadvantages. Meanwhile, your skills, expertise, career prospects, what your contributions would be and experience are what employers are after. Who cares about all this during SJT, ability test, competency test, check test, Verbal Reasoning? It takes Grace to scale through to interview where those things u pointed out won't matter. After series of test with a group of companies, I was invited for an interview where they asked many things including the ring in my finger what purpose it serves to things like my Marital Status despite seeing it in my CV to why wasn't I married, etc. What pleases an employer might just be nonsense to another!

If PMB fails, the nation is heading for the rock as this is just the last hope of the nation. The lectures are so needed because PDP built us schools with bombed out buildings, even the lectures are received under the almond trees if u so understand my parables. PMB is still cleaning the mess of PDP and PDP couldn't have given us lecture when they already shot themselves in the foot. I don't think PMB would fail as he reinstated that, he is accountable for his appointees unlike some hat bowled people and that none of his ministers would embarrass his government. With these assertions, heads would roll if he needs to instill a forceful discipline, a salient one lacking in our ex presido. With Dasuki and others still behind bars, I believe he is determined against all odds to put Nigeria in the right track.

PDP that obeyed court orders, how has that bettered our lots?Meanwhile, if court keeps granting unnecessary bail to accused, what's the guarantee that even me won't ask Dasuki for My share since there's nothing the court or government can do? Or should I be waiting for karma? When in the long run I would have repented. The point is, our Nigerian system is so In a state of debacle that it needs a dogged fighter to give us a winning formula, it would be unfair to say buhari flouts court orders, wasn't dokpesi released, and many more but those with high profiled allegations can't be left off the hook so easily due to the fact that,if these guys go, one might not see them again as they're really very good at evasion and disappearance like magicians.The anti corruption mantra is looking like a hoax to me from the angle of the judiciary, looks like looting pays in as much as, bail would be perfected with surety in #250million blah blah. I hope and wish PDP and their supporters would rise up to their challenge of providing a strong and determined opposition.

Did u just say AIT team sat in the comfort of their office in Abuja and be searching for news over the Internet, I disagree brother. If u followed AIT news yester night, you would see one of their reporters even passed the Xmas with the soldiers, gave them her phone to call their wives and other family members in a bid to wish their family members the joy of the season. Aside dokpesi saga or thereabouts, AIT is one of the stations in Nigeria that critique far better than others. If with what I saw last night on AIT, the love showered on the foot soldiers that are in the most remote village in borno crossed around them their beds, arms, cardigan, AIT has tried and the soldiers I saw were happy with them. I hope you have scanned or soft copies of the documents saved online tho.

U are very correct and that's the only hope he's got, he can only present photocopies, affidavit to prove he lost his certificates to fire and the company or establishment he wishes to use them with would do confirmation if need be. Samething happened to the erstwhile vice president, namadi Sambo, he lost his University certificate from ABU to fire, so he declared his result and INEC did a follow up with the school to prove it, same thing with his WAEC. Certificates are hardly issued twice due to the number usually on it to avoid conflict.

I gained admission to study Petroleum Engineering in UNIBEN then, My first two Fs were In 200l, Engineering Mathematics having had beyond 4.47 on a scale of 5.0 in my first year, so I was gloomy that I wrote series of letters to the department of computer engineering in charge of our Mathematics then of which no adequate response was given. So I left it and one of the failed courses was a four credit load, in me, I knew it was impossible for me to fail Maths even in my dreams. So I wrote the two again the next session, which was more different than the one I wrote before and more complex, but due to the fact that Maths was more like a hobby to me, I had As in the two which I wasn't surprised though as I knew it can't be something less than an A in any Maths I sit for. But in the long run, done with school, done with service, it feels so good being an Engineer with good grades from school
